The Park Hotel

Centro de Guayaquil
The location is very good, the staff very friendly and willing to help, the reception is renovated, when you enter a voucher for a coffee or a aromatic in a cafeteria next door, however, when you enter the corridor, the contrast is noticed, The hotel is very clean, the room on the 2nd floor and the very basic dining room with Rimax chairs, for breakfast offer 3 options. As I told the administrator, it is an hotel with excellent projection for the future.

The place have some cracks in the infrastructure, the paint of the walls is old and fading and falling apart , when taking a shower water splashes every where on the floor even if the shower door is closed.

Kennedy
The breakfast is good, the variety is very good, there are roast pigs to eat, it tastes like a Hong Kong-style suckling pig, very relieved. The location is good, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus on time every hour, and it takes 10 minutes to get to the airport. The service is good overall. You can reserve a local tourist bus at the front desk and then wait for the bus across the road from the hotel according to the agreed time. After about 2 hours, I will return to the pick-up point. The fare is $8. Worth experience. Local security is not good, it is not recommended to take a taxi, it is recommended to use Uber.

Simon Bolivar
This hotel is very well situated. Close to a large mall, one of the best hospitals in Guayaquil, many restaurants including a Sweet and Coffee right next door. Very upscale area. Lots of traffic in the area but no problem with traffic noise in the room. Shuttle to and from the airport and decent parking. The concierge and security were friendly and extremely helpful.
Holiday Inn Guayaquil Airport

The location was very good as it was about a 3 minute walk from the airport. There was a big bug in the bathroom, and the staff came and took care of it.
