This hostel offers an outstanding overall experience. Its prime location right above Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station makes getting around incredibly convenient. The landlady is genuinely warm and attentive, excellent at communication, and flexible in providing thoughtful services like luggage storage, which truly makes you feel welcome. The accommodation is clean and quiet, with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. It feels much more human and inviting than many hotels at the same price point, or even higher. If you're looking for a high-value, truly relaxing place to stay in Hong Kong, this is definitely a highly recommended choice.

Nestled in Hong Kong's most vibrant district, this spot is just a one-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Though small (which is common in Hong Kong), it's cozy, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The beds match the photos perfectly. Overall, it's a fantastic base in Hong Kong, and I even met some great international friends and interesting people at the hostel. The facilities are comprehensive, check-in is a breeze, and I highly recommend staying here.

You get what you pay for, I guess, especially in Hong Kong. The location was good, quite central, but overall the stay felt a bit odd (though I think that had more to do with my roommates than the hostel itself). Cleanliness was average, but again, I think that was mostly due to my roommates. I shared one shower and one toilet with the people in my room. And I’m not sure how often the facilities were cleaned, but every morning someone came by to empty the bin and restock toilet paper, so I trust the hostel itself maintaines it regularly. I stayed for 2 nights, and honestly most of the strange experiences came from my roommates. There was a lot of noise in the middle of the night, and I don’t mean just snoring, just weird noices (sometimes loud), which made sleeping difficult. I woke up several times because of it. Another example: I bought some food from the store, but someone took it without asking, which felt really weird. I don’t mind sharing, but I do appreciate being asked first. These are just a few examples; in those couple of days I experienced even stranger things. However, that’s not really the hostel’s fault, as every guest is different. The location itself was a bit hard to find, since there were no clear signs outside. Eventually I found it, and check-in went smoothly. The staff was helpful :). One last note: there is no common area, so just something to be aware of, whether that matters depends on your personal preference. On the positive side, you can do your laundry for free, which was super nice and convenient!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, and the experience was great! The service was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful especially Queenie. She went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. She gave us clear directions on how to get around Hong Kong and even shared helpful tips on what to do in case we got lost in the city. The location is also a big plus very accessible and within walking distance to everything you need, including shops, restaurants, and public transportation. It made exploring Hong Kong so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Hong Kong!

Good enough if you’re in a budget and just wanted a place to sleep. There is a person in the counter at the time i checked in (1:15pm) so checking in was easy. They also let me checked in early (2pm is the check-in time) with a discretion that the floor wasn’t vacuumed yet. I was pretty tired so I just checked in already. There’s a provided 2 cotton towels, 2 disposable toothbrushes, shampoo and body cream, 3 indoor sleepers (1 for the room, 2 for the bathroom) electric kettle, hair blower, 1 adapter and 1 toilet tissue. They also have an option to purchase disposable towels in the counter. The toilet also has heaters for both the sink and the shower and there was an AC. There’s a window too. There wasn’t housekeeping during my 4-night stay though. I am a female solo-traveller but booked this twin room to have more space. It was spacious enough and safe. If there are people in the hallway, you can hear them through the room but during my stay, the noises weren’t enough to cause me discomfort. Just normal amount of people getting in and out of their own rooms, and casual talks but not too loud. The city below is not as crowded, busy and loud too. But if you’re sensitive, try to pack some earplugs. The location was great. Just one bus ride away from the airport, no transfers needed. And just a 3-minute walk from the bus stop. MTR station is near as well. Moreover, it was very near to ladies market, there’s a mcdonalds nearby, hashtag B, and other stores. It can be crowded at night though (7-10pm) because alot of young people are there to shop but after that, it’s pretty quiet. As mentioned by others, there were no elevators from floors 1-3 and the room and counter was in the 3rd floor so carrying your luggage was a hassle. There’s also no extended hour stay service so manage your time and expectation. The host reply to queries, but answers short, and that’s okay due to language difference. Overall, comparing to other hostels, this is pretty decent. But please manage your expectations as this is not a hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent!!! It's just a 5-minute walk from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station (Exit C2), making transportation incredibly convenient. There are many popular restaurants and drugstores nearby. The front desk staff was very kind; they even found us a larger room because we had a big suitcase. The room was very clean overall, and I was extremely satisfied with my stay~ P.S. There's a washing machine, so you can wash and dry newly bought clothes! 😺

The location is super convenient, right by the side entrance of Mirador Mansion, just outside Tsim Sha Tsui Station Exit D1/D2. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Tsim Sha Tsui Ferry Pier, depending on your pace; anyone claiming it's a 5-minute walk is exaggerating! The owner is very responsive on WeChat and answers all questions. I forgot to activate overseas services on my bank card, so I couldn't withdraw cash. I looked online for several 'favorable' currency exchange shops, especially one in Sheung Wan where a young woman offered a rate of 0.98 for amounts under HKD 1,000, plus a HKD 100 handling fee – it was practically a rip-off! I tried asking the owner if she could help me exchange money, and she was incredibly helpful! I offered a 1:1 exchange, but she generously gave me HKD 105 for every RMB 100, which was almost the same rate I'd get from my bank card. Huge praise for her assistance! The room is quite small, but the bed was just right for my 1.78m height. I've stayed in Hong Kong hotels before, and rooms are generally compact here. The room provides shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper; you'll need to bring anything else. As a frequent traveler, I'm already used to this. I stayed here in 2023, and this is my second visit. Definitely giving it a good review! Remember, you get what you pay for. It's unfair to review a place costing just over HKD 100 or less than HKD 200 with the expectations of a star-rated hotel.

HHenryGoh13Location: Location of the hostel is fantastic, located right at Nathan Road shopping street. Tst Mtr Station entrance is just few steps away. Superb 👍 Lift is easily accessible, 24/7, have security guard. Split lift with building level number. 👌 Room: Acceptable condition. It is ok for me as I just use it for sleeping. Most of the time I m not at hostel. ☺️ Staff: Very polite staff, helpful. Send some email reminder n guide for easy check out. Thank you for the effort. 👍 Improvement suggestion: This hostel is using window type air conditioner. Cooling performance is great. However, it is too noisy when turned on. Not a normal compressor noise level. Suggest Hostel management to check the condition of the ac. 😇 Overall, it is ok. Acceptable. Will consider to stay here again next trip to HK. 🤝

GGuest UserAs a person who has visited more than 30 countries, I think I am relevant in writing reviews. This is the worst hotel I've ever visited, you literally have nowhere to turn, nothing more than four square meters. The TV was broken (I certainly wouldn't have turned it on), there are no windows and you feel claustrophobic. It's in the Indian building, which stinks a lot. If you decide to take the fire escape because the elevator is slow, you will only regret it later, because the stink will leave a lasting impression on you. Instead of remembering Hong Kong as an unforgettable adventure, I will remember it for a smelly building and a bad apartment. My recommendation, if you need to be a little far from the city or pay a little more, but this is definitely not worth it.

Nicely sized room and bed. Blanket is just a thin cover though, there is no duvet. Everything seemed clean EXCEPT the floors had dirt and dust, so I had to wear shoes inside the room.
