"The stay was generally satisfactory. Check in and check out processes were smooth, and the staff were polite and professional. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable, though some furnishings showed minor signs of wear. Noise levels were acceptable, and basic amenities were provided as expected. WiFi connection was stable for most of the stay. Breakfast offered a limited but adequate selection. Overall, the hotel met standard expectations for its price range and would be suitable for short business or leisure stays."

La-Z-Boy Inc. is 10 minutes from our door. Grab snacks and play games in our lobby, and check out our indoor pool and 24-hour fitness center. WiFi and breakfast are on us.
"This was a convenient location to visit my mother in a nursing home. Felt very secure and comfortable. There are many hotels nearby and this was the first I tried, but I'll be going back again and again. I liked the public areas and found them very welcoming. I didn't need them much this visit but I do feel like I could just sit out there if I didn't want to be alone. I also really liked the pool. It was very clean though I wish there was a bit more seating and space around the outside."

The parking lot is large and there is no charge for parking. Breakfast is formal Western style, with a wide variety and a lot of money. The surrounding area of the hotel is very lively and shopping is very convenient. And the hotel has convenient transportation. Next time you go to Lansing, you must still live here.

We stayed here Friday and Saturday night. We booked a romantic stay cation about 30 mins from our house. The room was smaller than we expected but the beds were pretty comfortable. The worst part about the room was the thermostat. I felt that it was not easy to control. We had the heat on and it would still turn on the ac. Our room did not hold in heat very well. The hotel was alright but when it comes to checking in and out is another thing it was a hassle paid for the hotel online with my CashApp card and when I had arrived and they asked for a security deposit fee and I had asked them if they accepted CashApp being how they took it the first time they told me no they didn’t accept it and that I would have to either have cash or a bank card that isn’t CashApp, Venmo, Chime, PayPal etc rude as can be and not only to mention they had kicked me out my room until I had paid a security deposit fee for my pet and later that night I had paid the pet fee and the staff was nothing but disrespectful but the day of check out I woke up late and apologized to the housekeepers and they were nothing but rude and told me that I had 5 minutes to get out or else there were going to be police there and I had a lot of stuff in my room being how I stayed a few days there but and 5 minutes wasn’t going to be good enough for me so I had asked if I can get a little bit more time and after I had got everything out they were nothing but nice as can be asking if help was needed and I told them that I didn’t need any help from them got everything into my car and walked back in so I can get my security deposit fee back and I was denied my security deposit fee and I want and I am going to be calling the head honcho and reporting that and everything else.
This is not the first time either that this has happened to me

This year we celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary, but didn’t want to spend a fortune on a cute little hotel in a city close by , where we could unwind and we could also do a bit of after Christmas shopping . We found this cute cozy little city called Traverse City in Michigan. It was a short ride ( 3 hours) and arrived at this hotel situated on the beautiful Little traverse Bay . I can only imagine how nice this city is in the summer , I hear it’s called the Cherry Capital of Michigan . The hotel was as perfect as the city. And It had all the amenities that we needed for our perfect little get away . The room was just the right size for the 2 of us. With a comfy king bed and a queen bed , with crisp clean sheets with equally nice employees to round out our stay. We were told about a nice restaurant where we could enjoy a great steak with great ambiance . BOONES Long Lake Inn . ,after which we retired to our room back at the hotel . Sadly we weren’t able to enjoy the hot tub or pool as we were just too tired from enjoying the day and evening out. We did enjoy the free breakfast that was delivered to our door. All in a I have to give it a 5 star experience.hoping to return again soon .

The room and hotel was great. I don’t like that you do have to pay.$20 per day for parking or you will need to use the city parking but you can’t park over night as city parking expires at midnight. The location has no pool but has a nice roof top. Drinks were pretty reasonable. Over all it was nice.
