Had a very relaxing 4 nights in Casa Dolce Casa. The staff were amazing, very helpful in booking reliable transfers for us. The room was spotless and very well appointed. The views from the balcony were just stunning. The public pool on the terrace below was an added bonus at €20 per person. We had an excellent breakfast everyday on our balcony. I was attracted to the hotel from the favourable reviews and the fact it was on the road so no need to carry luggage up and down Ravello’s steps. Definitely a bonus as the gentle climb up the road to the square was preferable to me than the 180 steps ( yes I counted them!)

Located less than 5 minute walk from the main square in beautiful Ravello this accomodation is excellent. Despite being close to the square its very quiet. The standard of the rooms is excellent - we stayed in a family room and there was plenty of space for 2 adult and 2 children. Rooms are spotless and a good sized fridge is good for water etc. The host is friendly and offers to help with transfers and local advise. Breakfast is served on a terrace overlooking the valley and Scala and is delicious with fresh fruit and pasteries. Highly recommended

Dear Belmond Caruso Team, I want to thank you for the exceptional hospitality and service we received during our recent stay. Your attentive and warm team made each moment at your hotel special. A special thank you to Chef Armando, who made our breakfasts delightful with his cheerful demeanour. Eida's assistance throughout our stay ensured we felt right at home. At the reception, Nickola's (and his twin's) professionalism and readiness to help were second to none, making every interaction a pleasure. Marko and Donatello's friendly and attentive service enhanced our time at the pool, making each visit relaxing and enjoyable. Lastly, Elsa, your service at dinner was impeccable. There are many others I did not get the name for who deserve recognition, but a big thank you all for going above and beyond to make our stay so special. We spent one night in Ravello - we had actually booked another hotel who then asked us to cancel as they had overbooked … we were so pleased to have found Toro as an alternative & it would seem much better than our first choice. It’s a lovely small hotel just off the Duomo Square with friendly welcoming staff. Very comfortable room with well equipped en suite. I loved being able to just read outside on the covered raised lawn area & we had breakfast outside on the rear patio - such a range to choose from & very relaxed. Ravello is beautiful & Toro a perfect place to enjoy it from.
