Nice location, starts kind of in the middle of the trail along the Canyon. We went in one direction the day we arrived and the opposite the following morning. No pictures can describe the magnitude and depth of this area. What I didn’t see anyone mentioned and came as a surprise is that admission to the National Park is $35 per car for 1-7 days. Also that because of the elevation it’s quite chilly even though it’s sunny. The view is truly grand! The deli at the market offers variety of hot sandwiches, a cup of soup with a juicy chipotle chicken sandwich was a great way to finish the evening.

The hotel is one of the most accommodating with little bottles and packets of things to use that I have ever seen. They had four pillows on each bed, each one with a different softness. Everything was spotlessly clean. I loved the spa area, which is dark, like it is nighttime all the time. I ate dinner in the restaurant and wish I had gone somewhere else. The food was mediocre, and the waitperson was almost rude. He was very friendly and laughing with a table next to mine, but he did not even crack a smile with me. I have to admit the coffee in the restaurant was very good. The menu did not offer anything special, so I would recommend going outside the hotel.

The room is in a building behind the front desk. Although a map was provided, it took a while to find the room at night. The location is great, just a few minutes drive from the entrance of the Grand Canyon Park. There are many restaurants around, especially one restaurant that offers discounts with a check-in card.

We Had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were very clean, large and comfortable beds. Shopping and restaurants are less than 5 mins away. And the lake is 15 mins away. No traffic noise. I recommend this place.

The location was great, it was a short drive to Grand Canyon National Park. Room was sizable and well maintained; amenities were plentiful. Ample of parking lots at hotel. Staffs were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also delicious too.

The hotel is really nice. Although it is not in the main city, the room is really nice. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances. You can cook the things you bought in the supermarket next door at home. Last year, the room price in the main city was more than 200 yuan, but this one is only 100 yuan, which is half the price. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable! It is very close to the scenic spot. Joe at the front desk is very cute. Since we arrived early and it was not the check-in time, the young man asked us to leave our phone number and told us to text me as soon as the room was ready. As expected, we checked in 3 hours earlier. It was really good. Thank you.

The room is big and comfortable, and the lady at the front desk is very nice. There are grasslands and small deserts outside the hotel, and you can watch the sunrise and sunset. The breakfast is a rich Western food. You can do laundry, and it costs three dollars each to wash and dry. It takes only 10 to 20 minutes to drive to Sunset Overview. The only drawback is that it is not in downtown, but it doesn't matter because the whole town of Page is very small. It is very close to Horseshoe Bay and Antelope Canyon, and it takes less than 15 minutes to drive there.

Appeared to be a new property. Appearance of outside property was excellent. Check in was easy. Interior of hotel was excellent. No problems with the room. Breakfast food was acceptable- normal hotel food. Food staff was excellent- working hard to keep food out and tables cleared and cleaned.

Loved hotel but my bfvcheated with a paid girl from the street I caught them there was hortibkecwhybso many hooked there otherwise beautiful

This place is very clean and the staff are very friendly. We stay for 2 night.breakfast are good.we ask 2 extra pillows and after 3mins they already delivered.supposed to be only one night we stay there but since the hotel is very nice and clean we request the extend one more night, and the front desk help as to fix that. Worst breakfast experience + Positive points: Clean and spacious rooms. Good location in the city, a lot of restaurants and shops around, close to the national park and amazing view points . Swimming pool which is nice to have when travelling in summer -Negative points : Bad breakfast offer and set-up Some reception desk stuff not too nice Low wi-fi speed on the evenings Swimming pool was not cleaned very good or not often enough : pine needles and dust floated This is the worst breakfast experience we’ve had among 15 hotels/motels in which we stayed in USA in the same or lower price range. At the pretence of the Covid related restrictions there is no self-service at the breakfast. There are no such restrictions in any other hotel we’ve been. You need to ask ladies at the counter what you want (a piece of bread, butter, jelly, cold boiled egg, cereals or milk). If you need an extra piece of bread you have to queue again and wait while other guests get their food at the counter. No hot meals offered, limited choice of fresh products - almost all the stuff is packed in plastic, meaning it contains a lot of preservatives (example: peanut butter sandwich which is already packed and doesn’t taste good; you can not do it on your own with freshly made toast.) . The only thing you can serve on your own is tea and coffee (thanks God!)- surprisingly there is no Covid danger here? The cutlery is also packed in plastic. If you need just a spoon, you’ll get a napkin, knife , spoon, fork, salt and pepper- all together packed in a plastic bag. All the rest you’ll just throw in trash if you need just a spoon. What a waste! I’m not talking here about the negative environmental impact with all this unnecessary plastic packaging and unnecessary waste. Travelling in the USA at the same period and even in the same state we never met such uncomfortable and waste producing breakfast set-up/ organisation. We’ve also found some stuff members at the reception desk not very nice. It’s a pity for the whole team because the others were quite nice and friendly - depends on the shift.

Breakfast is good comfy beds . Quiet in the rooms slept good all night. Toilet kept clogging but over all was good for the money I spent

I highly enjoyed the room itself. Every time I stay I cannot stop raving about the structure of the rooms let alone the BATHROOMS? the walk in shower with a mirror and seat is seriously the most beautiful and relaxing “shower” I have ever seen in Arizona and i’ve been to lots of hotels here. Although they do not have a 24 hour service room service, the front desk of always kind and eager to help me with whatever I need. They answer my questions throughly and I am a guest who frequently needs early check in and they always try to accommodate me as best as they can. The pool is a bit small but definitely relaxing and the food in and around the hotel is simply magnificent. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have the opportunity to!

their service was great the location was good the room was great but their security guy needs to get a life and stop making his job his whole life he literally sat right next to me or stood right next to me until I got an Uber out of there for absolutely no reason and kept asking me every minute wouldn't is Uber here is the Uber here is it over here it's ridiculous so watch out for a fat white security guy he's an a******

Update: Pretty sure I got a sinus infection from my room. (See review and photos) Not the worst Hotel I've ever stayed in, but the worst Hilton experience so far. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is it's proximity. 1. Proximity to the job site I worked out of 2. Proximity to the Airport 3. Proximity away from crime When I arrived, the atrium was nice and the pool area is actually really nice. When I opened the door to the room, the musty smell hit almost immediately. Thankfully because it's PHX, I was able to open the window and run the fan to get some fresh air into the room. Only after 3 afternoons of doing this same practice did it finally start smelling less musty by Wednesday night. I inspected the HVAC intake and noticed that the filters appeared to have an installed date. I think it says 1-26-2022 (or 1-24-2022) either way I'm no HVAC expert, but I believe even the best filters need to be changed more than that... only 1 out of the 4 toiletries had anything in it or the only one actually working. (see photos) Since I work all day, I didn't feel like making it a big thing at the front desk. Should I have? I guess I could have, but for Hilton Honors users, we have a handy app that lets you use your phone as a key among other features. one of them is to communicate with the hotel. I decided to try it out and sent a message on Tuesday. No response. On my last evening, I sent one other message. (see photos) I'm a fairly forgiving guy, but considering this is one of the only supposed ”4-star” hotels in the vicinity, I was hoping for a little more. They don't service the room but once every 5 days (unless you ask for it, but again; Why have a communication feature if you don't monitor it?) if I come back to Phoenix, This will NOT be my first choice. I'm going to say right now, I'll probably look in nearby Tempe or some other suburb and risk the 20-30min. commute than stay here again.

Absolutely have nothing bad to say at all. Customer service here is the absolute best.

We stayed in room 202, which is a 1 bedroom suite. The rooms appeared to be clean and tidy, but when we opened the door and walked in we were immediately smacked in the face by the overwhelmingly strong smell of urine. It wasn't pet urine. It smelled very strongly of fresh human pee. It was like they peed all over the room, or maybe even into the air conditioner vent. It is absolutely HORRENDOUS. The hallways, hotel lobby, dining area, etc all smell completely normal and look to be clean. But the fact that they put us in this room knowing about this disgusting pee smell (there's no way the cleaning staff doesn't know, unless they have no sense of smell) just burns me. I will be avoiding all Best Westerns in the future because of this horrific experience. This room should NOT be used by a customer until the source of the urine smell is found, removed, and replaced. I would suggest that the hotel use a ozone machine after the source is found and removed to ensure the odor is completely gone. There is no amount of money that Best Western could pay me to ever stay here again. So disgusting. I think they should change their name to Best West-urine If you doubt my experience, please feel free to rent room 202 to see (or smell) for yourself. Be prepared to take a shower in Clorox after you leave though...

I can't tell you what an amazing experience my best friend and I had staying here. We were in town to see Justin Timberlake. Upon check in we were heated with a smile by ”Jelly”. You receive a ”free drink” coupon with your stay. I don't drink so she make me the most beautiful Shirley Temple. The ”Stash” closet had all the things I needed that I forgot at home. Such a quaint room. I love the vintage look and feel of the whole place. I didn't want to leave. ONLY downside was parking. You are pretty much forced to valet park.

Family of 4 here for baseball spring training. Room was double queen, good size. Beds were comfortable, shower has very good pressure! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Very nice big heated pool. Breakfast buffet was decent, had all the basics(eggs, bacon, sausage, toast). Hotel bar open until 10.

Look at my reviews. Rarely do I ever say anything negative about a business; I'm very easy to please. This review is a rare exception. Key points: Desk clerk is behind bullet-proof glass communicating via a Charlie-Brown-quality speaker. Entire property surrounded by high fence with security gates. The overall vibe is one of maximum-security prison, or perhaps post-apocalyptic wasteland. I am grateful that management has taken the responsibility to do these things to assure the safety of its guests. However, I simply do not wish to stay someplace where such measures are necessary to assure my safety. I've stayed in a LOT of major cities and have never encountered a hotel like this. That said, our room was very clean and tidy; nothing fancy but perfectly acceptable in and of itself. And in fairness, nothing the least bit unpleasant occurred during our stay. But our discomfort was extreme nonetheless. Though we had originally reserved two nights, we checked out after the first. Driving about randomly in Scottsdale turned up a far more satisfactory hotel for the second night.
