We had a room for 3 persons and it was clean and big so we stayed comfortably for 4 nights. It has a washer in the toilet. The toilet is a bit small and get all wet when shower but we requested for a mop and mopped it after each shower, the floor was dry in minutes so no issue for us. Communication thru Wechat was fast and efficient. Everything we requested for was provided for almost within minutes. Location was good for us as it is near Line 2 metro which took us to the Ice Festival site, Sun Island and Zhongyang Walking Street and we strolled to Songhua River as well. It is just next to Sophia Church as you can see the picture taken from the window of my room. Not all rooms facing the church so if you want the view, you may need to check with the person in charge to find out which room has the nice view. Overall we like our stay and will definitely book again if we come back.

The service was excellent. The whole team is super nice and really helpful. They even kept my bag for me and helped me find out about the airport bus. The bed was super comfortable, the room was warm and they provided bottled water, toothbrush and paste as well as a comb. It's a non-smoking establishment and my room didn't smell like smoke but I noticed another room did, so some guests must have broken the rules (for some reason, there are also ashtrays around)...The toilet is separated from the shower. Hot water and good water pressure. The morning market with great food choices is just around the corner. There's also easy access to a subway station. And of course it's close to 中央大街。I really enjoyed my stay(s) there and would definitely stay again when back in Harbin.

You can directly see the sports tracks of Erguokui and Sanguokui ski resorts in the room. It is also very convenient to the hot springs. She is a wonderful host that accommodated all our needs with a smile! She arranged a taxi for us that picked us op from the train station and took us straight to the apartment. We traveled during Chinese New Year which can be hard with getting a taxi and getting restaurants that are open. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant right next to the apartment and could watch all the people ski and have fun on the slopes! We arrived earlier than check in but Sandy assisted us so that we could change into our ski clothes and helped us to get a coach for our ski lesson, all the equipment and ski passes. After our wonderful time on the slopes, she took us to a hot springs! She took photos, translated and arranged all tickets needed. She surpasses all expectations when considering the service! The room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful view! The room was warm and had enough blankets that made the stay very comfortable! My only recommendation would be to provide drinking water in the room. The stay at Lucheng Apartments made our whole Yabuli experience amazing and we can’t wait to come back again! I would say this is the best of best experience I’m having , met a few families from Singapore as well , all of them were having same great comments on this home stay , owner is extremely friendly and helpful , he helped us booked a few activities which prices are much lower than market ( I did some research and compared ) .  This home stay is top notch in Yabuli I believe , try it you would know I meant

Oh my god, this is the best stay I've had in so many days of travel. After the group ended, the boss's car took us to the hotel for check-in. The room was clean and tidy. When cleaning, the aunt squatted on the ground with a rag to wipe the floor. When we went to the hot springs, we were picked up and dropped off by the boss. The food is delicious, clean and hygienic, and if you contact the boss to help buy tickets, it's cheaper than buying tickets outside. From check-in to check-out everything went smooth as silk. I’m arrived early in the morning due to lack of sleep from my previous flight, owner gave me early check-in to the room before i hit the ski slopes. The slopes located very near and just a walking distance to the ski equipment hall and restaurants. Even KFC located at the bottom of this building. The owner very kind, even helped me bought a ski-lift pass and equipment rental. The room was spacious and clean. All amenities and facilities in the room worked perfectly. As you can see from my photo, it has mountain views and you can see people skiing and snowboarding from your window.

The host and everyone there were so warm and welcoming. Very nice to my kids, they even let my kids borrow their snow toy for them to enjoy in the snow outside the room. Love the family room, got projector so we had winter movie night. The driver Mr Li was cheerful and so kind to bring us to the local convenience store, and recommended place for ice tubing and snow activities, he also brought us to one of the halal/muslim food which was abt 25mins drive away. The apartment is so beautiful and exceptionally Recommended place.
