For this trip, I opted for a traditional Chinese-style guesthouse located right at the entrance of Fuzhou's Shangxiahang Scenic Area. Housed in a charming old building, its overall aesthetic and comfort level were truly impressive. The proprietor was incredibly kind and attentive to every detail. The guesthouse offers complimentary afternoon tea (two servings of tea, fruits, and small snacks) and a free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) experience, allowing you to freely explore the Shangxiahang Scenic Area dressed in traditional attire. For those who enjoy calligraphy or traditional ink painting, this place is a dream – they provide complimentary brushes, ink, paper, and an inkstone, all set up on a wonderfully large table. It's worth noting that while most hotels and guesthouses typically have a 2 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out, this one offers an early check-in at 11 AM and a late check-out at 1 PM the next day, provided you inform them a day in advance. During check-out, I had a brief chat with the owner who was preparing tea. He was so welcoming and accommodating. When I casually mentioned I'd forgotten about breakfast, he said they could provide it anytime, as long as you ask beforehand, not strictly limited to the usual breakfast hours (which are apparently 8-10 AM). Nearby, you'll find Fuzhou's famous old eateries: 'Erlongbo Yuanxiao,' 'Tongli Rouyan,' and Dadao's 'Yiqiang Niuhua.' On the same street as 'Niuhua,' there's also 'Hao Li Bing' (Oyster Cake). You truly can't go wrong with any of these places; they're all highly recommended! For 'Laohua,' I suggest trying 'Axin.' As for fish balls, it's a matter of personal taste, but you might as well try them at Tongli Rouyan while you're there. 😂 All in all, this guesthouse boasts a fantastic location, both its physical facilities and service quality were outstanding, and there are plenty of delicious food options nearby. Absolutely superb! 👍🏻

Great stay. Clean, pristine room. Very responsive host. I don’t know if they speak English because I spoke Chinese with them. Easy to find location, but once you’re there, you need to call them, so please make sure your phone works. The only slight complaint I have is that the ceiling in the bathroom is low so I had to bend my knees to shower. I am over six feet tall so maybe this won’t be a problem for others. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

The crew members were friendly, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and the location was convenient—everything was perfect. I especially loved the bathtub on the balcony. Highly recommended! Additionally, this hotel is baby-friendly. They provided special tableware for babies, and the crew members were so kind to our child. They even gave us a balloon, which our baby absolutely loved. On the day of our checkout, it was raining heavily. One of the female crew members, who was wearing contact lenses and had her hair pinned up with a clip, kindly brought us an umbrella. She found us outside and walked us to the taxi while holding the umbrella over us, making sure we could get in safely. Her kindness truly touched our hearts. We were deeply grateful for her thoughtful gesture. 工作人员非常友好，房间既美丽又干净，地理位置也很方便，一切都很完美。阳台上的浴缸特别棒！强烈推荐！ 此外，这家酒店非常适合带宝宝入住。他们提供婴儿专用餐具，工作人员也对宝宝特别友善。他们还送了气球给宝宝，宝宝非常喜欢！ 退房当天，外面下着大雨。一位女性工作人员（戴着隐形眼镜，头上夹着发夹）特意带着雨伞找到我们，并一直撑着伞护送我们到出租车上，确保我们能顺利离开。她的善意让我们深受感动，真的非常感谢她的贴心举动！

Amazing service. We are very happy with our stay. Staff (especially Mrs Lee , xiao yun) were very helpful and went out of their way to help us out. One of the best 4-star hotels that we have stayed at. Room was very big (and clean) which is main reason I booked the inner room and the Hotel didn't dispoint me. Also the room is quiet, the sound insulation is good. They also have 24hr free self service laundry room (great facatility). If you have any expectation, you can always talk to front desk. They are very helpful. Location is great, virtually on Zhong Shan Rd ; 3min walk to city site seeing bus top, 10min walk from Gulanyi island return ferry terminal. My kids had so much fun with the room facilities voice control - smart control. Awesome hotel - highly reccomend.

I went out with my friends. The room was very, very big. The projector was Xiaomi. Although I didn't have membership, the screen was very, very big. The airport drop-off service in the morning was a business car, which was also very comfortable. It arrived in a short time. It was very close to the sea. If everyone was together, we could play mahjong. Haha, just take a taxi and search for Chuangyuewan directly. Haha, I will stay here again next time I come.

I got off the plane in the early morning and chose this hotel near the airport, about 20 minutes' walk away. The room was clean and had a washing machine. There were food stalls and snack shops all around. I recommend it to those who like to visit these places. The downside is that the environment nearby is a bit poor.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location. You can take a taxi to the main intersection, then it's just a short 10-meter downhill walk (literally 10 meters) to the hotel entrance, so even with heavy luggage, access is a breeze. It's very close to the pedestrian street and popular city walk areas. We initially booked the room shown in the last seven photos, which came with a smart voice assistant. However, due to an unexpected municipal issue caused by heavy rain, the hotel kindly reallocated us to a different room (shown in pictures 2-6). This was a huge, sun-drenched room with a bathtub and also a voice assistant. It was spacious and bright. Unfortunately, also because of the rain, a continuous slight noise from the ventilation system near the headboard started, but when we informed the front desk, they promptly shut it off. The lobby provides umbrellas for guests to borrow and a dedicated rack for food deliveries. On the rooftop terrace, guests can use two complimentary washer-dryer sets (washing machine and dryer). The hotel also has an elevator and a terrace. The amenities are very thoughtful and guest-centric. The front desk staff always greeted us warmly whenever we entered or left. As tourists, we really loved this hotel.

I stayed for a day to go to Shanghai. He provided free pick-up and sanding to the airport, so it was really comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, so I slept very comfortably.Boss. I need to put a new bathroom curtain on the room I'm staying in (I don't remember what room it is, but it's the last room on the 5th floor corridor). I was a little disappointed about that🤭

It's right inside the airport. Although small, it has everything. It is suitable for people who want to catch a flight early in the morning to stay overnight. Luggage can be stored and free breakfast is provided. Toiletries can be picked up at the counter, as can bottled water, or you can fill up water from the water dispenser outside, which is very convenient. But there is only one toilet, so if you need to use it urgently, you may have to go outside. Overall, it is still worth considering.

Hotel located inside Sanfang Qixiang. Metro Dongjiekou D exit. We have large baggage so it’s quite a challenge to go to the hotel as we need to drag our bag which is quite far from road. taxi can’t reach the hotel doorsteps. We like the old Chinese style building. The breakfast is good. Hotel staff very helpful. They assist us to book for taxi to airport so we paid them extra as gratitute
