Although not in the city center, it is very convenient to drive, next to a school, I feel good environment, and can park for free! The service was great! There is also free wifi, but there is no hair dryer in the room! Health is also general!

At 1pm on February 13th, London time, I took a taxi from Newcastle Airport to the hotel. As a result, at another place, the counter operator swiped my child's card for the first time. I could n’t make it out. The child thought there was a problem with the card, and then swiped it with my card. The swipe successfully printed the document. Spend 420 pounds and deposit 200 pounds. Then I walked with luggage for half an hour to the place where I stayed. The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the train station. There are three bedrooms and one living room. The problem was on March 5th, the credit card repayment, I found out how much the child's credit card repayment amount, check the bill, gosh! The child's two cards were deducted four times for 420 pounds for a total of 1680 pounds, and my card was deducted for 420 pounds and 200 pounds deposit. It has been happening for almost 20 days. If I did n’t check the bill, the extra money was lost and the hotel was not found for 20 days.
