"I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the Grand Canyon. Before checking into hotels later in Page and Kingman, I was a bit critical of this lodge. However, after experiencing the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Page at Lake Powell and the Hampton Inn & Suites Kingman, I truly appreciated how good this lodge was. If you're interested, you can check out my reviews for those two hotels. While Red Feather Lodge isn't huge, its facilities and amenities are very comprehensive. I recommend booking a room in the main hotel building, as the motel section seems to lack elevators. Ice machines, water dispensers, a laundry room, and coffee by the entrance are all readily available. Cynthia at the front desk was exceptionally good – her service was warm and she answered every question. My only complaints are the noise from the air conditioning and the housekeeping. They didn't greet us, which felt quite impolite in the US where people usually say 'hi,' especially to guests. What's more, they took clothing I had thrown in the trash, pulled it out of the bin, and placed it on my desk! What kind of operation is that? When I returned to the hotel and saw yesterday's discarded clothes on my desk, I was confused and felt offended!"

"Second time coming here. It was during winter this time. It was much noisier and hard to rest. The aircon was way too noisy all night, but we needed it. Quite a bit of inconvenience as we needed a good night of rest before continuing a long day of driving. Moreover, we could hear the guests from next door. They spoke very loudly at 5 AM. Breakfast was ok, not much variety but not too bad either. All in all, at this price point we would stay again for a night or two."

"The room was spacious. Although the facilities weren't brand new, it was clean and hygienic. It was already a bit chilly when we visited in early November, but the heating worked wonderfully. It's very well-suited for families who want to cook, as there's a full set of kitchen utensils available. The space is very generous, and the towels were soft and clean, meeting Hilton's brand standards. If I ever come back to Sedona, I'd choose to stay here again."

"Great location, the resort is close to many trails and shops. However, Hyatt globalist gets no special treatment here. We stayed in a studio room that has a sofa bed, and also has a kitchenette which was great longer stays. We took a 90min tour of the property when they tried to sell us the time share which ended up being over 2 hours even though we didn’t buy it."

We're in Williams, just off Interstate-40 and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and attractions. "Very nice stay here! I planned for Grand Canyon the next day but the storm warning was on. I asked the staff for advise and they helped a lot. Lester told us to leave around 10am as the condition of snowing should be better, and it was right. We succeed to visit Grand Canyon and have a nice trip. Overall equipment is good, nice neighborhood, nice breakfast. If you want to visit Williams, that’s the choice."

Stay comfy with an in-suite kitchen, on-site laundry, and free breakfast. We also have a fitness center and outdoor pool with hot tub.

"I visited this place for a month-long business trip. The staff's response and location were satisfactory. There were nearby marts and restaurants within a short drive, so there was no inconvenience. However, breakfast was free, but it was not used very often. It was a satisfactory trip except for breakfast."

Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again. Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away. Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable. Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead. Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that. Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup. Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge. Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item. Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.

Very new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Great Location and Perks, but Where is the Staff? I’m giving this stay 3 stars strictly due to the service, which was among the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel. The biggest issue is the lack of presence at the front desk. At my scheduled check-in time, the reception was empty. I had to repeatedly shout ”hello” before anyone appeared. This happened throughout my stay—whenever I had a question about the weather or my tour, I had to yell for someone to come out from the back. If you aren't going to staff the desk 24/7, please at least invest in a service bell so guests don't have to shout. The housekeeping staff also seemed to be in their own world. They rarely acknowledged guests; in fact, I frequently found myself holding the elevator door for them to exit before me. When I asked for a shower cap, I was told they simply don't provide them. It’s a shame because the location is actually great and very quiet, with plenty of parking available. The hotel does offer some nice perks, like a free breakfast for guests and complimentary cookies in the pantry. However, unlike other places, the coffee and tea are pre-made rather than freshly brewed. Overall: If you value peace and quiet and don't mind hunting for staff when you need help, the location is fine. But the service culture here needs a serious overhaul.

Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

🌟 A Delightful Stay at Country Inn & Suites by the Airport 🌟 From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff at Country Inn & Suites were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering thoughtful recommendations for local dining and attractions. 🛏️ The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials—a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a convenient workspace. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary coffee and the relaxing ambiance that made it feel like a home away from home. 🍳 Breakfast was a standout feature! Their hot breakfast buffet had something for everyone—from fluffy scrambled eggs and crispy bacon to fresh fruit and pastries. It was the perfect way to start the day. ✈️ The location near the airport couldn’t have been more convenient, yet it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Shuttle service was prompt and reliable, making travel stress-free. Whether you're just passing through or staying for a few days, I highly recommend Country Inn & Suites by the airport for its comfort, hospitality, and value. I’ll definitely be back! Would you like help tailoring it to a specific city or traveler type—like a business guest or family vacation?
