Homestays in Guangdong, China

We are a family of 5 and it is our first time staying in a homestay in Shenzhen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that comes with a pool in the apartment.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room does not have any fridge or kettle but there is a shared kitchen just right outside the room. The service is good. When we reached the homestay at 3 am, the homestay staff woke up to help us carry our luggage to our room. The room is clean and towels are changed daily. It is easy to find food near the homestay. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It is near to dongmen underground shopping. We will definitely return when we visit Shenzhen.

My stay at this Shenzhen was fantastic, especially because of the **super easy check-in process**—no complicated security checks or front desk procedures! I just went straight up to the apartment, rang the bell, and the host (or their representative) opened the door immediately. Super smooth and convenient, especially after a long flight. The place itself was well-located close to public transport and great food spots. The host was responsive and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed. If you hate dealing with hotel-style check-ins and just want a quick, no-fuss entry, this is the perfect stay for you!

The experience was amazing and great! The staff were super nice,friendly and accommodating with any requests and provided excellent recommendations for food and activities. The hotel had great atmosphere and environment, the rooms were beautiful and big. The photographer 六六 was professional and took many nice shots for us. Had a great time there and will definitely want to return again!

The amenities and service of this hotel are superb! Apart from the facilities posted in the photos of this resort, the room also provides bath salt, disposable bath tub cover, steaming eye mask, charging line, etc. Our butler started serving us days before we even checked into the resort, eg sharing info of restuarants nearby, very responsive to our questions, etc. The nice breakfast, afternoon tea and goodnight sweet soup added extra value to the entire experience at this resort. Last but not least, the photography service included in the room price was unbeatable and an excellent bargain! Our photographer 小孔 was very professional that he suggested to start our slot 15min early to capture the best natural lighting. 小孔 also advised on the spot to take the photos and our poses. Ultimately, we received more than 20 very nice photos! Overall, we will definitely return!

We hosted a bachelorette trip at this G Building and we had a great time! - the staff were quick to respond and helped us with anything we needed - the rooms were beautiful and had amazing views! - the kitchen had plates, wine glasses etc. for us to use - they allowed us to set up and decorate early which helped with our timings to surprise our friend - overall we had a great time and use of the villa and would like to come back and visit again! - we did not venture outside due to the rain but there are many places you can order food from and a bbq place to eat at! - The photographers were great and we are very happy with the pictures Things to mention: - there were no mics available for the KTV - the pool is only ankle deep, more for paddling/sitting in to cool down, not possible to swim - the other pool was not filled Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

the room is excellent, nice & the facilities are good but providing more towels will be perfect. however, the ground areas is very bad as all the shops are closed with blockage of temporary plastic barriers as just like a dead place. also, the external common area is very bad as no one to take care, it's all wear and tear.

I decided to have a ”micro vacation” in Shenzhen on short notice. I chose this Santa Monica hotel that had been in my favorites for a long time. I didn't expect to meet the ideal life aesthetics around the corner✨ ▪️The room is a gentle cream wood style. I really like the unbeatable sea view on the balcony, very nice~ ▪️The butler service is considerate but not excessive. I received a seasonal fruit basket when I checked in. I contacted WeChat for a quick response if I needed anything. ▪️The first-floor terrace was unexpectedly photographed! The combination of white parasols + tropical green plants Order a cup of Americano and vacation in Chiang Mai~ It's more like an ideal friend's home than a hotel. There is no overly designed bustle. There is just the right amount of relaxation and freedom. It's a favorite that I want to hide secretly💛

The overall experience of staying in this homestay for this family trip was very satisfactory! From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and polite, the room cleaning was also meticulous and clean, and the supplies were replenished quickly, making people feel at ease. The hotel is close to the beach, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, making it very convenient to take children to play. The family room we booked has enough space, the bed is moderately soft and hard, and we slept very soundly. Overall, this hotel is very suitable for family travelers in terms of service, location and facilities. I will definitely choose it again next time I visit.

The elegant environment is accompanied by soothing music, and the service is friendly and considerate. I hope it can be maintained as always. It is great, and the room is very clean! There is also free breakfast, which is also very good! It is in Nantou Ancient City, and transportation is also very convenient! Caroline's service is good!

After booked this hotel then I check the review from youtube someone took VDO feel it so old and not clean , but….. When arriving the room is quite clean (same already renovated) ,the front staff is very nice and helpful. The location is good easy to walk to the beach and have many shop , restaurant.  Will visit again if I have time.
