This place is so comfortable, and I love that it's not crowded. After breakfast, I enjoyed a leisurely stroll, which was incredibly pleasant. It's the perfect spot to slow down and unwind. The air is fresh, and it's easy to just clear your mind here 👍🏻

Had a very pleasant stay at Oakwood Cameron Highlands. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was spacious, cosy and comfortable, and the cool Cameron Highlands weather made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful throughout our visit. The location is also convenient for exploring the nearby attractions, restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Cameron Highlands. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

1. The lights near the gate are dim, some aren't working. Poor lighting. It's easy to miss the turn. 2. Parking is okay, there's even parking for EV cars. 3. The lobby is okay too, and the staff at the counter were also just okay. 4. Dining area. Hmm, maybe you can do better. 5. The pool is suitable for kids. 6. Private beach ✅✅✅ clean. Not sure if it's safe to swim though. 7. Cleanliness. - The toilet had a slight smell, not very clean 2.8/5 - Sheets and pillows, not clean. - Towels had dirty spots. - The AC was dripping water, yes! It reached the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep because I could feel the droplets on my face. 8. My husband got bed bugs, his legs and body were covered in bites. 9. Buffet breakfast changed to 'sahur' (the taste wasn't bad, it was okay). - White rice. Chicken with curry, I think? The chicken pieces were small. 2 prawns. Sliced watermelon & Sunquick/fresh orange juice? (At least offer ice cream as a dessert replacement). I don't have pictures for any of this because I was tired from the journey from Seremban, and then I got a room like that (Room number 1079). Disappointed. I only loved the beach. 😇

Thank you for the themed evenings; you truly aimed to surprise us, and you succeeded! I wholeheartedly wish you prosperity and many more grateful tourists. Now, let me tell you about our stay. A vacation at Tunamaya isn't what you'd call a typical beach holiday, as popular with Russian tourists. But, of course, people don't come to Tioman for that anyway. The nature here is incredibly beautiful, with views of the jungle and mountains – every time I walked to the restaurant from our bungalow, my heart soared with gratitude and awe at the beauty! It truly is a vacation for the soul! The resort also offers diving and snorkeling equipment, a glass-bottom boat, and kayaks. There's an outdoor sports area where my husband exercised daily. And, of course, the cool, scenic poolside overlooking the sea was a great pleasure. We also discovered a beach near and beyond the second, currently inactive pier. It's perfectly fine for swimming in clear water and taking beautiful photos. The views of the massive boulders and monoliths reminded us of the Seychelles, only the sea there was always calm. My husband and elder son also hiked through the village to the waterfall, bringing back many beautiful photos and impressions! As for suggestions – I'd recommend sprucing up and beautifying the grounds. Some railings along the beach path are broken, and there are old pieces of furniture lying around. I also wasn't very pleased with the condition of the toilet near the pool; I sincerely hope you find the means to do some cosmetic renovations there. A pleasant bonus of being on the island was encountering the mischievous monkeys and monitor lizards. Despite the repellents, they found ways to roam the grounds, and that's wonderful because we are guests in their home! They are the true aboriginals of Tioman. My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

My room is soo spacious, clean, love the view and soo calm.. no need aircond since it’s rainy and so cold.. also its just a walking distance to KEA FARM.. but need to walk a bit la.. there’s a restaurant to eat nearby too. Breakfast is okay.. the management for breakfast buffet need to be more organized.. the omelette section is lack of staff and food not topup for customers. But overall is good experience here. Will come back again because it’s quite near to KEA FAR

Overall, we had a pleasant family stay at Holiday Villa Cherating. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was ample parking space available. The kids really enjoyed the water playground, although it is on the smaller side, and the main swimming pool was great as well. Breakfast was simple with limited options, but reasonable and expected for a 3-star resort. Recommended for a short family getaway!

Great short stay, comfortable, easy and fast check in. Nice, decent pool overseeing Kuantan town. The EV charger was a great facility and we were able to charge our car overnight easily. Too bad the spa was no longer open, nor the sauna. We would have enjoyed that during our stay.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite (Tower C, Room 46-06). The location is excellent, and our children thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. The link bridge also provided convenient access to the theme park. However, our experience was marred by several service lapses. The shower gel was not refilled, and despite booking for five guests, the hotel initially refused to provide a fifth bath towel, insisting their limit was four. It took three frustrating attempts before they finally delivered the extra towel.Furthermore, we had two highly inappropriate encounters with the housekeeping team. On Saturday, a staff member barged straight into our room without knocking, despite our checkout being scheduled for Sunday. When my husband confronted him and demanded his name, the employee refused to provide it. Then on Sunday, well before checkout time, we returned from breakfast to find two room service staff members loitering directly outside our door with their cleaning trolley. They remained there for an extended period, causing us significant discomfort, and only left after my husband opened the door to check on them.I hope management at Antara looks into the training and professionalism of their team so future guests do not leave with such an uncomfortable experience

I requested a high-level room with a Genting or mountain view through the app, but I ended up with a building view. I arrived early at 12 PM to request again at the reception, but they said I couldn't check in until 2:30 PM at the earliest. So I walked around, and when I came back at 2 PM, people were already lining up to check in. When it was my turn, I got a room on level 43 with a building view. I couldn't even pay extra to change rooms. I'm definitely not coming back to Wyndham. I paid 1k for 3 days and 2 nights. It would be better to go to the homestay next to Wyndham, which costs just over 400 for 3 days and 2 nights and at least I wouldn't be as disappointed with this kind of view. The service was also slow. I requested an iron and board from room service at 6:30 AM and only got it after 8 AM, and that was after calling 4-5 times.
