Hotel Kanaloa

This hotel can only be recommended. You felt very welcome from the start. The entire team was friendly, open-minded and extremely accommodating. In this hotel, communication is possible in English and all inquiries were answered with a smile. An early check-in was possible free of charge. Payments can be made by card. The luggage was brought to the room by the staff :-) The room was clean and nicely furnished. Above all, the bed with a filled grain pillow and a fluffy duvet was very comfortable. The air conditioning was a real blessing in the conditions. The sanitary facilities are a unique experience in Japan anyway, and here too they are well equipped. For breakfast there was either a western or a Japanese variant. The Japanese breakfast is a real feast for the palate. Variety was also provided for at breakfast - really great! For me it was one of the best breakfasts in Japan! Absolutely high quality. The hotel has the perfect location and is only a four-minute walk from the harbor. The hotel also has a private shuttle bus that can take guests to Aharen Beach free of charge. Overall, my stay was very relaxing and I was absolutely satisfied with this hotel - highly recommended! The only negative aspect was the thin walls. You could occasionally hear the room next door

Watari Kashiki Island is my first visit for two nights and three days. I was worried about my solo trip but I was able to enjoy it enough. I didn't dive and it was just a leisurely trip. Thank you for the transfer. I want to use it again. It is about 90 seconds walk to Awaren Beach. Accommodation Pension type room. The appearance is as shown in the photo. I visited the front desk many times for my first visit, but I am very satisfied with the response. Thank you. The room felt a bit narrow, but there was no problem because the time spent in the room was short. (good) The hygiene was good and there was no smell even if the air conditioner was used. There was no outlet near the bed, but an extension code was prepared firmly. (I hope to improve) The shower took time until hot water came out. The radio wave of the WiFi was weak and often interrupted. Meal Restaurant on the second floor of the building next door. The atmosphere was bright and I enjoyed the meal alone. It was delicious. Especially the lunch time meal is satisfactory with both quality and quantity. Facilities Terrace seats, front desk shops, outdoor vending machines, and garbage dumps were also firm and there was no trouble. There was also a coin-form washing machine and a large diving equipment.

We came here for our 20th Anniversary. The Keramas are amazing and this is the most secluded beach you may ever get. The hotel is a little dated and the food is traditional Okinawan. We had the best time. The staff treated us like royalty. They were exceptionally kind. We went snorkeling in the beach outside the hotel and saw more turtles than we have ever seen. At least 7 of them. The water was amazing. The staff also allowed us to check in early and leave late. You will not go wrong staying here.

A B&B not far from the port. The atmosphere is good and the rooms are clean and tidy. Not far from the restaurant.
Reef Inn Kuniyoshi

Breakfast and dinner here were thoughtfully prepared and traditional Japanese food. The rooms are also very traditional, with tatami matts and small bathroom. The staff is very very nice and goes out of their way to do what they can to improve your stay. The location is fantastic - only a few blocks to beautiful Aharen beach. Right in town, it is easy to visit other shops and restaurants. After some translation challenges we were able to arrange the shuttle from/ to the ferry which was very helpful. Be prepared that this is an older building. It is well-kept but not the cleanest. The air conditioning was an older unit. Internet only really worked in the lobby area. We did get a non-smoking room. As long as you can accept the relaxed ”beach hotel vibe” you will enjoy your stay!
Tokashiki Guest House
4/51 Reviews
The place is very beautiful! Important to notice that the road to beaches (shops and cafes) is very difficult for not prepared people. It took us about 25-35 min to take to Tokashiku beach. Better to rent car or motobike or be prepared for a long walk. The host was super nice, and assisted us in all questions. The house is not the new one and have some not very fresh staff, but we were ok with that. Before booking you should remember that it is a country house not hotel and you will be happy. Also it is located not far from view point
