I’m very happy with the accommodation I picked. Firstly, their service is remarkable, they offer complementary pick-up and drop-off service from the bus stops and the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance. Next, it would be the availability of winter jackets for loan, I did not come prepared for 10 degree Celsius weather but thankfully they had jackets for me which I thought was really kind of them to provide it for free. I would highly recommend this Inn if you were to come to Jiuzhaigou.

This hotel was our final pick after quite a bit of online searching. Firstly, its location is fantastic – it's less than a five-minute walk to the entrance of the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The rooms are spacious, the facilities are very modern, and everything is spotlessly clean. Complimentary water and drinks were stocked in the mini-fridge, and daily snacks were a nice touch. Breakfast offered a wide selection and tasted great. Dining and shopping options around the hotel are also very convenient. We booked a room with a private hot spring, and after a long day of hiking in Jiuzhaigou, soaking in the hot spring was absolutely heavenly, just what we needed to soothe our aching back and tired legs. Make sure to try the yak hotpot at the Treehouse Restaurant right outside – it's generously portioned, delicious, and very reasonably priced. The hotel staff were incredibly service-oriented. They were always ready to help with luggage and would proactively greet us whenever we crossed paths, making the overall experience excellent. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. It's truly a place you'll want to return to again and again!

It’s really a great hostel with stunning scenery. The breakfast is nice too! It’s a bit pity that we reached the hostel very late and had to leave in the early morning. It will be great to spend more time there to enjoy and relax, as well as to explore the area in order to better understand the culture of the *******.

This was an interesting hotel. It is in the ChongPing gorge so a little bit complicated to get to. Luckily the hotel has a shuttle service to pick you up from the outside of ChongPing. Reception staff are very attentive and welcoming. The room was nice as and well furnished. They are doing construction so the building being constructed takes away from the view, but the mountain is still visible from the rooms and the roof, and a couple of minute walk gets you a clean view.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated right near Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and just 100 meters from Exit B of Metro Line 2. From the floor-to-ceiling windows on the 22nd floor, we enjoyed stunning views of the bustling crowds, busy streets, and the beautiful setting sun. The room itself is very spacious and features a duplex layout. However, the cleanliness could be improved; we noticed hair and dust on the stairs. On the other hand, the service was excellent – they were very responsive and addressed our concerns promptly. The shower drainage was a bit slow. A washing machine was available, which was very convenient for laundry. The TV screen is huge, making for a comfortable family viewing experience.

Service: The day before check-in, the housekeeper will call and set up a service group. All questions will be answered and responded promptly~ The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off services to and from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area: In fact, it is not just the pick-up and drop-off at the scenic area. I saw some friends who were too late to catch the bus, and the boss also helped to send them. Sincerity is always a killer move! Secondly, I still have to praise the pick-up and drop-off service at the scenic area. Jiuzhaigou is already a very mature scenic area, and there are really a lot of cars at the entrance. Summer vacation is also the rainy season. The rain will come and go, and it is hard to say how big it will be... The pick-up and drop-off is a timely help for the elderly and children. The service can be said to be very thoughtful. Facilities: The homestay is new, it can be said to be very designed and tasteful, the details are very attractive, the toiletries customized by niche brands~smart bathroom~and the water is quite stable. Check-in snacks~and the breakfast and dinner of the homestay are all worth praising! I hope you will maintain your level in the future and get better and better~~Zaxi Delek

Pleasant stay. The hotel is located only 5 minutes from Changpinggou and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, best service they could give. They did not make up the room and changed the towels, but it was okay because we stayed only 2 nights.

Great service by the lady owner. The location is very strategic too, aka walkable distance to the entrance of the park. 1 only downside is that they use disposable towels which are super thin and not water absorbent. Luckily they allowed us to take new ones everyday.

Beyond my expectation! I picked this hotel based on the good reviews on Trip.com and happy to report that the hotel exceeded my expectation. From the first impression I love how this boutique hotel is decorated in a traditional chinese style. The room itself is beautifully designed, modern, and clean. The bed is very comfortable as well. It was perfect to come back to the room from a long day of walking & sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently located near the the North Gate & in a quieter part of Songpan old town, which is great for getting a good night sleep. However, the best part of my stay at this hotel is the staff, especially the lovely young lady named Xiao Zeng. From the check-in she showed me a couple of rooms to choose from to make sure I’m happy with the room. Not only that, she went beyond her duty to help arrange for the transportation to Songpan train station (it was not possible to get Didi due to rain), as well as to provide helpful tips on what to eat and what to see/do while in Songpan. This makes my traveling experience much smoother and hassle free. Keep up the good work, Xiaozeng 👍☺️ Definitely recommended.
