This hotel was stunning, rooms, view, food and staff were 5 star. Trang was amazing and helped us with suggestions on where to go in the city and we were very pleased. They changed money for us multiple times with no hesitation. Helped us organise taxis, and were over all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a huge variety of food. Shower was probably one of the best we have had in vietnam ...hot water great pressure amd spotless.

Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there. Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors. Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

The room is spacious, clean and the hotel itself is also very nice. Although they could varies the buffet food choices more for a better experience. The staff are very helpful with all of our concerns and we had a good stay at the hotel despite it is our first time here.

I stayed with my parents at @flc.hotelsandresorts in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam and here’s my feedback ⬇️ 👉 Truly a luxurious stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a really nice view of the golf course and part of Ha Long Bay. 👉 You have to visit the Sky Bar on 21st floor & Bamboo Restaurant. they both are top notch! .👉 Swimming pool was great but we didn’t use due to cold weather but they have indoor temperature controlled swimming pool as well which was equally wonderful 👉 Hotel staff left no stone unturned to make our stay memorable. 👉Only few staff speak English but that won’t be any issue 👉 Overall, if you planning with your parents/family, you should Consider this one..

The hotel apartment has just been opened so there are too many things to say. The room is beautiful, the view is beautiful, the toilet equipment is high-class BUT both the toilets I rented are blocked, the smell is terrible, making me very limited to the toilet. Booked here but no swimming pool is used. If you want to use the swimming pool, you have to pay an extra 700k / room / day. I booked on Saturday, Mon, on a peak day, so the check-in time is quite long, there is no room for the car, so I have to park it on the road, it is quite inconvenient to rain. This area is deserted, far from the center of Sun World, so nightlife is quite limited.

The hotel is brand new and very clean. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The area is still under construction. This (at the moment) results in a less beautiful view/environment. But I am convinced that it will be beautiful within a year. The hotel location is quite far from the city center and shopping malls. A car or taxi is needed. Or you can get bicycles at the hotel. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Special note to Tracy, she has served us several times with very personalized service. Couldn't be better! The 3 restaurants in the hotel are highly recommended. We stayed 6 days in an apartment in this hotel.

Beautiful and modern hotel. I received top notch service and will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It recently opened and everything is new. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating.

Great experience at the top hotel Ha Long ♥️. Stepping into the hotel door, what impressed me and my wife the most was the way the receptionist named Vy and bellman Hiep helped me and I check in very enthusiastically. Another plus point is that the rooms are clean and fully equipped. I had a warm birthday at ksan.

The place that truly brings peace to your soul and is suitable for an escape from the busy life. We upgraded the room to Junior Suite which was pretty far from the reception and restaurant/coffee lounge, but near the swimming pool and meditation/relaxing activity place. F&B in my opinion is so-so, not really attractive. Unfortunaly, there were 2 times of power-cut (in a short time) during our 2D1N stay here 😂 Not much activities at night for active people or children, but only the village nearby that you could go by hotel electric car.

I came Ha Long for 3 night and stay in DeLaSea hotel. I think that was good choice. Receptionist was nice and professional, they gave us some good tip for visit in Ha Long. Breakfast was really good with varieaty food. They have swimming pool in-house also with nice view. I had the best memories in Ha Long. Make sure will come back

It's about 2.5--3 hours from Hanoi. TripAdvisor includes hotel pick-up, but it's cheaper on Trip.com, so the hotel pick-up was added $70 per person, so two people eventually paid $140 more and bought it here for nothing. ㅜㅅㅜ Vietnamese cruises are cheap, so I bought them, but the explanation didn't include pick-up information at first, and I struggled at dawn that day. Bus limo pickup was so luxurious. What bus chair was like a banggi business ㅋㅋㅋ The Halong Bay cruise is the same schedule, but the room was so good and the program did not meet expectations. It was a bit boring, but the room and toilet were so good that I felt strong! But the staff keeps asking me to write a good review and write my name.

It was good hotel especially beding was so good. Very cozy. We can rent a bike that was useful . Hotel Nas swimming pool and private beach they eun electronic car they take us and return back, too. It was si nice. They gave me informations about booking limousine therefore I can easily move other places Breakfast was nice. But so many people crowded IIt was like a market. But food was nice. Totally It was good experience.

Hotel is quite new, in the new tourist area. All new (November 2023). Since the hotel in the new area is not nearby cafes or shops, to the center 20 minutes walk, to the sea 7 minutes walk. Not the best cleaning, but I think it's an accident.

We had great time in grand pradise. Totally satisfied with the service and itinerary. Especially thank to Tom who served my table. My parents felt very comfortable with his service. It has been a week since the travel. We are already missing the trip on the grand paradise cruise.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Enchanted Hotel on 3-4 Feb 2024, and we must say, it exceeded all our expectations. We were greeted by a warm and friendly staff, One of the highlights of our stay was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

We booked a two night cruise and loved everything about it. The boat is like new and spotless. The staff and crew were polite and professional and the food was outstanding. The service staff for our meals went the extra mile with a smile. We had a room with a balcony, well appointed, clean and comfortable. We honestly wouldn’t change anything about the cruise except we would like to stay longer next time.

La Regina Grand Cruises.. The cruise is good one, tho looked little old with squeaky wooden flooring but had an ancient luxurious touch to the interiors. Mobile internet & WIFI onboard signal was really really bad. Some activities provided onboard. And we did learn on how to make the vietnamese fried spring rolls. Overall was ok and yes u should add in your Hanoi trip!! 🥰🥰

It was exceptionally quiet in the hotel, which is clearly set for many visitors, and they are probably well prepared for it, but when they are less busy, they don't know how to deal with it. The restaurant you advertise was closed for your own guests for two of the three days, and the night we were brought to a restaurant by golf car, and the room was spacious and well maintained. The IT specialist has even installed the K+ sport channel so that we could look at Formula 1 race on Sunday afternoon. The third day there was no promised breakfast buffet but it was reasonably well offset by service at the table. In short, a stay with pluss and memories but the intention of the hotel is good. Once again, it was probably much better at press.Another little point is that the staff, also at the reception, hardly speak English. In a hotel with a good international character, this should not be done.

everything is perfect: luxurious train furniture, 3 meals food is not repetitive and delicious, the staff is extremely friendly and polite. Worth to experience once in my life on Ha Long Bay

The hotel is centrally located in Mong Cai city with a few steps to go to a night walking street and main entrance between Vietnam and China. The hotel is old style and downgraded. My Suite was spacious with city view but the design was very old-fashionable and not elegant. Facilities and amenities were just average. Breakfast had some choices. Both quality and service were just acceptable.

Self-driving 24 hours to Dongxing, transit Vietnam, choose to rest in Man Street! The best looking for on the hotel Trip.com, the room is quite good, the big new is clean, the service is generally like the Vietnamese may be this tone, the overall feeling is not bad! It's the New Year's Hotel restaurant has nothing to eat, and the bath temperature will suddenly become all cold water!
