Novotel London Brentford

Love this hotel stay here every time we visit london. Rooms are a good size for a family of 4. I visit withHubby and both my 7year old and 4 year old. Excellent leisure facilities! Has a lovely swimming pool which always has a decent temperature alongside a sauna and a gym. Excellent changing rooms but found to be very cold when entering. This hotels has excellent staff working here and this visit was by far the best. I had a lovely warm Top class female named Priti check us out. Priti had very good humour and made us smile she was very helpful and mentioned we still had complimentary welcome drinks left on our room stay which we had before we left. Very professional and excellent communication skills from staff here. Attentive and very helpful never appear to be stressed. Go far and beyond. Keep up the good work. Can’t wait to stay on my next visit which will be in October term.

I don’t usually leave reviews but hoping this may be helpful to future guests! I was sceptical about the parking situation after reading the numerous reviews and the security of the car park. As I arrived I thought I would check it out and the previous reviews don’t lie! Dingy, dark and smash glass sums it up! Such a shame as it’s directly under the hotel with a simple staircase into the reception. Do better premier inn rather than just putting up a few signs! Another car park inside has a large barrier why can’t you invest in one? For peace of mind, use Brentford Waterside multi story. It’s mainly for the residents of a neighbouring block but if you go up past the first 2 floors you can park anywhere. The car park was clean, well lit and I felt safe leaving me vehicle here, unlike the car park at the hotel! It’s also cheaper at £10 every 24 hours. Postcode is TW8 8AE (what3words ///drops.basic.transfers). Approximately 3 minutes away. The hotel is fine, normal premier inn. Carl was particularly friendly. If you want to eat in the restaurant, book in advance otherwise you won’t have a chance, even week day. WiFi is awful as per all PI hotels, why cap the maximum speeds to 1mb for free and 8mb for ultimate?!!!

Told we could get in to apartment at midday but we’re not given access until after 4pm even though the flat was ready before then. When granted access kept getting locked out as battery flat on entrance pad. Instructions said gate near a bus stop which it wasn’t. . Aircon set to very cold and no instructions on how to change. Told there was parking but it was paid parking at the Travelodge. No phone reception and WiFi stopped working on 4th day. I needed it for work. We had a baby with us and the electric platform for wheelchairs and prams wasn’t working. I understand that things don’t go wrong sometimes but we were lied to before we got there and the “customer service was unhelpful and rude” They also entered the apartment when we were out. The location is good but definitely not worth the hassle
Premier Inn London Brentford

Because of the positive reviews, I chose to stay at this place. The location is a 20-minute walk from the subway station, which is not too bad. The hotel is also not far from the airport and the subway line is rather convenient. However, I had to wait for 20 minutes when checking in, and parking required an additional fee. The price was not particularly cheap either. There weren't many amenities nearby. This place might be suitable for business trips, but overall, it's just an average chain hotel.

In general, the hotel is a very comfortable place. The staffs are so nice and very helpful. The restaurant for the breakfast are also really good. And it is located in a very convenient location, you can very easy to take bus to Richmond or ealing board way to go to central london or the airport. My mum visit me in London. I booked a 2 bed’s room, but basically the room is only for her to stay. She lived there for 10 nights. The hotel guaranteed that they will do housekeeping every 7 days. For the last night I choose to stay with her. However, I accidentally found the bed is full of hairs. Some hairs are short, and some are long. Which should not belongs to my mum. It means the housekeepers have not change the bed sheet and those hairs are not belongs to my mum, because she stay in only 1 bed. But that bed with hairs is the other one. Clean and tidy for a bed is the basic requirement for an accommodation. That’s really disgusting and unacceptable for an apartment hotel. All in all, I would recommend other travelers to stay but the hotel should train staff to do the room cleaning well.

This is not the first time that I have stayed in this hotel, As always, the room is spotlessly clean and the staff are s happy to help you. With any problems you might incur, The only way that this hotel could be any better. Is if they allow you to bring your dog with you...... The hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings, perfect for dogs., And you have ground floor rooms available which go directly onto the grass outside, which is perfect for anyone wishing to bring their furry babies with them. Other than that in my opinion, there is no hotel better than this that I have stayed in, And I have stayed in most of them.
