"During hot weather, the hotel pool is a great place to spend time. BUT!!! The pool is a huge plus, and simultaneously a huge negative because access to it is open to absolutely everyone for a fee, and on Sundays it's a nightmare – it's Ladies' Day, and you simply can't get near the pool. What's more, women swim not in proper closed swimsuits, but in whatever they arrived in, and get this, even in street shoes! No one pays attention, but it's unhygienic! On other days, conversely, ONLY men come. And as a woman, I feel uncomfortable when dozens of male eyes stare at me in my swimsuit! The hotel room costs $100 for one person, which isn't the cheapest price for Bukhara. The management should prioritize the comfort of hotel guests! Otherwise, the rooms are large and spacious, with everything you need: towels, bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo. The breakfast is delicious, with a great selection and everything is absolutely tasty. Special thanks to the chef for the porridges. My stomach was tired of pilaf and shashlik after a month, so kudos for the buckwheat and oatmeal!"

"The hotel is located north of Bukhara's Old City, with most attractions within walking distance. The Saffron Restaurant on the 3rd floor serves excellent food, especially the fried eggplant. However, the spa service was absolutely unacceptable. The therapist had an awful attitude and poor technique. Anytime we moved or were too tense during the massage, she would reprimand us with incredibly exaggerated, disgusted exclamations, completely ruining our day. On top of that, it didn't even provide the relaxation we sought. What's more, the time spent changing clothes was counted towards the massage duration, which would never happen in China. After writing a two-page complaint letter, the hotel offered a fruit platter as compensation and provided a written response stating that ”other guests in our tour group” were satisfied, implying the problem was ours. Yet, we were independent travelers who checked in alone, so the mention of a tour group was completely fabricated. Naturally, this was unacceptable. After a 30-minute standoff at the front desk, the final solution was a 30% discount, but then the fruit platter was withdrawn. As an incredibly arrogant hotel, I do not recommend staying here. They didn't even replenish toothpaste during daily cleanings. However, the rooftop restaurant is still recommended, with an average cost of around 200 CNY per person."

"The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located, with many of Bukhara’s main attractions within walking distance. Everything is brand new, and I would highly recommend this hotel. I visit Bukhara at least twice a year, and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in the city so far. The hotel had only been open for about a week during my stay, so I believe some minor issues are simply because the staff are still getting used to the systems and procedures. For example, my reservation showed that the payment had already been made, but at checkout I was told that the payment had not yet appeared in their account. I had to wait for around 5–10 minutes while they checked the situation, but eventually everything was sorted out and I was able to leave without any problem. Considering how new the hotel is, I completely understand these minor issues. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again."

"A very beautiful hotel with excellent service, in a walk-in from the old city. We have a family room consisting of two standards connected to the inter-room door, very convenient for 4 people! The room has all the necessary, good repair and comfortable furniture. On the respiratory has helped with all the issues - booking a table in the restaurant, carrying out exchange of currency and so on. The only thing that was a little bit upset - quite modest compared to Hiva and Samarkand breakfast, hot dishes were few, baking in factory packaging, but not bad coffee."

"I stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip. On my last day, my train schedule suddenly changed, departing an hour earlier. Even though it was early in the morning, I requested a transfer from the hotel to the train station. The staff member who checked me in was incredibly kind and helpful; despite my limited English, she made a great effort to understand me, and I really appreciated her hospitality. The driver who took me to the station was also very safe, and I was so grateful for the early morning ride. The breakfast was delicious too. The hotel had minimal amenities, so bringing your own toothbrush set is a must. Also, there was a distinctive scent throughout the hotel, but I got used to it after a few days. The shower had a slight sewage smell, but only when first turned on. I really enjoyed listening to the beautiful violin performances every evening, and being able to watch YouTube in my room was a nice touch."

"We are an elderly couple from China traveling to Bukhara with a wheelchair. After checking in, we received special care from the manager and were given a room on the same floor as the front desk. On May 18th, a young man at the front desk provided us with a map, highlighting the main attractions and advising us on whether to walk, take a taxi, or use an electric cart, which made our sightseeing very convenient and quick. Both front desk staff members helped us with the wheelchair whenever we entered or left. After checking out on the 19th, as our train was at 9:45 PM, the young man who started his shift after noon offered us green tea and snacks. He also advised us to leave the hotel before 8 PM and helped us call a Yandex-Go to carry our luggage and take us to the boarding point. Unfortunately, there was traffic control on the road outside, allowing only outbound traffic. This young man ran back and forth to find us a car and didn't leave until he had successfully seen us off. The hotel's breakfast was also abundant and delicious, and the staff greeted us with smiles and provided attentive service. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, very new and quiet. Its proximity to the main attractions made sightseeing easy. We were delighted to stay at your beautiful new hotel. I will recommend it to my friends and family, hoping that more Chinese people will visit Uzbekistan in the future. Your warm and thoughtful service and friendly atmosphere will become a cherished memory for us. May the friendship between China and Uzbekistan last forever!"

"This was by far the best hotel during our entire Uzbekistan trip. The breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse, the facilities were top-notch, and the staff were friendly and provided excellent service."

"A great family hotel! Located very convenient - in foot access from the old city, the nearest sightseeing is Lyabi House. You can get to the hotel by taxi, although some facilities in the old city can only be reached on foot. Hotel staff is very friendly, hospitality. The host of the hotel has turned on heating as it has already been cold at night on the street. You can leave things in the hotel after expulsion, walk around the city a few hours before the train. I liked breakfast. Especially remembered a delicious home baking, dinas, carrots!"

"The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but a taxi ride is only about 100 rubles. The rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent. Breakfasts are European style with several tasty options. There's a gym (a suggestion: please add dumbbells lighter than 14 kg) and a sauna and a hammam. The pool is small, about 2x2 meters. Overall, I really liked everything."
