I stayed 3 nights (triple for double use) and I must say that the room was very spacious and the bathroom was large. I honestly didn't expect a change of towels and a minimum of cleaning every day. Area is perfect! You are in the center, 2 steps from the first beach and close to the station. Tips for improvement: There is no reception, but I would pay more attention to contacts via email. If I didn't call I would never have received an answer. Put at least a small fridge for the summer or some machines where you can buy water.

My wife and I thought it was excellent. The rooms were very very clean, and spacious. The automatic check-in was easy. Plenty of towels. Even the TV was large. Located right in the center, with fantastic restaurants like 5 steps from the entrance. My wife and I enjoyed the first night so much, we decided to stay a second night. For the price, it would be hard to do better. We would definitely stay there again.

I was a guest of this structure that has a strategic position at the rear of the Ariston Theatre, the house was super clean and the maximum availability and also instructions to enter and exit. It was impossible to call the host and to agree on something. On the site it was written that you can pay in cash, and that registration ends at 21.00. We planned to come to 14.40, but only got on a later train, so were on the spot near 19.00. We waited 20 minutes when someone came to us and eventually we were told that our reservation was cancelled and sold to other people. We were indulgently offered to stay in a room like a plaster. We were too tired to argue about anything. Two days in the road and when you arrive, it is terrible to unpack your suitcases quietly! No help in selecting another option of accommodation was provided to us. As a result, we found another hotel ourselves: at the same price, 200 m from the center and about the same amount from the beach with a spacious room with a refrigerator, air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. So, except for the stress experienced, I'm even glad that our reservation was sold in this hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Fantastico, come posizione, a 50 MT dallo struscio, e 200 dal parcheggio e dalla stazione. Camere pulitissime e accessoriate di tutto, appena si entra si respira un odore di pulito che infonde subito una bella sensazione, materassi comodi e ambiente silenzioso e tranquillo, insomma ottimo in tutto e per tutto, sono stato in molti alberghi in giro per il mondo ma raramente mi sono trovato bene come in questo ”affittacamere” ho messo tra virgolette perché certe volte si dà poca fiducia a questo genere di location, invece si possono trovare delle mosche bianche come questa e vi assicuro che non sto scherzando, naturalmente camere con TV, aria climatizzata e frigo Il ragazzo alla reception è gentilissimo e insomma, non riesco a trovare un difetto. Da provare ad occhi chiusi.

I stayed on August 25 with the family. We found it good .how it should be when you rent a apartment,clean,ordered and organized as a hotel room. This host was it !! We went for the second time, my friend from San Remasco who lives in Milan and Cocker Diana. We had a great time, excellent welcome, young, friendly and attentive owners. Incredible room , exceptional litre, beautiful and very clean bathroom , room service always perfect , breakfast to fall down the ground, very clean hotel , small room fridge always filled with very fresh water , Air conditioning , for our part a small terrace that offers a garden and a really very pleasant basketball ground for the Italian atmosphere , smoking corner, dog friendly ++++++ , beach towel available , in the heart of SanRemo .... If I had noted the whole hotel I would tell you that it deserves its 4 stars (see more) .... the staff is INCREIDING, in the small care for its client , help you book from activities , give you good plans for the city , good restaurants , apply to 300% to offer you a wonderfully delicious reception and meals (the breakfast is incredible) , every day is a good day when we cross their smiles , we are conquered , background in full and we think the hotel deserves a more star , just for them !!! ♥️

Sehr saubere, neu renovierte Zimmer. Superschöne Gartenanlage mit Terrasse und toller Aussicht. Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze im Hotelgelände, der Strand ist in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar, in die Stadt hinein ca 30 min. Weshalb wir mit dem Auto zum Abendessen fuhren. Sehr schönes kleines Hotel(20 Zimmer) das Nebengebäude wird gerade renoviert dann kommen noch mal 60 Zimmer dazu. Das einzige negative war das Klappbett für unsere Tochter das war sehr klein und unbequem selbst für ein Kind.
