We stayed as a family of 3 and had a pleasant stay overall. The room was spacious enough for our family and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, catering to both adults and children. We especially enjoyed the selection available each morning. The children’s pool was a highlight for our child and was well enjoyed. However, it would be better if there was a lifeguard on duty for added safety. We also noticed that many guests entered the lifts while still wet from the pool, making the floors slippery. During the school holiday period, the hotel was quite crowded, which contributed to this issue. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying again.

I recently stayed at Birkin International Hotel Malacca and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel feels modern, clean, and comfortable from the moment you walk into the lobby. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the stay. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and nicely designed with comfortable bedding and good sound insulation, which made it easy to rest after a long day exploring Malacca. The bathroom was also clean and equipped with essential amenities. Parking was also convenient and easily accessible. The breakfast selection was decent with both local and international choices. The dining area was clean and organized, though it could get slightly crowded during peak hours. Hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and gym were well-kept and suitable for families and business travelers alike. Overall, Birkin International Hotel Malacca offers good value for money with comfortable rooms, attentive service, and a convenient location. I would recommend it to travelers visiting Malacca for either business or leisure, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The room was comfortable and cozy, and it was nice to have YouTube available on the TV. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The remote control had no battery, which made it inconvenient to use. The sink was clogged and drained very slowly. Also, there was some trash left inside the fridge, so cleanliness could be improved a little more.

The hotel has a good location, excellent facilities, and spacious rooms. Parking is convenient, making it ideal for guests traveling by car. Breakfast was also decent. Overall, it's a good hotel. However, the front desk staff were a bit indifferent, which was a significant drawback. Hotel staff, especially at the front desk in a tourist city, should be more welcoming.

Smooth and easy check in , the team is very helpful and they are very responsive. Room was as good as advertised and well maintained ! Will visit again in future!

Room is a bit old.  No hair conditioner was provided. We had to buy from stores. The master switch doesn’t work. We had to pull out the key fm the slot in order to hv all lights off but our phone couldn’t be charged because of that. Otherwise the staff throughout are all very friendly. Nice sea view

Overall i will give 2.5/5.0 The kitchen towel provided was not clean The toilet cleanliness was 3.5/5.0 The tv have no netflix, very hard to used smart tv Only provided 2 hanger, but for family of 4 not enough provided Bed and pillow was okay Hairdryer and iron provided was poor functioning - cheap brand For price rm 300+ stay overnight - given studio room no separation room/divider/small room And have to pay deposit rm 100 refundable and pay parking rm10 I feel so not worthy The price should be 200+ for this kind of room and services

Regular guest at this hotel everytime i visit Malacca. Spacious and comfortable room, excellent location close to The Shore Mall, Malacca River & Kg Morten tourist hub. One specific thing i like about this hotel is their extended breakfast hours till 12pm, making it ideal for me to go for a jog along the Malacca River bank first before having a slightly later breakfast.

5* star stay, room is super spacious and clean. The mattress and pillows were great. The bathroom amenities are of high quality. Sound proofing is a bit weak, we could hear upstairs moving around. Breakfast spread is basic but live station for the eggs and roti canai is good. Plenty of carpark capacity for guests.will definitely come again or recommend to friends coming to Melaka.

We had a wonderful stay at Baba House Melaka! The hotel beautifully combines Peranakan heritage with modern comfort, creating a unique and charming atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is excellent—within walking distance of Jonker Street, popular attractions, cafés, and local food spots. We especially enjoyed the beautiful courtyard and the hotel’s heritage-inspired design, which made our stay feel truly special. Thank you to the entire team at Baba House for the warm hospitality. We had a memorable family vacation and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Melaka. Highly recommended!
