The hotel is clean, the parking is safe, the water park and the pool are clean and inviting. The hotel staff are lovely in every department. The breakfast is good. You can walk across to the beach to play. The beach is clean. Overall, everything is very good.

Loved staying at the Splash. I can’t say enough good things about it! Rooms were clean and quiet, pool and slides provided hours of fun, beach chairs and lounges and Thai massages all available. My family loves it and will come back! 2 improvements: Poolside and beach side drinks from the bar are not very good… there’s little to know alcohol in them 😒. WiFi in the room was very spotty and mostly didn’t work. But those are just minor things. I can’t wait to return to this excellent hotel/resort!

First time book this hotel but many time visited koh chang. Hotel location is not really good in term of beach area. It is in between the exit point of a small cannel so whenever i want to get to the sea, i need to walk to the near by hotel to enter the cleaner water. Staff and service are excellent. Breakfast quality is pretty decent compare to other hotels that im visiting.

The bus booked at Bangkok Airport is responsible for sending you to the hotel. The hotel entrance is right on the road. The hotel has many room types, including beach huts, beach multi-storeys, and townhouses. I booked the cheapest one, which gave me a 2-storey room on the roadside. I needed to draw the curtains to protect my privacy when entering the room. The sanitation is very good. The hardware and sanitary ware in the bathroom are still the common problems of cheap hotels, old and cheap, but the tile color matching and bright lights make the user experience okay. The gross weight is a lot, but it is still old. The breakfast tastes average. The guests are mainly European and American tourists. There is a swimming pool and a public beach. The beach is a bit messy because it is used by father-in-law, but the sea is good. It is only about 1.4 meters away from the water 50 meters away. It is suitable for people who can't swim. The price I booked is 240, which I think is very cost-effective

The hotel lobby here has a great view, but other facilities are really average. There are not many choices for meals including breakfast, but their staff are very kind. Furthermore, not having its own beach is a major drawback, after all, its location Already at the beach. We booked a double bed, but both children couldn't get up to have breakfast, but they forced us to have breakfast for four people, which made me feel a little uncomfortable.

The hotel reopened three weeks ago after a complete remodel under new management. There is no direct beach, but a long sandy beach begins a few steps to the right. Lots of Russian guests. Unfortunately, from 11:00 a.m. to midnight, the entire pool area is filled with loud music, so those looking for peace and quiet are out of place here. The concept is probably a beach club. Otherwise, the hotel leaves nothing to be desired. The breakfast is excellent and the rooms are very well furnished. At the moment, the service staff are not yet well trained, especially with regard to reserving the few sun loungers.

Fabulous location, right on the beautiful beach. Breakfast was a great buffet, lots to choose from. Room was always cleaned to a good standard. Very expensive, but worth the location

Highly recommended this resort!!! Very nice place and location is amazing, located in the best beach in Koh Chang and it’s not far from the pier, there is convenient store and ATM in front of the resort. The resort has everything you need and fully of facilities. The food is delicious and reasonable price. All staff are friendly and helpful. Will come back!!!

nice hotel if u drive car uself,because the position is far away from town,but the view is good ,and the staffs r nice ,food is also good ,hotel is peace and quiet ,may be next time i will come back here

One of the more affordable places to stay if you want somewhere right next to the beach. The bungalow was small but cute and clean with its own porch. Bathroom is open air so beware of lots of mosquitos and the likes if you need to go to the bathroom once the sun has set. Staff and owners friendly, complimentary breakfast was satisfying and you can order as much as you like. I especially enjoyed just taking a dip in the blue waters, then reading or napping on the hammocks afterwards. I didn't get a chance to do snorkeling at this resort but I heard it's one of the nicer places in Koh Kood to do so. All in all, I'd stay here if I visit Koh Kood again!

The hotel is in a great location, right next to both the sea and the canal. It’s incredibly beautiful. All the staff are lovely. However, the hotel is a bit old. The facilities are complete. There’s tea, coffee, bread, and ice cream to eat all the time. It’s worth the price. I’ll go back and stay again.

At first we booked our room from trip.com with fully paid. When we arrive to hotel our booking was not register at hotel. However hotel arranged to give better room than we booked. It was a nice trip with my friends and hotel employees have great smile and they help everything that we need. Thanks for your hospitality. And hotel rooms are also clean and tidy.

Very good hotel. Price - quality corresponds. Breakfasts are good. Responsive hosts. There are many cafes nearby where you can eat. There is bike rental, all bikes are new in excellent condition. Located between two of the most beautiful beaches (3 minutes by bike).

My friends stayed at the Shanta’s which is really nice. I spent the days at their hotel because the landscape and layout was far superior. Also the Shanta rooms overlook the water whereas paradise is like a travel lodge motel. I understand the Shantaa is more expensive but the paradise was designed not to look very nice. There is much landscaping and a very sterile environment. The rooms and facility need updating. The breakfast is very low quality even the bread and juices. The main courses were maybe a 2 to 3 out of 5. The service was fine in the lobby and housekeeping was ample. They did not replace my coffee and the shower gel was broken and I left it by the sink thinking they would repair it but they did not. If you want to be near the beach and do not mind staying in average rooms with no view, this is the place. I was unable to find another reasonable priced hotel with good ratings on trip. The trip rating system is flawed since my service was fine and they do have amenities.

Interesting location, they take you to the hotel by boat. Surrounded by mangrove forests. There is no full-fledged beach near the hotel, plus you need to focus on the ebb and flow of the tides. Next door is a beach with a popular Instagram location - a palm tree in the water; you can only get there by kayak or boat. There is a picturesque coral reef nearby; for a nominal fee, the hotel will organize a boat transfer there to snorkel with an instructor. It’s definitely worth visiting the mini island next to the reef, where there is nothing but a cafe on the shore with local flavor - freshly caught fish, which will be immediately caught and fried, sea urchins, fashionable restaurants will wait - because chilling in such a place is a separate kind of pleasure and new impressions in the piggy bank are guaranteed. In the hotel restaurant, the kitchen cooks quickly, but the waiters are outrageously slow. And when ordering an omelet WITHOUT onions for breakfast, get ready to receive an omelet ONLY made from onions😂😂 that’s too salty) The humidity in such a place must be understood as high as possible; the bed is always damp. The bathroom is a let down, in the basement, a simple washbasin and a shower stick, no cosmetic accessories, in particular toothbrushes😳 Where to look for them, if you were hoping for a star hotel and didn’t take it with you, you want to ask the hotel about at least some stores nearby just sail on boats 🤔 On certain days, fire shows are held on the territory. 🔥We got there one day and really liked it. Well done guys! And finally the massage - it was amazing, rightfully the best in Thailand! They massage you in a separate hut overlooking the sea, this promotes relaxation, plus the masseuses are fluent in technique. You need to sign up very much in advance, that’s understandable. There will definitely be new impressions from visiting this place!

The hotel is very cozy. We lived in a bungalow with a sea view. The advantages include: 1. Clean rooms and bed linen 2. No insects or other living creatures in the rooms. 3. A really good view - double bungalows are located in the first row right by the sea, the beauty is indescribable! 4. The beach. Yes, this is the southernmost beach and it is quite far from the main infrastructure of the island. But it is simply beautiful! Apart from the Secret AWD Beach, this is the best on the island. Shallow entrance to the sea, the cleanest, literally transparent water, soft sand without stones which is pleasant to walk on! On the pier you can take ”Instagram” photos and admire the fish that literally swim here in schools. 5. The breakfasts were good. 6. The family atmosphere of the hotel. Everything is very cozy here. The hostess cooks in the kitchen herself, she strives to help you. We came to the island directly from Cambodia, without having time to change money, the banks were closed that day, so the owner changed our money herself at a good rate. The other guests are also very nice people, and if you know English, you can make new acquaintances. For example, our neighbor in the bungalow, as it turned out, came to this hotel for the tenth time, and I understand why. 7. Well, in general, the hotel has a relaxed atmosphere. When you sit in the bar, you get the impression that you ended up in one of the films of the 80-90s about adventures in hot countries or in a video of the band La ketchup. Very atmospheric. The disadvantages are minor, but they still need to be mentioned: 1. Upon check-in, we discovered that one towel, apparently, was forgotten to be washed. It is strange that no one noticed this, because it smelled strongly of sweat. 2. The price in the bar-restaurant is quite expensive. This is especially aggravated by the fact that the hotel is on the very edge of the island and the only alternative within walking distance is a restaurant 800 m from the hotel - but the food there, although cheaper, is spicy. 3. Still, you need to understand that the conditions in the bungalow are quite Spartan. Our bungalow did not have a refrigerator (there are in the rooms on the second line), nor a kettle (hot water was in the bar). The room is no frills. The shower is very simple next to the toilet and in general the bathroom already needs renovation. But the price of the hotel is the lowest of all the hotels on the island (those near the beach). However, the atmosphere and the beach more than compensate for these shortcomings)

All liked it! But I will write a little about what could have been done better, so that the hotel knows where it can grow. 1. It was a little difficult to communicate with the staff and communicate with them by mail (when I wrote with a request to reserve separate beds for us in advance, they told me - hello! The rooms are perfect, the breakfast is good, everything is incredibly beautiful and well maintained.

An incredible stay at Mira Montra from start to finish. We were so impressed by the service, including pick up from the boat (which we didn't even explain when we were due to arrive), the free kayaks/paddle boards, the complimentary afternoon tea, quality of the rooms and the caring nature of the staff. They helped to arrange and drop us off at our next boat, which made it much less stressful. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The view was to die for, and the resort itself was a close bike ride to the other bars/restaurants. We can not comment about the lunch or dinner in the hotel as we ate elsewhere and also rented a bike from down the road. I'm so glad we made this trip and chose to stay here. I would definitely recommend!

The wCham’s house is a wonderful place , very well located on great beach … But … the staff doesn’t speak very well English ( apart from the responsable persons in every service) . But gettinginformation at the reception is very difficult and getting g the right info at the restaurant ( apart from the menu) is also not possible. The management should really invest in English courses for their staff , as well as invest in the maintenance ( very , very poor) . It looks like that after the pandemic, the owners of Cham’s house want to earn a maximum of money , without investing.. it’s a pity that this wonderful place is loosing it’s glamour ..

Rooms are very nice the only downside of the room was barely no hot water. Beach is beautiful. Service and staff was good ok but lots of trainees and not well managed and trained personell. Breakfast was way under average in terms of quality and especially variety. Not even 3 stars in this respect. Food and service at the beach restaurant was good especially the service from K. Namphung and her team was very good. Cleanliness of the entire resort including pathways, water ponds can be improved.
