The experience of this stay was really beyond expectations! From the moment I stepped into the homestay, I felt the warm reception of the staff. The boss's service attitude is super good, which makes people feel the warmth of home instantly. Maybe it was just after the festival when we went there, and there were fewer people, so the boss upgraded the room type. The room design is simple and generous, and the hygiene details are very good! The bedding is soft and comfortable, there is no odor at all, and even the corners are spotless. I especially like the view outside the window, and the morning sun shines in, which is particularly healing. The facilities are also very considerate, with air conditioning, WiFi, and toiletries. The location is also OK, you can walk to the surrounding restaurants, with rich choices, and you can take a walk in the evening to feel the local life. The boss's breakfast is also delicious, and such a careful management must be praised! Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and look forward to seeing you next time!

Service: First of all, the latest high-speed rail from Chongqing to Wushan, we took it at 11 o'clock at night. The little brother came to pick up the station, and arrived early. It was very cold and waited at the station door for at least 20 minutes. Thank you very much. After arriving late, I also sent a hot welcome dessert. The night before, I would ask what I had to eat for breakfast the next day and what taboos were there. Facilities: The homestay is very new, the hard and soft decoration is very good! Environment: In Ningjiangdu Park, the scenery is naturally great! In the morning, you can take the internal passage of the hotel directly to the river. And the location is also very good, it is very convenient to go to Shennvtian Road and Wenfeng Scenic Area. The meal is delicious, family! ! As expected, the boss is doing catering, and when he left, he also sent two packs of Sister Pei's hot pot bottoms.

Staying at this hotel was the best decision of my trip! From check-in to check-out, every detail made me feel truly at home. First, I must praise the front desk’s efficient service! After checkout, I realized I had an undelivered package, and the hotel not only helped receive it but also arranged shipment promptly. The room experience was equally delightful—immaculately clean, with plush bedding ensuring deep sleep every night. Housekeeping was meticulous, and the air conditioning was both quiet and responsive. The location is superb, with breathtaking views of the Yangtze River right outside the window. honestly would only recommend to come here because of the location . if you're expecting a ”hotel” like environment, feel free to the book the one next door at raffles city . this place is located in a extremely run down apartment complex, 3 lifts and 2 are forever broken — waited for at least 10mins for every single lift ride up/down throughout the 4 nights we stayed . not sure if it's just the room we were in but we were staying in the first room right at the main door and the noise you hear every morning and night because of construction or people slamming the main door? ridiculous !!!!! the toilet was also constantly flooding and we couldnt even take showers that lasted longer than 10mins or the whole toilet and room would flood . the cleanliness of the place? prob a 4/10 — could be better but still quite sus .

I had a trip in Chongqing for 5 days and during my stay at Xiaohaoi Hotel was very satisfied. The room I picked hadn’t spacious but it’s okay for 2 people. The room was clean and had beautiful city view. They prepared almost everything you need in the room. The best thing is the location, the subway just be right in front of the hotel building. It’s very convenient for traveling. I feel like the hotel building is in the middle of shopping center and near the tourist attractions where you can get by walking. Things that I would complain about; 1)they prepared the disposable towels which the housekeeper will replace the new one everyday. 2) the bathroom is visible which you can see through (there is a projector screen which you can slide down to separate between the bed and the bathroom) 3)This hotel is in the building where you might get confused to find it. Whatever, first time you get to the hotel, just scan the QR code at the door to get the code for entering the place and room. The staff was really nice and helpful. They’re fastly responsive and always answer any questions. I recommend this place to whoever traveling in Chongqing…❤️🤌🏻

The host is above and beyond. We got necessary information ahead of time to get well prepared. Location easy to find with instructions provided. The facility is clean and beddings are super comfy. We were able to get very good rest and have easy navigation around the city.

Nice place on top of a high rise. It's an added building on the roof top. We had a room on the top floor of the added building. It had an 180° unobstructed view of the city. There was a terrace around the building with tables and chairs where we could relax, have food n drink n chit-chatting. The owner's family was staying in the building too with a cute dog. The owner was friendly n helpful in every way. Just ask him every question u have n he would give the accurate answers n be able to help if he can. We also purchased a tour from him at the lowest price! The only complaint I had was we could hear loud talking from the terrace but it didn't affect our stay as it didn't last long.

Highly recommended. Booked a week off season in Dec. and are happy about it, especially its location - next to 18-steps and the tower, many local shops around it, and close to 2 subways. Eligible for day trip to pick up and drop off in this area. In addition, the rooms are spacious and the property manager is very responsive. The facility though can be better with a bit of investment to refresh them.

Contact the property before arriving and they will assist you with checking in. This is a home stay so there is no traditional “front desk.” It’s easiest to ask for their WeChat information and communication through there can be easily translated. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The room looks like the photos but because of the bright white nature of the room, dirt and wear to the room is very noticable. Not an issue. Each morning they will ask if you require any cleaning or service and can replenish your toilet paper, towels, bottled water, etc. The building itself is old but the unit is well designed. The bathtub didn’t plug properly but they were fast to offer a solution. The wifi didn’t work for the room I was assigned but there are several other units with wifi you can connect to. The location is incredible and there is a lot of food options right outside the door. Metro is nearby. Very lively at night and you can take great photos. There is a ******* delivery cabinet in the lobby and you can easily order anything you require. There is a free washing machine on Floor 34 but it is frequently in use. The hosts offered to do the laundry at a convenient time due to how busy it was. The bed is firm but very comfortable and the blanket they provide is of good quality. The projector was a nice touch, and the view is nice. Overall it was a nice place to stay in for a week, and had most of what one needs.

I stayed here for three nights and was quite happy with both the accommodation and its location. It’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the city center and offers a lovely view of the river. Check-in was smooth, and I had no trouble finding the place. The AC worked perfectly, even with 35°C outside, the apartment stayed cool and comfortable. The room also had a projector, which is a nice touch, although everything was in Chinese so I couldn’t really use it. The projector screen is massive, but once it rolled down, I couldn't figure out how to retract it. That might have been a user error though. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a great stay in Chongqing.
