Stay at Park Inn hotel in Nov 2024 for business purpose for a week. It was a nice and comfortable stay. Location is good. Walking distance from Railway Station and adjacent to DB Mall. Room ambience was good, but less lights, no white light at all. It is difficult to read or work on laptop. However, the hotel's housekeeping staff arranged an extra tubelight iny room on first day itself. There were other minor issues also, like intensity of hot water was less initially, it was resolved after a couple of days. The door of the shower section had a gap from floor, hence water used to drip a lot to wash basin section and had to be mopped off every time. However, the housekeeping staff was very polite and efficient. Especially Mr. Tulsidas, who was always ready to help. So the minor issues didn't trouble much. Probably this issue was only with my room. Food was good. Restaurant staff was also very pilite and always ready to help, going that extra step to ensure that we were served food as per our requirements, everytime. All in all a nice experience. Courtesy and Hospitality outscored the issues faced. I am sure the hotel management will address these issues to make the guest experience even better.

I've been to many Taj properties, and hospitality, and professionalism have always been associated with it. Taj Gwalior was second to none in it. In fact, it has been a notch above. This was first time, me, my wife were with both of our kids & staff made sure we had an amazing & comfortable stay. Starting from Check-in, Sinki was very polite & very welcoming. They way she interacted with our younger kid was very cute. Sakshi took us to the tour of the property. She was extremely knowledgeable not just about property but about Taj group also. She was very clear in explaining each things. Yashasvi, at time of Check out was very helpful and cleared thigs seamlessly & without any trouble. Very professional. Dhruv & Vijay also helped me whenever I required any quick help & information. Want to mention, Puran also, was also very helpful in parking and getting the car, couple of times we requested him to get the car & he was very prompt. Overall, the hospitality, food, property, cleanliness, grandeur are always with Taj, but its the people who are at the receiving end make the experience unforgettable. Full marks. Thanks
