I had an amazing stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located on Chunxi Street. The convenience of having a train station just downstairs made getting around super easy. There are also plenty of food options nearby, so you’ll never run out of choices. The interior is both cozy and classy, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. One feature I really appreciated was having a washing machine within the unit — such a great bonus! Highly recommend this place for its location, comfort, and amenities.

They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. I truly hope to return someday! ＜3

A little bit hard to find the exact location, but it’s very convenient. The room also clean and there’s fridge, washing machine and smart projectors for watching movie. Very good service, thank you!

All the staff at the front desk are friendly and nice. Overall, the service is excellent. The room is clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is just a 15-20 minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou scenic entrance, making the location very convenient. For foreigners, there are KFC and McDonald's nearby if you're not accustomed to the local cuisine. If you need portable oxygen inhalers, you can purchase them at a local pharmacy for around RMB 20, which is located close to the hotel. This is much more affordable than buying elsewhere. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I revisit Jiuzhaigou.

I would say many thank you to a guy who does an orthodontics. He carried 4 luggages from the building downstair to upstair where the car waiting to pick us up to drop at the parking. He has a full of service mind. We have very appreciated with his service without any help from his colleague. For the accommodation, we are very disappointed with the room. Due to we booked the room with mountain view. When we checked-in, the staff said your room has the building block the view and they have no option for us, just let we know. We think might be okay. But when we arrived the room, very disappointed and speechless. So if anyone would like to stay here, kindly check with the hotel first, if you wouldn't want to feel disappointed as us. On the other, around there also have other hotel with good view with no building block the view.

The hotel's AutoNavi guides you directly to the scenic spot, but I found it by looking at the map myself. The hotel has nice scenery, an oxygen concentrator, and a humidifier, but for a price of over a thousand dollars, you still have to be a little demanding. The pillow is high on one side and low on the other, which is uncomfortable. The intelligent system occasionally has bugs, and there are only a few modes, not individual control of which lights. I couldn't turn off a few lights in any mode that night. I thought about it for a long time and asked the voice assistant to turn off the lights in the whole house. The floor heating in the room was turned on but I didn't feel anything. There was a temperature gap in the toilet and bathroom area, and there was no bathroom heater. The toilet was relatively cold, and the room was hot. The bath towels were hidden in the closet. If you didn't prepare them in advance, you had to run out naked to find them. The sisal carpet in the room was used as a cat scratching board at home, and it was very prickly. These are the only things I can think of at the moment. Other services are ok. Except that it is a little expensive, it is still worth recommending.

We choose this one based on on the heating floor and oxygen generator availability however, may be i miss the part where it say that i have to pay to use the oxygen generator, i mean i really didnt read it they mentioned it and if they not i wish they were anyhow the room was clean and all.the plce have a cat, once again didnt read if it not state there i wish it was since we have someone who allergic to cat traveled with us. The heating floor wasn’t consistant as in some part were not heat and some are not heating properly and may be also out fault that we left our luggage lay on the floor, one of my friend skincare tube poped luckily it was in the ziplock bag.the surroundinf area were nice. The room take sometime to warm up.the bathroom is super cold!

From hotel, you can walk to the restaurant nearby while enjoying nice view of the river or you can have dinner at hotel as well. Room is big, nice decoration, clean with cozy bed and big bathroom. Breakfast already included which they served rice porridge, boil egg, milk, bun, steam corn and potato, etc. It took like 15 mins to entrance of Dagu glacier by car, such a convenient.

Just in walking distance to Changpinggou gate  which is great who will have a plan for Changpinggou. The room is big and warm. The floor comes with heater so it is very good to warm your body in freezing temperature outside.  The hotel staff helps you to call the local taxi, 15 yuan per ride/person to Shuanquigou gate. The hotel also provide a simple local breakfast with a goos taste.

An excellent hotel near Dagu glacier (达古冰川). It was the perfect place to rest our tired bodies after a day up the mountain peak. The hotel was clean and very spacious. The room also came with an impressively large bathtub which we did not use. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the mountain in the morning. We could tell there was a lot of thought put into the design of the room. Room price was also very reasonable. My only suggestion to the management is to include a few bottles of drinking water in the room.

Beautiful hotel in traditional Chinese house with pretty courtyards and a nice atmosphere. Centrally located amongst nice busy alley ways, 5 minutes walk from Wenshu monastery and from a metro station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with a balcony and exhaustive amenities. Spotless and nicely decorated room. Good buffet breakfast with both western and Chinese food. The staff are very receptive to feedback and seem to care deeply for guests' comfort. For example, we read reviews saying that the breakfast buffet wasn't being refilled and that it was difficult to carry large baggage up the stairs (there's no elevator). During our stay, we found that there was an attentive staff member monitoring the buffet who would refill items proactively, and there was another staff member who carried our bags to our room for us. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The check-in process is a bit complicated because there is no front desk. You need to add the apartment's WeChat account in advance and get the check-in details on the same day~ It is indeed a bit inconvenient for out-of-town tourists~ The hotel is in a very good location, five minutes away from Dongdajie Subway Station~ There are a lot of delicious food downstairs~ The room is not too big, and the hygiene could be better. There is no smell of smoke. The room is arranged near the elevator, so there will be the sound of the elevator going up and down occasionally. It is very good to have a refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave in the room ~ There are more nearby in the area A better apartment choice~

The housekeeper is very enthusiastic, the transportation is convenient, the room is large and clean, and takeout is also convenient. There are many delicious foods nearby, shopping is also very good, and the places to drink are also very close. The people here are also very enthusiastic.

The sanitary conditions are very clean, and the location is super good. It is a whole building of homestays on Shui Street. It is a few minutes' walk to Lidui Park. There are restaurants downstairs and parking lots underground. The boss gave us a 24-hour parking ticket, but it is not free to enter and exit. It can only be used once. We stayed for one night, parked the car to check in, and then went out to charge. We paid a basic parking fee of 4 yuan. The parking lot does not have its own charging piles, so you need to search for nearby charging piles. Friends who drive electric cars and need to go out to charge can pay attention to the itinerary planning. The boss is enthusiastic in service. After booking the room, he immediately called to confirm the check-in time. Knowing that we drove here, he sent the parking lot location and surrounding guide. It is very comfortable overall.

Pictures of this hotel in Trip.com do not present the entrance of this hotel. The hotel reception is on the 3rd floor. Although the entrance is look scary, it is safe. It is another world when you arrive the 3rd floor. This is my first time to see the bridges in the hotel (hahaha). The location is very very good because you can walk to Dujiangyan Scenic Spot within 10 minutes and Giant Panda within 5 minutes. About the cleanness, I'm not satisfied because of ”Dust” and this hotel is for Smoker. Sometimes, the smell flows into your room.

Recommended to stay 1. The room facilities are complete, and it is convenient for business travel and permanent residence to wash clothes. 2. I recently stayed at this amazing Tibet-themed hotel in Chengdu, and it was fantastic! The room was super spacious and clean, making it really comfortable. The staff were all so welcoming and genuinely caring, which made the experience even better. One of my favourite spots was the little café in the hotel—it had this great view of the street. At night, it was absolutely stunning with all the lights from the buildings. Plus, being close to the tube station was super handy for getting around. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! If you're in Chengdu, definitely check it out!

The location is excellent, just upstairs in Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road, and there are so many delicious foods downstairs. It was a rainy day when I arrived. The little brother called me kindly and told me how to get there clearly. He probably heard that I was tired from the journey and said he would pick me up downstairs. I was touched. I dragged a big box, and he took over to help me pull the box as soon as he met me. It was so warm. The hotel is not only exquisite, but also has considerate and careful designs everywhere. It feels like home. Next time I bring my children and family together, I will definitely stay here again. Environment: Severe cleanliness means it is very clean, and there are disposable toilet mats, slippers disinfection, and high-demand services everywhere Facilities: It can be seen that the owner of the business is a caring person in life. Not only did the refrigerator enter the cabinet to surprise me, but there is also an oven (clean and tidy) and a kettle that is very petty, and several umbrellas☂️ are spare Service: The little brother not only treats people and makes people feel like home instantly, but also sends me warm reminders and suggestions for eating, drinking and playing around. Great location - near the Jiuzhaiguo site. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was simple - porridge, buns/man tou, soya drink and sweet potato. Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur. Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour. If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

The B&B is very close to the scenic spot. The main thing is that the owner will drive to the station and the scenic spot, so you don't have to worry about the round-trip transportation. The inn is generally clean and has ******* style. The owner is enthusiastic and will help with the luggage. When you come back to the scenic spot to change rooms the next day, the owner will help you change your luggage in advance. There are breakfast coupons, ******* costumes and hats for taking photos. There is an electric blanket and a blanket will be placed on the quilt, so you won't feel cold. Overall, I am very satisfied

Friendly staff.. automatic toilet and heater, there is a hand held bidet water is very warm and room is a big location is at PengFeng Village a lot of restaurant and shop .. easy to go to Jiuzhaigou entrance by walk or Didi (10¥) ...recommend

The hostel is located 600 meters from the last bus stop in Jiuzhaigou. So, it is easy to travel to or from Huanglongjiuzhai train station. However it located far 2.5 km.far from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou national park. All facilities are new and looks modern.

Great service by the lady owner. The location is very strategic too, aka walkable distance to the entrance of the park. 1 only downside is that they use disposable towels which are super thin and not water absorbent. Luckily they allowed us to take new ones everyday.

This homestay is highly recommended! The room is spacious and bright, and the furniture is elegant and comfortable, making people feel the warmth of home as soon as they enter the door. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can sleep peacefully. The bathroom supplies provide disposable bath towels😊, which provides a very thoughtful bathing experience. There is also a car to pick up to the scenic spot! I arrived late yesterday and didn’t have dinner. The lady at the front desk was very considerate and asked the driver to take us out to eat. I was really satisfied!

Hotel staff is very friendly. We tell them ahead of time when we want to go to Jiuzhaigou and when we want to leave for the bus stop. They will schedule you in and pick you up and drop you off. That is very convenient as the hotel is not super close to Jiuzhaigou. Con: I did not like the disposable towels. I much prefer just regular towels. Having one key card is not very convenient for us since we have 3 adults.
