It was a very good stay the cottage was quiet big it gave feeling like village homes and it was equipped with all modern amenities and staff was very supportive. The pool was clean and food quality was also good overall it was a good stay.

Explained everything to three different staff. Hussain, various reception staff and your manager Akash Pandey. Issues : Noise from neighbouring room. Shouting, TV and 7 guests in one room! Door key cards not working from day one. Reset 14 times for both of us. Air conditioning not working and wasn't fixed despite complaining. Smoking smells in corridor from other rooms, despite complaining NOTHING happened. Worst experience of a hotel management. Akshay Pandey, should not be a manager, he has no manners or people skills. All he said we will sort it out. Nothing done to resolve my suffering for 3 days. He was suppose to call me after 30 minutes.... He never did! I inquired at the reception and yet he had simply sat in the back office and never came out to explain anything. Absolutely rubbish service and poor quality of services. My professional advisor will investigate the matter with international Hotels Group Authority. Draft out strong case and send it to Media Influencers, Hotel rating authority, Google reviews, Trip Advisor reviews and Mumbai Media channels.

Just leaving Hotel Jyoti today. I have had a pleasant stay here. The staff at the hotel cannot do enough for you. I have stayed at 5 Star hotels in various counties but this is the first hotel where I had a call to request to come for breakfast half hour before the time is up to ensue that I have had breakfast. We stayed in an Executive room. The bed was very comfortable and the toilet bath were good. They provide towels and dental kit and comb. For the price it a wonderful hotel. Sometimes such hotels have that personal touch that you don’t get at 5 star hotels. Will definitely be back.

What an amazing property to spend your vacation time. This is the 2nd time in 3 months that we stayed at this property. 34 nights in total between Nov 23 and March 24. The Doshi family are running this like a completely family oriented property. The minute you walk in you are pleasantly greeted by the security guards, the reception staff, special thanks to Shakti Bhai snd Bakul Bhai and the bell boys. The rooms and corridor of the hall way are very clean at all times and comfortable to stay in. Rooms are cleaned very well daily. Housekeeping staff is excellent and meet all requests in a timely manner should you need anything like additional towels, toiletries etc. Special thanks to Kunal and his team and the laundry service is excellent all do nicely washed ironed and sent back same day! The quality of food at breakfast, room service and dinner buffet is excellent. Variety is great, tasty food and always kept hot and served and topped up well at all times. The staff in the restaurant are so professional, polite friendly and very hard working always with a smile. Special thanks to Govind Bhai, Raju Bhai, Gagan Bhai and Tej Bhai for constantly looking after us but all staff are excellent Hotel is constantly being cleaned and it is completely like staying at home away from home. Such a friend atmosphere, great positive aura and I would definitely keep going back and highly recommend this beautiful property. Keep up the good work - love coming back to this place

The best Indian experience in veg cuisine in five days. Absolutely exquisite full of flavours and simply melts in your mouth. Just amazing. The resort offers a serene environment to relax from a hard week and lets you relax mentally and physically. All this topped up by some caring and attentive service staff and e had the pleasure of being served by Mahima at the restaurants who served us with a smile understanding our taste and helping to choose the right food combinations. The best service person we meet on this Indian tour. We will be back. Premnath jayakumar and Prasanna Vithanage. Welvaart Solution Pvt Ltd. Sri Lanka. Mahima managed the restaurant and guests well.

The room was small and the rates were too expensive as per the amenities provided in the room. Normal water bottles were provided which were not sealed. The bathroom did not have a proper flush system and there was no shower for the bath.

Parking facility is good, bed was clean, room size is huge, bathtub and bathroom also clean but telephone is not working, they said call us from your mobile for get any room services, we went for dinner and come back, turn the lights on and we shoke, so many baby cockroaches found in room and bathroom also. Hygienity is not good.

It was a amazing at kk beacon rajkot. I stayed 5 days for my business trip and there is a very amazing location that hotel located heart of the rajkot. Receptionist khushali give e very good room and amazing view. Dinner is a delicious as per the prize. Gujarati thali is very amazing. Staff is very supportive and cooperative.
