It was a perfect stay experience. I arrived at the hotel after 8 pm. Everything was very thoughtful from the moment I walked in. The young lady who received me was beyond beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room. The entire hotel is very new and beautiful, and there are many things you can experience, including various swimming pools, spas, and private beaches. Every hotel employee is very service-minded and all requests are met. We stayed at this hotel for a whole day and it was a completely relaxing vacation. If I could, I would give 10 stars

Filion Suites was a perfect choice for a late getaway for myself & my wife. Our room was very clean and spacious with food and drink in the fridge for our arrival at 1am. The self service buffet style dining hall was more than sufficient to cater for anyone's tastes. The dining hall staff were always very pleasant and eager to help especially Antonia who would greet you with a big smile each visit and of course ”kalimera”. There were 3 main pools, but we only used the upper two as there are a lot of steps on the resort, not that we couldn't climb them, but didn't want to waste our holiday going up and down. The resort offer shuttle bus service to the beach area which run regularly. However if you leave the beach area after 4ish, there can be a queue for the bus, and despite us being 1st at the bus stop, when the minibus arrived we were jostled out of the way and had to wait for another bus about 15-20mins. Overall a very nice experience. The only reason I wouldn't go back is because there are so many places in Crete, and the rest of the world to explore.
