B&B Villa Verde

We had a wonderful experience in this B&B. The room was clean, which echoed with all the reviews here. You could experience the passion and perseverance of the owners in keeping everything not only neat and tidy, but amazingly dustless and spotless! If you look at the mirror, and the tissue box in the toilet, the level of shine and reflection is at its top! The bed was big and comfortable. The design of the room was modern. Tea and coffee are available inside the room. Breakfast comprised of a wide variety of fresh fruits chopped into small cubes and delicately put into little cocktail glasses, all sorts of bread, yoghurt, ham, spreads. Alex would welcome all customers warmly with offerings of coffee, tea and eggs that were made by him. I saw on reviews that he made perfect eggs and it was really true! The fried eggs that I ordered were prepared with crispy edges, what a morning delight! All the details and passion ( and the amount of time and dedication one can imagine) that this family put into this B&B deserve a 5-star rating. From its hardware to attitude, this is the best I have ever experienced as a tourist.

Haus Wartenberg is charming and feels like you are staying at your grandmother’s house. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is lots of antique and vintage art and furniture to look at. Staff were helpful and friendly. There were a just few things that could have made the stay better. The rooms didn’t have air conditioning or fans provided - or I wasn’t offered one. In the room, bedsheets had visible stains and there was some light dust and common household bugs in the room. The old furniture gives it a nice touch. There are some nice spaces to enjoy relaxing like reading a book etc. If you like an alternative feeling to sterile and stale hotel environments then this is the place for you!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel The rooms were clean and well-kept For the price, it felt like a great deal, as the value for money is impressive. The location is also convenient, situated just a short walk from the train station, which made exploring the area easy and stress-free the reception staff were welcoming always ready to help I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality and convenience at a reasonable price :)

The hotel is relatively far from the train station. The hotel had changed the confirmation number before arrival, so we waited about half an hour before entering after we had call them by phone because it was slef check in. We found pure bath soap and there was no one in the hotel to ask.

The room is quite spacious, the furniture is simple and unique, the window faces the corridor, and the curtains need to be drawn for privacy. Fortunately, we don't stay in the house for a long time during the day. The breakfast is quite rich. Most importantly, it is close to the train station and the city, and there is free parking.

It is far from the central city, but there is a car traffic at the door. It is more convenient, and the city of Salzburg is relatively small. Even if it is far from the central city, it is actually more than ten or twenty minutes by car and within an hour of walking. The facilities in the room are relatively complete, with coffee, tea bags and air conditioning, and a kettle. It is the hotel we stayed in throughout the trip, the most suitable hotel for Chinese living habits. The hotel front desk and the actual place to stay are not in the same place, it takes about two or three minutes to walk, but it is still acceptable. No elevator! No elevator! ! No elevator! ! ! The important thing is said three times. We live on the 3rd floor. The suitcase is carried up by ourselves, and the stairs are relatively narrow spiral stairs.

It was the 30th year and gave the child a red envelope. Because I had two orders for two nights, I needed to change rooms before going out on the second day. Go back in the evening, see the red envelope on the table, and immediately understand that it was in a hurry in the morning and landed in the previous room. The homestay, especially in Europe, is managed by the operators of the homestay by the quality of the staff. Great!
