Ibis Budget Nîmes Centre Gare
3.9/558 Reviews
Located behind the Train Station ( technically it faces it, but all the attractions of the city are on the other side of the elevated railway), I think it is convenient and the property is relatively modern and the hotel has adequate services, in line with what is to be expected from a budget chain hotel. Minimalist room and functioning washroom and WC, which is separate. Aircon works fine. Room looked and felt clean. Anti-Covid measures were visible and enforced. The Parking is expensive at 10 euros a night, and confusing, both to find and to enter, not to mention to leave!!! Overall a fine experience, I got what I payed for, and when going back to or through Nimes, I will happily return to this hotel.

Maison Albar Hotels L’Imperator
4.6/573 Reviews
The Maison Albar L'imperator is in a very beautiful location in Nimes, a historical palace plus new dependences, a swimming pool, and a spa. The position is excellent a few minutes walk to Maison Carrè and the Amphitheater, near Jardins de la Fontaine in one of the best parts of the city, very safe and clean. There is attention to every detail in a mix of old and new furniture and decor (beautiful the Jean Cocteau's lithographs dedicated to corrida-tauromachie). I tried the good international breakfast at buffet, informal happy hour in the Hemingway Cocktail bar and a dinner at the brasserie L'Impé by chef Pierre Gagnaire. Many thanks to the restaurant staff and the concierge equipe, a special mention to Monsieur Pierre for his professionalism and kindness during my stay. I highly recommend this luxury hotel for a unique experience in Nimes.
Appart'City Collection Nîmes Arènes
4.5/592 Reviews
Unfortunately, it was a bit late because the hotel room was too big. The bathroom had a wet and dry bath. There was an electric towel rack. There was a mini kitchen at the door. The cooker pans were all very good value. The door was a large central square. The arena is very close, it is recommended to play the most complete one preserved in the world. Although the Roman arena is spectacular, its integrity is much worse. The hotel does not have a parking lot, and it is parked in the center square of the entrance. After the hotel discount, we will go to noon overnight Only paid 4 euros.
Grand Hôtel de Nîmes 4 étoiles
3.6/552 Reviews
4.1/551 Reviews
We reserved two nights at the Royal Hotel in Nimes, France. On the day we checked-in, they charged my credit card for the two nights lodging, but I was not made aware of this. When we checked out, we were given a receipt for the two nights lodging, plus parking fee and tax, which was charged to my credit card. It wasn't until I saw my credit card statement that I realized they double charged for the two nights lodging. I sent them a couple emails about the double charges, but never received a response. Fortunately, my credit card company refunded me the extra charges, and said they would deal with the hotel about the charges. I never heard more about it. The hotel is in a nice location for seeing the sights in Nimes, and the room was fine. Our room overlooked the outdoor restaurant in front of the hotel, but we did not have any noise issues at night. We did not eat there, because they did not offer gluten-free meals, but there were other restaurants in town that did. There is a public underground parking garage with an elevator that come up the street next to the hotel. Over-all, a good stay except for the double charges on the credit card.
