Very good location and within walking distance of the “Stare Miasto” (old town). Paid parking behind the hotel. Per day, PLN 60. However, this requires circling the hotel, which could be annoying in bad weather. I liked the hotel, breakfast international and sufficient. I'll be back 👍

The hotel was lovely! We had a studio but next time would probably prefer to stay in the actual hotel rather than one of their other buildings! The staff were always super friendly and our room was very clean. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the town centre but very manageable!

The best possible location in Gdansk. If you are lucky to have a sunny weather, you can have a city break and beach holiday (rooftop pool) for the price of one! The rooms were clean and the breakfast tasty, including chocolate fountain and sparkling wine. The view from the rooftop bar was good and their drinks selection is large.

I stayed here for three nights and had a good time. The hotel staff at reception, bar and housekeeping have been friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was quite, clean and comfortable, had a good size and was exactly as pictured on the home page. Only minus points are, that in some places the room could've used some renovation, but it was nothing major, nothing was broken or damaged. The location in the old town is very good, you can reach most sights by foot or tram from the station across the street. I'd definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stay. Check in was professional, quick and easy. Nicely decorated room with good lighting, comfortable mattress on the bed, excellent temperature control, clean towels and bed linens, mini refrigerator in room, good lighting, nice bath products, good water pressure in the shower, strong wifi signal, excellent proximity to the Gdansk Wrzeszcz train station. I was able to find curbside parking nearby for free although the hotel has parking available for a fee. There is also cheaper parking available nearby that is run by Galeria Metropolia. Plenty of shopping and food options in the area. Excellent stay.

EN Good place at a good price. Spacious room, well equipped. A big plus for the kitchenette with all staff to cook. It's a little tight around the bed, but it's not a nuisance. Well-maintained rooms. PL Dobre miejsce w dobrej cenie. Spory pokój, dobrze zaopatrzony. Duży plus za aneks kuchenny. Jest trochę mało przestrzeni przy łóżku, ale to nie jest aż tak uciążliwe.

Stayed here a couple of times recently and it has some really good things going for it but also some things to be aware of. Great location 10/15 mins walk from two different railway stations and within 5 mins walk of a number 9 tram stop, so many options to get from the airport to the hotel across bus , train and tram. I used a combo of number 110 bus then changed to tram The hotel itself is very modern and has two separate buildings. One has reception and restaurant / bar and the other is just rooms and a roof top sky bar which gives good views and something different if it’s a nice night Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed, great beds and potential for a good nights sleep, big tv but only two English channels which both only show rolling news. Usb and euro plug points by bed, small fridge, big bathroom with a walk in shower was very nice. I only had breakfast which was a great selection and very tasty and I’d recommend. Now the bad bits, on my most recent stay I was in the second building on 3rd floor and was kept awake till 4am by a private party in the rooftop skybar, if it was keeping me awake I wonder how bad it was for people on floors 4, 5 and 6. Going by the volume it must have been nightclub volume in the actual bar but my main issue with it is that the reception staff and manager could not have cared less about the impact on residents which was very disappointing, clearly they value the revenue from private more than the revenue from residents. So I would really recommend people check there is not a private function on in this hotel before booking. As a diamond member I’d have expected to be housed in the main building aware from this noise and to have the staff actually be bothered I sent an email in with feedback that has been totally ignored as well as a shrug of shoulders from reception staff My message to hotel is do not take residents for granted as they simply won’t return after a bad experience like this I am also still having to chase IHG reward points from over one month ago which simply isn’t acceptable. In summary great hotel and locations but staff and management related issues

Clean, comfortable and great spot on the waterfront. Short walk to the centre and train station to get around the rest of the coast. Staff friendly, restaurant food selection good for breakfast and dinner. Bar nice to sit outside during the summer days and evenings.

My two daughters and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Sofitel Grand in Sopot. Our room was very spacious and nicely appointed. The hotel itself is beyond beautiful. Lastly, the service was outstanding. Special thanks to Pan Andrzej - so knowledgeable and professional (and an expert espresso martini maker!) Dziekujemy serdecznie!

Excellent hotel. Room is really comfortable. Plenty of room. Clean and spotless. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location, just on the edge of the main *****, in a quieter part of town. Sopot is a lovely seaside resort. Excellent restaurants nearby. Hotel breakfast very good.

Well, few years ago I stayed in REZYDENT hotel, which at this time was an independent hotel, not being part of Accord group. I was dissatisfied and for next stays at Sopot, I was choosing other hotels. And now, I spotted that now REZYDENT became part of MGallery chain, which I like very much, as these are elegant, usually boutique hotels. This was the reason, why I have decided to come back to REZYDENT, thinking that probably a lot of things from the past, which I disliked, was changed for better. Unfortunately NOT AT ALL. The only change which I recognized is a new design of the hotel’s lobby. At this is it !!! My room (117) being a superior one with a separate (theoretically) living room and bedroom, was looking 1:1 like in the old REZYDENT. The room is dark, as windows are facing interior lobby, with a limited access of a daylight. So almost all day you have to keep lights switched on. You can’t separate in the bedroom from the living room, as there are no … doors in between. AC - another issue. Rather loud and it is impossible to decide the desired speed of fan. Last but not least, for such an unpleasant experience I had to pay much more than quality offered in reality. So whoever will be the owner of REZYDENT in the future, I will never come back there again

We tried out all the hotell had to offer and we had the best wekend! Great room, super staff, amasing spa area, really good massage, snaksy drinks and super staff at the bar, incredible breakfast (and the breakfastkit for us who left really early was super). We will be back! :)

Très bel établis*****t non loin de la grande et belle plage de Sopot. Belle chambre et salle de bains avec douche italienne. Le petit déjeuner est varié et satisfait toutes les envies. Le personnel est très sympa. Le restaurant offre une très jolie terrasse verdoyante et agréable. La carte n’est pas sans fin mais propose des plats vraiment très bons et un service très attentionné. Piscine intérieure et spa sont à disposition. Le bar de l’hôtel est top avec une très belle carte. A recommander pour une visite reposante et plaisante de la région de Sopot. Merci à toute l’équipe. This is a luxurious hotel with high standards when it comes to interior, the rooms and the exterior. The hotel is family- and children friendly whilst still performing above any noisy and crowded family hotel elsewhere. The location is perfect, only 20-25 mins from the airport in Gdańsk. 3 minutes walk to the beach. The ala carte restaurant in the hotel offers a great menu, above any nearby restaurant that we visited. The buffet is not as good as the ala carte. Choices at breakfast are endless. Spa is clean and nice, the hotel has a large backyard area for play, work out and recreation. The gym has a very high standard. This stay would be rated as excellent if it weren’t for the inattentive and sometimes unfriendly and impolite staff. We had no feeling of being appreciated as guests and did not receive any recognition for the VIP membership. The staff in general did at times seem annoyed with their job and one of the female bartenders even answered in a disrespectful manner when she forgot to include our discount on the bill. Not solution- or service oriented. If the service and attitude improves, this hotel can reach new heights.

The second time I stayed here, the same ocean view room was set up as before, but the room felt a lot smaller than the previous one. Resolutely consulted the front desk, not only adjusting the room but adding a free bed to match the last room. When you open the curtains you can see the Baltic Sea in the distance and walk to the beach with all kinds of wild sea birds, ducks and geese. There is also a large area with facilities for children on the beach, suitable for children of all ages. Most notable is the hotel's swimming pool. It should be a training base for various local water sports. During my stay, I met the tall ladies who did aqua aerobics, the kids learned to swim, oxygen tank scuba diving, and individual kayaking. Very interesting!

Это отель старой Польши, но с внесением нововведений. Смотрится очень изысканно. Для любителей старины то что нужно. Завтраки состоят из классической и польской кухонь. Готовят на изысканный манер и всё очень вкусно. Отдельно хотим сказать за персонал. Они профессионалы своего дела и никогда не откажут Вам в помощи. Будь это бытовой вопрос или проложить маршрут на деловую встречу. До пляжа, ЖД вокзала и автовокзала 15мин. Вокруг множество баров и ресторанов на любой вкус и бюджет. Очень рекомендуем))

We had an incredibly relaxing and very enjoyable stay. The hotel is well appointed, and it is clear they have given a lot of thought to the guest experience. Food- great breakfast and an excellent dinner in the restaurant. I was particularly impressed by the vegan tasting menu, which was bursting with a range of flavours. My personal favourites were their vegan take on fish and chips and the almond ”cheesecake”. Spa- Nice spa facilities, and good, well priced massage. Staff- I think the lady on reception who checked us in and out may have been new and require a little more training, as she didn't give us any information about breakfast, the spa etc on arrival, and we had to request an itemised bill on check our. All other staff were great, with a special mention to Liam the cocktail maker and Artur in the restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🙏

Przestronny apartament z oddzielna toaleta i łazienką. Plus za pyszne śniadania i najbardziej za super basen. Dzieci zachwycone. Głębokość 120 m na całej długości daje komfort odpoczynku rodzicom 😉Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Trójmiasta. Pomimo 2 telewizorów minus za ubogie kanały Tv. Dodatkowo bliskość kolei i odgłos przejeżdżających pociągów (dla nas nie był problemem)

Stayed here with work whilst running factory tours with customers to visit my company AIC The staff here are fantastic and multilingual so easy to check and warm and friendly greeting The rooms are always immaculate and very well appointed with plenty of space & comfy bed, the showers always have good pressure and lots of hot water on tap If you need to do ironing there is a separate room Breakfast is good with a great selection of continental and hot selection is scrambled eggs, crepes, local sausage and fried vegetables, lots of drinks and a great coffee machine I have never been disturbed by another room so always slept well Highly recommend
