We arrived at the hotel after breaking down on the way there and had to be towed by the AA. We were meant to be parking our car at another car park near the airport before flying to Lanzarote the following morning at 6.15am. The AA couldn’t get the car started and Andy the receptionist on the desk went over and above and was so helpful and booked the car into the car park at premier and said don’t worry how long it takes to sort as he was aware we were going away the next day. This helped take some of the stress away immediately for us. He was also happy to look after the keys till we could sort out collection again from the AA to take it to a garage once we got on holiday as it was late on a Sunday night. After sorting the car and checking in we then went over to the restaurant for some food and a drink. The girls in there Charlotte and Brooke were lovely. Again, friendly, happy and very welcoming staff, my little girl couldn’t decide what dessert she wanted and they brought her a little selection of a few different outs including a lovely fancy ice cream with lots of treats on it. The staff at this premier definitely go over and above and made our stay really enjoyable and were so welcoming after our stress of getting there. Would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return.

The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. From the minute we arrived (and fought through the smokers at the front door) we had a great welcome from the staff. The food was absolutely superb with a special mention of the beef and ale pie definitely worthy plus a very good choice of well kept real ale and gins. Lots of free parking available too. We stayed here as we had an early flight from Leeds Bradford and so we were departing at 3.30am. If we hadn't been staying for a flight though I'd have been raging at the other guests. Most of them were also using it before the airport and the noise from the corridor plus neighbouring rooms was awful. I do appreciate that the hotel is not totally responsible for their guests but the family in the room next to us allowed their toddler to run around the corridor knocking on other room doors. In summary an excellent place if you're flying early the next day, not so if you're not checking out really early.
