Great hotel on good location with fantastic breakfast. Hotel is just up the hill in a lovely small town of Villeneuve just across the river from Avignon. The small town is perfect with restaurants and a small grocery store. We brought our bikes which was a perfect setup. The Hotel is beautiful set up with a very spacious approach, multiple ground floor common rooms, a massive garden and a huge pool area (which was closed due to cold temperatures in April). Breakfast was really good, not sure what the other reviews were complaining about.

I stayed only one night but will for sure stay here longer next time I go to Avignon. The hotels location is perfect for me who likes walks as a day starter when you have to cross the twin rivers to reach Avignon center. Also the small town Villeneuve is in a short walking distance with interesting places to visit and parks for relaxing. During my short stay I could visit both towns without any hurry. I had a small nice room, perfect for a solotraveller. A quit busy trafic on the nearby road but when the sound insulation was very good in the room I had no problems with the trafic and I slept very well. A good breakfast on the terass on the top floor with a wiev of the Avignon center in the distance was a beautiful and nice start of the day! Bjoern Sweden

I'll show you my case, one night in this room, at 1H30 of the morning wake up by music, very strong. I hit the door for a few minutes, then I go home and ask him to lower the sound, a little surprised to see me, it runs. I allow me to tell the director at my check out, and talking with the reception, the household women and the director, everyone knows that my neighbor has problems with harm, because he is deaf ... OK, so if you are informed, why rent this room? because the seat requires us to do so despite our warnings. Ladies and gentlemen, ZANEO's leaders, I am extremely unhappy with your way of seeing the business and I am really sorry for your employees and residents who have to suffer the consequences, because they cannot hide behind a Office ...

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and loved the ambience. Restaurant was top-notch; breakfast was OK but not up the usual 5-star standards in terms of selection of items. Lots of confusion around our egg orders.Rooms excellent value for the price, incredibly spacious; we had a room overlooking the pool with a terrace (room 31). Some lapses in service, and be sure to ask how to drive there by car. It was very hard to find and one way street leading into the hotel entrance. At time of our visit (May 2024) there was construction going on in the church next door. You are so close ot Avignon, and you don't have to deal with the craziness of the city. We took the No. 5 bus from the city of Avignon back to Villeneuve des Avignon, where the hotel is, after spending 25 euro for a taxi ride in. Bus cost only 1.40 euro each!
