Hotel Tiferno is in a great location in the old town overlooking a square and was once a monastery attached to the nearby church. We could easily walk to everything in the old town including fantastic local bars and restaurants. Our room was clean, modern and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast offers plenty of choice and is located in a charming room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. In particular, Sabrina made us feel very welcome and readily shared her knowledge with us when we indicated our interest in the history of the building. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

I stayed in this building 4 nights. My husband forgets his pocket on the chair in the pool. The pocket is missing tomorrow. We ask the reception and they don't know anything to tell us. We wait for four days to talk to the manager, and we were already gone and call the business director saying that she hadn't been heard before because she didn't want to disturb us. My husband was without money, without credit cards, without documents, if he was not with me, he could ask for the grant. I know it's not the fault of the structure but it's not the wrong thing that they've been screwing your pocket if something more serious happened you wouldn't move to not disturb.... The hotel is a very good place to stay in the hotel.

Siamo stati in questo relais per due notti. Il giudizio è nel complesso positivo anche se ci sono delle pecche non proprio tipiche di un relais. Il borgo è stupendo, davvero degno di nota. Anche se la sera è un po' smorto (almeno ad agosto potrebbero organizzare con delle piccole band o qualche spettacolino semplice per intrattenimento serale). Le camere per quello che ci riguarda sono ampie, pulite e a buon prezzo. Il personale è cordiale, gentile anche se un po' distratto (a volte lasciano vuota la reception) così come quello della ristorazione sembra un po' improvvisato (i camerieri non conoscono le pietanze che servono e devono sempre chiedere allo chef). Il cibo però è di altissima qualità, davvero ottimo e curato. Il servizio piscina lascia un po' a desiderare visto che, oltre la spa e il ristorante, è l'unico servizio degno di nota: dato che ci sono ospiti di tutto i tipi ( anziani, famiglie ecc ) non ci sono regole di buon comportamento (in fondo nn siamo all'acquafan di Riccione e ci si aspetta decoro). Non c'è servizio bagnino, ma solo bar. Altra cosa che non si addice affatto a un relais è che la piscina è accessibile anche agli esterni dell'hotel e il weekend diventa caotica e con gente di tutti i tipi. Inoltre, si dovrebbe adibire altra piscina per bambini per evitare di disturbare chi sceglie questo posto per il relax e non ha figli al seguito. Dunque buono ma si può migliorare molto. Ad ogni modo lo consigliamo.
