Great little find this place! In an ideal spot, easy to find. Surrounded by loads of local shops plus the usual Aldi,Poundland,B&M Iceland’s etc. the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was spot on! A selection of cereal toast and fruit with all the condiments followed by a full English which was lovely! The host was very friendly and very helpful. Also free parking. We go on holiday twice yearly and if flying from Heathrow will definitely look this place up first

Stayed at the hotel and had dinner in the restaurant, the meal i had was amazing and the best meal i've ever had in a premier inn. Dawid the chef made the best steak i've ever had at all my times in a premier inn (you wouldnt have even thought it was) and Vasil the waiter was very polite and attentive. All my needs were met during my stay from the room to the meal and even the check out. Would defo be back here again

Finding the entrance to this PI was terrible, the postal code takes you to Sainsbury's! Once we established where we had to be, we then drove past the entrance (it was dark) due to the sign not being lit, being behind a bus stop and also another more prominent sign. Staff were pleasant on our booking in. You now have to pay for parking as with most PI parking sites, this is charged at £8 per overnight stay. Bit pricey given the area! We found the room to be as expected with all PI's no complaints there. The restaurant was small for the size of the PI, and we couldn't get a booking till late for our first nights dinner, 20:30. We normally eat at 18:00 ish, and we were told most people ring and book their table ahead of arriving. We stay at a PI all over the country once a month and have NEVER had to do this ever and always managed to get a table for 2 around the time we liked to eat. The service wasn't that brilliant, clash of languages made it hard for us to be understood and for the lady serving to be understood. We had a fire alarm on the Sunday morning and had to leave the building. We were told to leave from the main entrance, but we were sat right next to a fire exit. My husband questioned this with the manager and was told we ask for room numbers as you leave. HOWEVER, for safety measures, you should always leave the building on the most readily available exit point, we did note this to PI on our questionnaire. Overall this place is excellent if you want to spend a weekend away in Windsor and it's easy to find once you realise you have to go up a road, to come back down the road and know you turn at the bus stop on the left! Would we stay again if visiting Windsor, yes we would. Whilst the small things are annoying, I can't say that they were awful. That was a family who allowed their child to throw all the food given to him on the floor and then just sat with it surrounding them and then left it for the staff to clear up. One waiter was very lovely, he seemed to be all over the place, and we liked him enough to give him a tip.

Bianca's House Hotel Heathrow Airport

I really got screwed with this booking. My flight was canceled, and I was a bit desperate for a place to stay overnight. ”Bianca's Hotel” was quite a bit cheaper than the places closer to the airport. So I booked it and took a taxi there. But the taxi driver couldn't find the place. We were in a residential neighborhood, not anywhere that you might expect to find a hotel. So I called the property, and the guy told me to get out at #1 Torridge Road and walk to #19, which seemed really weird. I asked him if there was a sign, and he said no. I mean, what kind of a hotel requires that you walk down a dark residential street looking for a place with no sign? When I said that I wasn't comfortable doing that, he suggested that I just cancel, and mentioned that he could get 500 GPB for the room (I had paid ~200). I was pretty sketched out at this point, so I just cancelled and went back to the airport. Later on, I tried to get a refund, and he refused. He also blocked my calls and marked me as a no-show. So now I'm out the 200 GBP for this ”hotel” plus the 60 GBP for the taxi there and back. And after all of that, I ended up just staying overnight at the airport. This place seems really scammy.

There is plenty of space in the living room and rooms. The whole environment is very clean. The bathtub is very big and my daughter loves it very much. Will definitely come back in the future.
