This is review of dinner only, as we were staying at another hotel nearby and elected to come here for dinner instead. We were given the opportunity to sit outside in the gardens and were brought the menus and drinks very quickly. The food was excellent and three guys were playing traditional music for us nearby. Although we were alone in the garden, the whole place had a really traditional and authentic..almost Rajasthani vibe to it. I would have loved to have come back during the day to have a proper look round as it looked like a great place to stay.

An excellent budget hotel with wonderful staff, walking distance from all the sights in Orchha. Aniket will welcome you with impeccable English and both a friendly and professional attitude. He has put a lot of work in providing guests with an amazing itinerary for sightseeing. Room was big and clean (I have to point out that the bed linens were one of the cleanest of the trip). Towels, soap and hot water were available in the room. Water bottles and sodas available to buy, as well as some food options. Aniket's father is wonderful too, helped me booked a tuk-tuk to Jhansi train station at 6am and even got up at that time to make sure everything was OK.

We stayed with our parents and loved the MPT BETWA resort. Awesome location - The resort is located next to Iconic Chhatris of Orchha and Betwa River. The rooms and tents are well kept and clean, clean towels, friendly staff, ample toiletries, great food and beautiful property. I am writing all this as people don’t expect such services from a govt run hotel. MPT staff is doing a great job of maintaining this property and providing great service to customers. I want to appreciate and thank the following people for the good job being done - Girish Maurya ji, Suresh Gupta, Rahul Kumar, Mukesh (housekeeping). We will surely visit this place again in winters. Avoid going during June to September as its hot and humid.
