We visited Maya World as 5 people family. The hotel is situated in a nice area by the sea. The Staff in the restaurant and in the bar was very nice, their work was really hard and they did good job. The food.was tasty, it was nice to take part in a Turkish day. For me and my family food was tasty enough, three was a lot of various food to choose. The animations for children were nice and funny. For adults too- the animators also do good job. Nearby,there is a possibility to do water sports. The manager was nice and helpful. The biggest disadvatange is for cleaning. We were accommodated in a dirty room, the bathroom wasn't cleaned. There were someones hair on the basin, the toalet was dirty ,the shelf on the bathroom was dirty too. The room was cleaned everyday but cleaned is too good word- the floor was washed, only the main corridor on the floor. Sometimes there was the lack of towels. The room we were on needs to be renowated. Despite od the cleaning and the room I recommend to go to Maya World for holidsys.

3 gunluk bir rezervasyon yaptırmıstık ama otele gidince ve gorunce direk 2 ye dusurduk fiyat olarak makul bir fiyat ama bence onu bile haketmiyor zaten gider gitmez resepsiyonda bir bucuk saat bekledik ve calısanlar cok ilgisiz suratları asık sanki zorla yapıyorlar islerini odaya cıktık temizligi idare eder ama tuvaletler rutubet koyuyor daralıyorsunuz ve yemekhaneye bakan odalar var ve oraya baktıgı icin perdeyide acamıyorsunuz insanlar geciyor diye oda sizi iyice basıyor ısık almıyor dahada daralıyorsunuz balkonlu odalar bir tık daha iyi o odalara gore bunun yanı sıra havuzuda guzel aksamları ilaclanıyor sadece derin 2 metre gibi birsey yemekleri idare ederdi okadar kotu değil ama yarım pansiyon oldugu icin oglen ac kalıyorsunuz gece acıkırsanız ac kalıyorsunuz onuda dusunmek lazım ve free icecekler demisler ama sadece su kola ve fanta baska icecek yok kucuk seffaf pet bardaklarda veriyorlar onuda yani o konudandan kotu kaselerin ici hep pisti cay bardaklarıda oyle yani ben diyecek birsey bulamıyorum hoparlor bile bozuk yani havuzun oradaki 10 saniye sarkı calıyor 5 6 saniye sarkı kesiliyor kablo kırıkmıs bantlamıslar mudurun bu olaydan haberi varmıs ama bir aydır kabloyu almıyorlarmış calısan talep etmis ve oda bu durumdan rahatsızmıs rahatsiz ediyor diye muzigi kapatıncada mudur kızıyormus o bile ayrı bi rezillik dus suyu deseniz ısınmıyor sıcagı bosverin birazcık ılısın istiyorsunuz o bile yok buz gibi suyla dus aldık.bizim normalde odamız 4 kisilik olması gerekiyor ama 3 yatak vardı ek ucret odemesek sıkıntı yok bunuda görüşmek icin resepsiyona gittin sabah ve yarım saat bunun icinde bekledik yatagı zaten aksam getirmislerdi herneyse aklınız varsa gelmeyin bu otele önermiyorum ve bian once bu sorunların duzeltilmesi gerektigini dusunuyorum buraya gelirseniz paranızla rezil olursunuz.

Since I have been there before, I went again with peace of mind. I also benefited from the sea this season. The staff was friendly and fulfilled everything we wanted immediately. Having a separate section for men and women is very important for us. We benefited from the bath and the pool. I am looking forward to my next visit. I recommend it to conservative families and families with children. The sea is very beautiful, sandy and pebble. There are no stones, children will be very comfortable, the shore is not deep, I was able to get in easily because I don't know how to swim.

Great little hotel in the centre of Altinkum. The hotel is bed and breakfast but also provides lunch snacks and evening snacks if you do not want to go out. It also has a lovely bar that can be accessed inside or outside. Rooms are very clean, beds comfy and lifts are very clean and new. It is only listed as a two star, but I think it deserves better. There is an accessible pool to side of hotel with plenty of sunbeds. Will certainly go back again. Air con is included in the cost of room.

Altınkum is very avatarous to be on the beach. He has taken too much to wait for price according to his position and service policies. I can say a full family apartment.. rooms were very pleasant and clean. I can recommend everyone with pleasure

We met three families in capital, on the recommendation of my father, we had no much expectation but a complete family hotel. The businessmen's family were so warm about it that we never had foreignership, as if we had a feeling of having spent our holiday here for years. The staff were laughing and hot. The breakfast was beautiful at dinner. They care about hygiene. They are making a solution to your problem. We loved it very much. We thank you all again for everything. We will see you again.👍👍👏👏👏
