The parking situation is terrible, I suggest you take a taxi or an Uber to avoid it. They couldn’t find my booking and I had to contact Trip.com before they found it. It took almost an hour but they weren’t rude about it and offered us water. The next day they tried to charge us for an extra breakfast even though the booking included two complimentary breakfast tickets. We had to insist and it took about 20 minutes before that too was sorted. The hotel itself is nice and cozy and its employees are professional. The breakfast itself was very average, certainly not something I’d want to pay for.

It is the best choice in Nigeria, where terrorism and security issues are a concern, due to its excellent location and security. It is far inferior to the general Hilton brand, but it is difficult to maintain this level in Nigeria, so it is a place you can choose without hesitation.

1. The price on Trip.com is more than twice as expensive as paying the local currency directly. 2. The water pressure in the room is very small, the hot water has to wait for more than ten or twenty minutes, and the bath is very uncomfortable. 3. Breakfast is not bad, the staff is very warm, the environment is OK according to the price of the local currency, but the price of Ctrip is too pit!
