After few stays here, I noticed sometimes I got toothbrushes sometimes not. Sometimes the ironing desk is in sometimes not. But this time I got higher floor and away from the road which is nice cuz less noisy.

Room was spacious,food was tasty.Towel was not prepared in the room.I had to call the housekeeping to send the towel.Valet parking was BAD.The staff parked my car and he didn’t closed the window at driver’s side and didn’t pull the handbrake ! 1. This hotel is about 15 minutes drive from the airport. 2. Actually, there are other INNs nearby. If you see the appearance of other hotels, you will find it when you come to this one. Fortunately!! 3. The room is small, but there are beds, bathrooms and TVs Everything is available, the room is tidy, and the bed is good to sleep BUT 1. There is no carpet in the corridor, because it is an INN, people check in 24 hours, the sound of footsteps, family voices (and echoes)... will make you Woke up several times throughout the night 2. The door is also a problem, because it is an old door, so it will bump when you close it!!! Earplugs?! Guaranteed to be useless!!! Chinese translation is better**Because the Malaysian government has started to impose a tourist tax, which is not included in the price of the room reservation, there will be a lot of noise when you check out, and you have to talk to each other, which may become unnecessary trouble early, if you can please The hotel considerately invites Chinese translation service staff, thank you very much

This is our third time staying here in this hotel. We chose this hotel because it is just beside the Empire Mall and it is very convenient to get lunch and dinner. The breakfast is good with a variety of choices. Carpark is very easy and plenty of empty space at B4 carpark area. Validate your TnG card at the front desk before leaving the hotel flat rate charge of RM5.

The hotel is good for families going to the theme park . Unfortunately it was raining season in Sep so we did not get to enjoy much of the rides as it was raining everyday in the late afternoon and night. Only our last night the rain stop.Location is good next to the hotel is the mall and great for families too but there is not any shelter walkway yo mall. Hope the hotel can feed back to Mayor of the town council to build a covered walk way. The breakfast was good too and we enjoyed. Will recommend to friends and family who dont wish to go Genting for theme park and waterpark. As for the room it was nice and the view we got was nice too Tq for the cake as we also celebrate my niece B’day when we were they. Will definately come again next year.

Location is excellent if you just wanna stay in hotel with malls nearby. As for the amenities, perhaps the iron boarding can been place on every floor at a corner along the corridor (see picture) because the one at the laundry room was too cramp with the washing machine and dryer. There’s no place to hang the ironed clothes especially when there’s few clothes to iron. As for the service, please emphasis that the complimentary is valid only on the date indicated. We have the impression that it’s valid during our stay there from the date we check in. Anyway it’s just a coffee, no big issue. Service recovery is really important.

The pillow had an unpleasant smell, the corridors were dirty, and I even noticed ants around the cups, which raised concerns about cleanliness.
