Perfect room for the night - but was disappointed that it took 45 minutes to get into my room after a long days work in London. The main door and room codes weren’t provided after my booking, and staff were confused/ repeated questions - wasn’t too impressed with that unfortunately! Would recommend but felt short changed and the organisation of the place for bookings needs reviewing.

The service is good, I saw 3 large boxes, and I asked to change from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor.

The room was very clean, the facilities were very complete, the TV could be connected to Netflix, you could watch movies with your own account, and the bed was very comfortable. And the surrounding environment is very safe, very close to the train station, and the traffic is very convenient. There is a convenience store next to the apartment, it is very convenient to buy things, the overall living experience is very good ～
