I will now make a reservation for an extended stay. The front desk is on the 1st floor (2nd floor in Japan), but there is an elevator if you enter from the left side of the stairs.

The seaside boutique resort has several inefficiencies which I list: 1. At the time of entry according to Seaside protocol the allocated piece NOt is ready to receive visits 2. The staff did not repay the consumption and the bread always present an angry state during the 4 days of my stay 3. The beach is dirty with cigarette slices, plastic bags and packs and other mugs. Nobody cleans it for my 4 days of stay. Photos available with the Hotel's background. 4.El The pool jacuzzi doesn't work, after insisting for 2 days I can make some of your water jets work in regular conditions. 5. The staff does not understand English and communication is disastrous The problems are being solved very slowly with a manager via messages and that is not present to see the problems. 6. They prohibit the entry of drinks to the resort with fine of 1.000.000 Dong, but the resort No drinks Without Sugar What is not understood this prohibition 7. Good hotel, overlooking beach sea.... Rooms are comfy spa staffs are very friendly polite.... Front desk need to more professional and to provide proper informations... Rest hotels is great... Just this city lacks proper tourist destinations.... City needs more quality restaurants and cafes... Beaches are wonderful but popular beach like ky co they charge entrance fee, than parking fee, bed renting,.. It's supposed to be public beach but some company they leased and owned it... Now all visitors need to pay.... Never heard anything like this in Thailand... Bali....

Staff is nice as we stayed here for 3 nights. Only a 2 star hotel but the room is more than I expected. It's new and easy to get to the beach. There is only one thing that does not provide breakfast. You can rent a bike at a good price at the reception. I will come back someday.

The hotel's spa services were also affordably priced, and I found the hair spa treatment to be a great value. Nearly every service here exceeded my expectations during my stay.
