I stayed at KSL Hotel & Resort for a short one-day trip, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is super convenient — directly connected to KSL Mall — which made it easy to grab food, do some shopping, and just relax without needing to travel far. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and efficient. The room was clean and fairly spacious, with all the basic amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy enough for a good night’s rest. I also liked the facilities, especially the pool area which is quite family-friendly and lively. Even though my stay was short, it was still a nice spot to unwind. Overall, KSL Hotel & Resort is a solid choice for a quick getaway — convenient, comfortable, and good value for a short stay. I wouldn’t mind returning again for another fuss-free trip.

The room was obviously big and comfortable. We are really enjoying the breakfast, it was really good and delicious especially the beef stewed so yummy. The link with the mall was really helpful for us to buy baby stuff (TCE BABY EXPO 2025). Overall the service and the staff were terrific. Love the lift cause i don’t have to wait long hahaha. Hopefully, we can stay here again with our new family members soon👣🩵

location is good and room is clean (carpet might be abit dirty but can just wear shoes in) toilet is really spacious and nice (body wash and hair wash provided but not conditioner) would visit again :)

We booked a two-bedroom sea-view apartment for four people. It was excellent value for money. The balcony offered distant views of Singapore. The staff at Rich Residence were incredibly responsive and provided ample information. The apartment's location is great, making border crossing from Singapore very convenient. Downstairs, there's a small mall, so daily dining isn't an issue. Near the opera house, there's a fruit stall where the Musang King durians are absolutely amazing. We went at 10 PM, and a larger portion of the durian for two people was 48 RM. Surprisingly, two boxes were only 70 RM, and the owner even cracked them open for us. Sitting on a small stool, we thoroughly enjoyed our durian. It's about a ten-minute walk to Tan Hiok Nee Street. You definitely have to try the 'Three Sisters' there – absolutely fantastic.

Neat hotel at an affordable price. Stayed for a night as we had a morning flight to catch. Conveniently located across Komtar Mall. So many eateries available in Komtar or City Sq. I appreciate the quick check in and check out service. The room was very clean and equipped with TV. You can access YouTube, Netflix etc. Bed was a little hard, but I will take that anytime as long as room & bathroom is clean.

Staff so attentive especially bellman.. room mcm bersih, tp bila baring, bantal dia busuk bau kepam.. kalau 1 je x pe.. semua bantal dia busuk dlm bilik yg aku dpt.. haha.. so a bit x selesa utk tidur.. toilet ok, cuma toilet bowl a bit kotor.. paling best breakfast dia.. kalau nak add cuma RM30 per pax.. food was soooo flavourful.. b’fast buffet dia pun quite byk choice utk RM30 tuh.. cuma xde lah live stall buat telo.. but sedap.. hehe.. building ni attach dgn zon bebas cukai.. sekeliling dia byk je kedai.. so x risau nak cari food luar..

Come and try here for a night or two. It is worth it. The hot spring is super warm and relaxing. Sauna room temperature needs to be fixed but overall stay is comfortable. Nearby austin heights. We always head there for food

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. I really liked the shower head — it’s powerful, just like getting a massage while showering! Breakfast was excellent and so filling that I couldn’t eat another bite. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I’ll definitely book here again if I come back.

It was a short getaway with friends away from Singapore. As it was our first time staying at this new condo which I heard it’s newly built and just opened recently, I was more excited than my friends that I didn’t fully concentrate when the owner met me to assist with check-in and explained the facilities to me. Check-in was smooth and easy process. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly security guards. Thereafter, I was assisted by Samuel (a young , handsome, kind and hospitable chap), whom I believe is the owner managing the apartment units that we stayed. I got a different unit from my friends because I wanted some privacy and to sleep on my own bed and I’m happy I got a connecting room next to my friend’s. When he brought me to my room, I was quite surprised by how small the room was, quite compact that I would recommend a maximum of 2 persons to stay ideally. But the bed was super comfortable and huge, which allows me to roll freely and sleep comfortably. Room amenities such as dental kits, toiletries like shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, kettle, comb and even shaving kit were provided to ensure convenience, which some other airbnbs or hotels don’t offer. Aircon is very cold, which makes sleeping more pleasant. Location of the apartment is highly accessible. If you’re hungry, 7 eleven and some other minimarts are just nearby, a few operates for 24hrs but most shops were closed at night. KSL city mall and other hotels are nearby which made it convenient for us to gather with our friends who stayed at nearby hotels. The only disadvantage during my stay was the fridge. I didn’t realise it wasn’t cold until when I came back I found my ice cream melting and had to throw it away. However, I was shocked but happy to receive a booking voucher from the owner to make it up for the fridge incident. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience here and would definitely come back for another night of stay. Highly recommended SPACE RESIDENCY to all! I always booked here and it never disappoints me. Easy checking in and easy checking out. Food is not bad, its just not much choices but still fine for me. And the lifts are quiet fast which is good if you are rushing. Amenities are basic. All in all good!
