The room is very clean and the facilities are new and fully equipped. You can see a panoramic view of the entire Thanh Hoa from the 34th floor! I will go there next time. I didn’t take any photos of the hotel. Let’s take some photos of the scenery on the top floor.

My wife and I spent 7 nights at the Van Chai Resort and cannot say enough about it. The staff, specifically THUY, gave us absolutely amazing service and set up any tours we wanted to do. Our return destination had a severe virus outbreak, so we had to urgently rearrange several aspects of our trip, visa situation, and various scheduling. She handled everything on a very personal level. Additionally, the staff is all very nice at all times of the day/night, most/all with very good English; they even invited us to join their Tet celebration with fruit, wine, and red packets! The massage service was great! The gym is a little bit small, but the pool area and views make up for it. The garden area is big and we spent every night walking through it or by the seaside. The restaurant food was very good and prices are more than fair. The town was not busy, but we went during the winter months, so the off-season for beach towns. I expect it is very busy in the summer! We got a free upgrade and were able to get a taste of a few different room styles. They're all charming and well-equipped with basic necessities.

I'm just out of this indecent place that is ”sense spa” inside Thanh hoa's central hotel. I paid for a 90' massage but got massaged only 30 as everything stopped when they asked me to pay one million VND for masturbation and I wasn't interested. I complained and shouted. The 2 persons who run the place didn't care , I was led to go again to the massage room where this time they propose same thing for 300.000vnd (I had paid 500.000vnd for the massage already). So this time I left the spa and decided I was just gonna post it so people avoid that place! All in all, I never received a real massage, I paid for nothing...

Staff here has a very poor attitude. Since check-in, the staff has already wanted to chase guests. Never seen any 4-star hotel with poor service like this. Need more training for staff about service attitude. I have experienced a lot of different hotels and also doing in the service industry but can't be sympathetic. Definitely not coming back.

The room and bathroom space is relatively large, there is a kitchen room, breakfast is used in the FLC Grand hotel restaurant. The sofa is slightly old. There are many swimming pools suitable for children. The concierge and front desk service were good, and I arrived at 12 noon and checked in. The room dining service is also in place. The hotel room is facing the sea and the swimming pool, the view is very good. Very cost-effective. Free parking is very convenient. recommend!

The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, parking is convenient, the room is facing the beautiful swimming pool and facing the sea. The concierge delivered the luggage to the room. The lobby manager is also very enthusiastic, has been delivered to the room and introduced the facilities. The restaurant environment is good and the variety is okay. During the stay, neither the team nor our compatriots were seen, they were all natives. English communication is required at the front desk, it is highly recommended to stay.
