This is a small, homey place just outside of the central city. It's on a quite road about 50m from the main road, and not far from a small market area. The rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable, with a usable desk and good air conditioning. There is a small cafe as well What stands out is that the staff are very cheerful and accommodating. I didn't find any motorcycle rentals in the city, so I asked them and they rounded up a scooter at a reasonable price. And when I was ready to head to the bus station, one of the women insisted on giving me a ride on the scooter. On top of that, I had left something in the room and she brought it to me before my bus left. Very much appreciated!

This hostel was really wonderful, it’s clean and modern, the facilities and amenities are great, the upstairs deck is great to see over Phetchabuhri. They even ran up to the train station when I left my earbuds in the room - the owners are amazingly kind and generous. The perfect staging area to explore Than Khao Luang and Phra Nakhon Khiri, bikes are provided to make travel around the city easier. Absolutely wonderful.

We needed to spend a night in the historical centre of Petchaburi and Agoda showed the only other guesthouse nearby as “sold out.” The fan room we were given was very dark and dingy, although it appeared to be clean, and the toilet and showers were down a steep staircase. Although it would have been OK, I guess, for just one night, it was far below our usual minimum standard. We decided to try the other nearby guesthouse, and they offered us a very nice bright room with ensuite bathroom and air conditioning for not much more money — even though the property showed as “sold out” on Agoda. We decided to take that room and blow off jj home despite losing the few baht we had prepaid that were not refundable. I want to emphasize that the young manager who checked us in and showed us to our room was very friendly and personable. The fault was not his, but rather the quality of the room.

Very satisfied with the bed and breakfast hotel, because starting from Bangkok by car, I plan to visit the scenic spots along the way, so I stopped at the hotel next to Khao Wang Palace. The boss is very enthusiastic. Hotels similar to motel
