Perfect for solo travelers seeking authentic local experience This micro hotel in an old Kowloon building offers 4-5 sqm rooms where the bed takes up 90% of the space - typical for Hong Kong. The attached private bathroom is functional and clean. - Seamless check-in/out process - Owner was incredibly kind and responsive on WhatsApp - Competitive pricing for Hong Kong standards - Daily room and bathroom cleaning - Located in Mong Kok - much more local and authentic than touristy areas like Tsim Sha Tsui Bottom line: Excellent value if you want a clean place to sleep in authentic local Hong Kong. The owner's great service and daily cleaning make up for the compact space. Perfect for solo travelers who plan to explore the city all day and just need somewhere clean to crash. Not for you if: You're uncomfortable with bugs or need daily fresh linens. Mong Kok location is ideal if you want to experience real local Hong Kong rather than the tourist bubble areas.

Great Location & Excellent Service, Highly recommended. This hotel is perfectly located near MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Exit A1, just a short walk to Haiphong Road, making it easy to explore Hong Kong. The lobby is small but of high quality, and the rooms are comfortable. Although we experienced a minor issue with a renovated room, the staff was very accommodating, offering a room upgrade and refunding the unused room. The hotel is close to Michelin restaurants, shopping malls, and Victoria Harbour. While the bathrooms are small, the overall experience was fantastic due to the attentive service, cleanliness, and great location. I would definitely stay here again. Pros: - Excellent location near MTR and attractions - Friendly and helpful staff - Clean and well-maintained rooms - Close to restaurants and shopping You can leave your luggage at the lobby either before check-in or after check-out. The room matches the description, and the price is just right.

As good as a budget hostel could get Suitable for solo traveler You know this hostel is a hidden gem because you can't find 200 HKD/Room/Night for a single room in downtown Hong Kong anywhere else. Cons: The room has a strange smell, but still fine to me.

The service attitude is good, and the hygiene is OK, but there is indeed a strong smell of kitchen fumes at night, which is very disturbing. It is even a bit choking when opening the bathroom. The sound insulation is not good. Guests who come back late do not have the awareness of keeping quiet, and the sound of karaoke can be heard downstairs. The location is really good, close to the Causeway Bay MTR entrance, shopping is more convenient, and the bus station is also close. Overall, it is still OK, but the smell of fumes does affect the experience of resting in the hotel after a tiring day. I hope it can be improved.

Its in a good location. The 2 guys working there are super kind, if you ask them something they're both very friendly. Bed was super comfy tbh for the price you are unlikely to get much better. Although it was confusing to find. When you walk in the building go straight until you see B and go to that then its the LEFT hand side lift. Save yourself the extra effort lol.

I booked this hotel for a layover stay in Tsim Sha Tsui, and overall, it was very clean, well-maintained, and a great value for money — especially for central Hong Kong. That said, a few honest notes: If you're a big guy, be prepared: everything is small — the towels, the bathroom, the room itself. It’s very compact, typical of budget stays in HK. When I arrived, my flight from Shanghai was delayed, and I was frustrated to find no one at the reception. I had to wait 10–15 minutes for the staff to show up and then another few minutes to be taken to the room. This place works more like an Airbnb or serviced apartment. The building is full of different guesthouses and hotels, all operating independently on different floors. I expected someone to be tracking online bookings or emails, especially since check-in is supposedly available until 5:30 AM. That part was poorly handled. That said, the owner was kind. Since the room I booked was full, he gave me a bigger room at no extra cost, and even offered late check-out, which I declined. The location is excellent — perfect if you want to explore Hong Kong on a short layover or be close to the MTR, shopping, and food options. If your goal is just sleep, and you're heading out the next day, consider staying near the airport. But if you want to explore Kowloon/HK Island, this location is perfect. Despite the check-in delay, I still give it 5 stars because of the cleanliness, location, and overall value.

It is very suitable for students. The hygiene is very good. The location is also very good. It is a short walk downstairs. The subway station is very convenient. The boss is also very enthusiastic. The boss is really very good. If you don't understand, you can ask the boss. Don't worry about the room. There is no problem

Location right by the magical Kowloon Park (free 8:30 AM Tai Chi), and the Avenue of the Stars waterfront (free nightly laser light show. At this price, don’t expect more than a clean bed and shower. The rest is gravy. Desk staff are also Kung-fu school staff, be nice to them! There’s hot drinking water, shower gel, and low-fee. Kung fu classes! Thank goodness the air conditioning was strong. Lots of outlets, bring an adapter, and your own towel. Shared fridge— label your things. Take advantage of the many Chinese medicine shops, cure any ailment naturally. The area is bustling and MTR right downstairs. Use the stairs if elevator line is long. Stairwell F1.

The location was near perfect—super close to the bus station near Nathan Rd, so basically super easy to access while using the bus. The room was neat and clean—the bed was comfy and big, the AC worked perfectly, and all electronic outlets worked flawlessly. A foldable table is placed within the room, and there is space underneath the bed to store suitcases. The shower worked fine, and the towels were clean. Just beware that the rooms are not too soundproof. The hotel is located on the fifth floor of the building, and the elevator is a bit slow and usually takes quite some time to get to and from the ground floor. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here once again if I were to visit Hong Kong again solo.

AAnonymous UserThe lady there is super nice - great hostess and such a warm person! Facilities were decent, there is a TV and they provide toothbrush, towel albeit things were kinda old and run down. Nicely sized room and bed. Blanket is just a thin cover though, there is no duvet. Everything seemed clean EXCEPT the floors had dirt and dust, so I had to wear shoes inside the room.

TTraveller898It's cheap, not at all as the picture its advertised , like a dormitory bunker with a decent bed and mattress, blankets are clean and pillow is okay, toilet is horrible with shower and no space to move. The amenities are only bad quality roller paper and a towel. Nothing else! The hotel and attract more customers if they are better with decent real pictures and better service, the owner a guy who doesn't speak English is really unfriendly and cold. He has no way to treat guests. They had shampoo though... It's okay for one night or short term. Easy check in and out! No deposit!

CCecile1986The room is really small and not practical at all for 2 travelers. But it is clean and the location is nice to visit the city with a direct bus to and from the airport. I just was really confused as I didn't received any information before my arrival and the reservation said I should have received all codes before. The hotel didn't answer my mail, my whatapps or my trip message. Luckily someone was apparently waiting for us! You have to try your luck sometimes. Ps: the entrance is not that hard to find but other review helped me to. Not the property itself unfortunately... (you have to find the elevator with the number of building, it is the first at your right when you get inside. And go to the 9th floor).
