"I was downgraded from a Superior Room to a Deluxe Room because I requested a smoking room, but no refund was offered for the downgrade. I was informed that smoking rooms are only not available in the Deluxe category. This should be stated clearly on the website to avoid misunderstandings during check-in.
After the room change, I was first assigned a room that was quite warm. I was then moved to another room, but the TV kept restarting automatically and was not working properly. A technician was sent to troubleshoot the issue, and the entire room change and repair process took more than an hour to resolve.
On a positive note, Trip.com made the effort to call me to follow up on the issue and compensated me with Trip Coins for my next booking. I appreciate their prompt customer service and support. Thank you."

"We enjoyed the arcade game and pool table. Thankful that Netflix is easily accessed. Owner was very communicative.
There were toilet issues, aircon issue and waterproofing issues. Owner tried to settle immediately. Although I think the unit is due for major waterproofing. The master room is flooded nearer to the toilet. Common toilet has low water pressure and wasn't able to flush for 1 whole day. Had issue with the living room aircon upon check in, and it was settled the next day. Luckily the bedrooms aircon works very well. It was a scorching and humid day during check in.
Mattress were hard for living room sofa bed, and the kids bunk bed - it was more of a thick quilt being laid down as mattress.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Just wished it to be flawless. Thank u for the wonderful stay!"

Anonymous UserThe stay was great. The staff delivered a complimentary slice of cake as the check in date coincided with my hubby’s birthday. Very nice and sweet of the reception staff.
All guests received warm chocolate cookies too. Just nice to have them for supper or snack😊
Facilities were good too though we didn’t use it.
Buffet Breakfast was good but we didn’t try all the food as there were just too much food to try.. room amenities were basic and good and room was spacious.
Overall stay was good. Will consider coming back due to their great service.
Location is also quite near to JB Sentral about 10-15 minutes walk.

Guest UserThey gave us a unit with renovation next door and did not inform us about the renovation work happening in the unit right next to us. So when we would like to take a rest in the afternoon, the drilling keeps going on. It is a basic courtesy to inform guest that there is renovation going on and ask if guest would like to continue with the booking. When feedback through the whatsapp, it is always the AI bot. It took very long to connect with the agent. I have recorded 6 videos of the noise just that I cant upload here. It was suppose to be a destressing trip turns out to be a stressful one. The renovation will end only on 31 October 2026. So if you are going during this period, please beware.

Just some feedback on the water heater, it is so hard to control the heater cause it can be boiling hot and it’s too difficult to shower the kids with the unpredictable shower. They can’t shower with cold water cause of eczema thus we needed the heater.
The slide could also be dangerous cause of the steepness and it leads you to the wall, maybe a soft landing against the wall and floor would help ease the anxiety of kids playing around the slide.
Other than that, it was great.thank you so muc

Guest UserHotel was in a nice location, quiet and peaceful. Amenities were well maintained, but I hope the swimming pool could glass panel could be better maintained. It looks “mouldy” and dirty. Also, the shower door inside the common toilet in the suite I was staying in on the 21st floor would not fully open. The location of the towel rails needs to be changed to avoid any major accidents like the door shattering

Anonymous UserShort drive distance from CIQ, convenient location within one of the biggest mall - Mid Valley Southkey Mall with all entertainment you can find such as bowling and cinema. Most of the popular F&B are also located there. Also a supermarket at LG.
There is a outdoor rooftop pool with pretty nice view, a bar, lounge and a gym also at the top floor. Room hygiene lacks a little with some stains still visible.
A nice little gesture by the hotel with complementary drinks redeemable from 12pm to 7pm.

The room was relatively spacious for Malaysia, and the cleanliness was good, with a very comfortable bed. It was convenient to find places to eat downstairs and nearby, and taking a taxi to the mall wasn't far either. The front desk processed check-in quickly, and their service attitude was friendly. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for a short stay or a weekend getaway in Johor Bahru.

DTSgThe location is a short walk from rnf mall however if you have elderly, it may not be convenient as you need to cross the road on 1st day to check in. Saw the overhead bridge but the guard said need access card first. Since we hadn't got access card, need to walk across and along a stretch of road to reach the block.
After that, we took grab all the time as elderly may not be able to walk too long and on slopes.
Condo was nice, but rubbish area may need to be more clean. We could smell it along the corridor. The door chain lock was spoilt. 2 doors at front entrance, inside the unit was quite clean and meet our needs. Can do light cooking saw pan. Microwave, kettle and cutlery etc. Rooms were quite clean but toilets had some smell, brought toilet spray. Mosquitoes are common, pls bring insect repellent too even in unit. Every room has aircon so it's OK. Living room is nice with nice view from balcony seeing the sea and boats!
Overall gd experience but don't expect it to be like hotel. It's Airbnb. Swimming was noisy with kids, gym was busy too. We didn't swim or use gym but we walked around on viewing deck to watch boats.

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook.
The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm.
Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.
