Our experience with Anna Pension was excellent! The staff was very welcoming and helpful with explaining the island, organising our rental ATV bike and how to get around. The room, balcony and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom could have been bigger but it was all fine. The pension has an amazing pool with available towels for the whole day which you can borrow if you want to go to the beach or just chill at the pool. Really nice staff, we needed a taxi to Fira and they offered to drive us. The only thing is that they forgot to pick us up from the port when we organised a bus transfer with them, but it was quickly resolved when we called them. Overall, we really enjoyed our time in Santorini while staying at Anna Pension

Very good value for money. Although the place is near the busy main road between the airport and Fira, it is located at the end of a quiet side street so it is quiet at night. There are ample places to park our car outside the villa. We are given a room with a balcony. From the balcony we can see the sunrise over the sea. Our room is clean and comfortable, and the wifi is efficient. Just one minute's walk away, there is a nice bakery, a well-stocked supermarket, and a number of restaurants. Central Fira is 15-20 minutes walk away. The owners of the villa are also very helpful. I would love to visit again.

First visit to Santorini my husband and I travelled with our 2 adult children and we were greeted by the most amazing hotel owner Marco. The accommodation was beautifully kept. Very clean and stylish, comfortable beds and plenty of space for 4 adults. The service we received was outstanding and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Emellion (sorry if its spelt wrong) was so friendly and provided amazing service. Breakfast was superb yummmmm!!!! Especially loved that it was not a buffet so there was no food wastage! The food quality was fresh and tasty. Marco was always available for our needs and nothing was too much he also had a wealth of information to make our stay eventful. THANK YOU Marco and Staff we will be back!!!! I recommend this place to anyone who is wanting 5-star service and room space to just relax xx

An amazing location beautiful and quiet area stunning view from your balcony and jacuzzi amazing sunrise you have diversity of plenty restaurants around and don’t forget to include an amazing breakfast on your terrance bring by the great personality of Anastasia and amazing person which can help you with all information you might need including taxi transfer from airport to airport or as we done Kamari beach adventure beautiful place and the food is amazing every restaurant u choose to eat.Our first time in Santorini but definitely the new beginning of vacation for next year .Thank you kindly Allure Breeze for your hospitality and we thank you so much for your kindness and your service,best breakfast in town and delicious.

Located in the center of Mykonos Town, the room was small but clean and I was satisfied with my stay. However, this inn did not have a reception desk, and I did not know which room I could use, so I explained the situation to a person who runs a store in the same building as the inn, who called me and told me which room I could use. When I entered the room, I found the key.

We spent 5 nights in this place and in general the experience was very good We are a couple with 2 children (16 and 11y old) and it’s always a challenge to have the right room size for all. In this case we had a very reasonable space for our children, with a double room for us and a very nice bathroom. Also the room had a fantastic terrace where we had some drinks and dinner during our stay The rooms services are great, cleansing it every day, changing towels every day and bed sheets every 2-3d. They offered us also beach towels and some welcome gifts like fruit, water and wine (2 times!). The 2 ladies taking care of the rooms were always available and helping as needed. They also helped us to have a laundry service a very reasonable price and very fast Vaios was also available by WhatsApp, welcoming us in the airport and doing transfer to hotel, but also sharing several island tips ( places, restaurants….) The village where located, Pollonia, is a nice one with all what you need and very close to some of the touristic top places. Also daily ferry to Kimolos departs from here. These appt are in a quiet area of Pollonia but not more than 3-4m walking distance from restaurants area. Unfortunately i can only rate in this app 4 or 5 but i would give them 4.5 very well deserved

Excellent! En 1 mois en Grece, ça a été notre hôtel préféré. La chambre avec petit balcon et on avait un grand balcon partagé, ule nettoyage, les lits, le staff, le rapport qualité/ prix!!! Nous sommes arrivées à 4h30 du matin et il y avait quelqu’un qui nous attendait tout sourire. Nous avons prix le petit déjeuner a l hotel esperance 1, a cote, très bon petit déjeuner. Je conseille vivement cet hotel! Je n’ai trouvé aucun point négatif. Merci beaucoup

Good location, 5 minutes walk to Black Rock Beach, many restaurants near Black Rock Beach, convenient to eat, parking is also very convenient, but the only downside is that the tap water in the room is very salty, almost catching up with the sea, others are OK

It’s a beautiful property at first glance but give it time. You will enjoy it IF you can live with unhygienic bed bugs, a washer that floods, one AC unit in the back bedroom leaving the rest of the property too warm, a heater in one of the bathrooms that spontaneously turns on and won’t shut off causing a fire risk, and an infestation of slugs, beetles and spiders on the main floor. There were 8 people in our party & we booked the main property from June 1-15. The property was advertised to sleep 8 people. In reality however there were only 3 rooms with 3 queen sized beds, enough to sleep 6 people not 8. We were told two people could sleep on couches in the living room, but these are regular couches not sofa beds. Instead of cancelling or complaining we just rented an additional unit from Afoura Houses across the Courtyard. In total we paid approx $7200.00 to the owners for our stay. We also ended up having to rent a car because the property is miles away from anything. So these were added unexpected expenses, but none the less we made the best of it, tolerating faulty appliances and all on top. The final straw however was on day 4 when we discovered the bed bugs. I have photos of the bed bugs and the bed bug bites on my son and his fiancé. I texted the property manager who did not respond until day 8, and by then we were all sleeping on the couches because the 2 bedrooms on the main floor had bugs dropping from the windows on us while we slept (I have video of this after being woken up by a slug falling on my head and a spider crawling out from under my pillow when I tried to see where the slug ultimately landed after I brushed it off me). When the property manager finally responded, he and the cleaner showed up and yelled at me for not telling them about the problem sooner??? I asked for a refund for our second week in the amount of $3000 out of the $7200, and an early checkout because no one wanted to stay here under these conditions and we needed to book a different place to stay. Instead the property manager returned unannounced and just let himself in and started spraying stuff on the bed with bed bugs WHILE MY SON AND HIS FIANCÉ WERE IN THE HOUSE! (It’s common knowledge you can’t fumigate a house with people in it due to the toxic chemicals required to kill bed bugs, and my son has asthma…now I was livid!). I asked the property manager for the owners details but he wouldn’t give them to me at first. When he finally did it was 10pm. My texts and calls were ignored by the owner (Evelyn) despite me apologizing for contacting her so late and explaining that the property manager, Konstantinos, held off from giving me her details, however we couldn’t wait because we needed to find alternate accommodations. My pleas were ignored. I had to move everyone to different hotels because we couldn’t find anything vacant together at the last minute (did I mention this was my first vacation with all my children and their partners in 5 years

My wife and I stayed at Mykonos Moussa (4) wonderful nights! We arrived at the Mykonos ferry port at 9:30 PM and were met by the very polite, considerate and helpful owner George for a transfer to our beautiful room. In the morning, we awoke to an awesome view of Agios Ioannis Beach and the island of Delos from our balcony. Shortly afterwards, we sat down to a delicious optional breakfast delivered to our balcony by George. Our room was the best that we stayed in during our (3) week trip to Greece. Spotlessly clean with a Myconian designed exterior and spacious interior. The beach and crystal clear Aegean was just a short walk away and the bus stop was literally across the street from the Mykonos Moussa property. Mykonos Town (Chora) is only a short 1.6 mile bus ride away. This is a perfect location for those wishing to visit the main town and beaches while staying at a quiet distance from the crowd. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Thank you George for your kindness and making our Mykonos stay amazing! Scott & Kim

No breakfast, the location of the hotel is not bad, not sea view, but right in the center of the town. It's easy to walk everywhere. The room is a bit small. It has air conditioning and refrigerator. Not equipped with towels and toiletries.
