Overall it was a good stay experience! To my surprise, the hotel room looks good, and the view is damn nice! The location is super good, every Monday night market is just in front of hotel. Only thing is if hotel can provide some sitting area for elderly and kids will be better, cos the check in time is 3pm, if arrive earlier, there is no sitting area for them to have a rest, and a lot of ppl there.

I recently stayed at St. Giles Southkey, Johor, and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in Mid Valley Southkey, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The direct connection to the mall was a huge plus! Rooms & Comfort: The room was spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. The large windows offered a great city view, adding to the pleasant ambiance. Amenities & Facilities: The infinity pool on the rooftop was a highlight – perfect for relaxing with a great view of Johor Bahru. The gym was well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of local and international dishes. Service: The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. Location: Being attached to Mid Valley Southkey Mall means plenty of dining and shopping options just steps away. It’s also a short drive to the JB checkpoint, making it a great choice for visitors from Singapore. Overall: A comfortable and convenient stay! Whether for a short getaway or a business trip, St. Giles Southkey offers excellent value with its location, facilities, and service. Highly recommended!

A short vacation, 3D2N in Johor. Decided to book our last minute stay at Z hotel due to its location and nice ambience which was published at online platform. True indeed. Walking distance to shopping malls, night bazaar and eateries. Well lit surround the streets, a good night view from our hotel room which was facing the city. Will book Z hotel again for my next staycay 👍🤗

This hotel has always been my go to hotel in JB if I want to be near to KSL. Room is big and clean. The only thing I want to mention is they don’t give any cotton bud , cotton pads and ear buds.  I got to stay at Room 1902 and am very happy that I can see the sunrise from my room window. And the seats near to the curtain certainly adds a fine touch as we can sit there comfortably to see the Sunrise.  Buffet breakfast was normal. However I noted that there were no tea bags available.  Carpark is free for hotel guests. Also, there is currently a 20% discount at Thai Odyssey if you show them the room card. It’s located on the 6th floor of the hotel.

The hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent amenities. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests like extra pillows, towels and etc. The only issue was that the air conditioning in the room was not working, so we called the front desk, and maintenance was sent to our room immediately to check and resolve the issue. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Decent price. Good location. Can find eateries and convenience stores nearby within walking distance. But the hotel is surrounded by clubs and bars, so it doesn't look family friendly in my opinion. Booked sea view room, the room is very spacious, the view is great. The swimming pool is clean, there is small garden at swimming pool area it's nice. On the cons side: The hotel is quite rundown unfortunately, the standard is below the par from other Berjaya Group hotels. It could have looked grand with more maintenance and upgrading. The surrounding corridors to the room are gloomy with musty smell, lift has tobacco smell, the decoration and furniture are outdated. On the day I checked in and checked out time, there were workers cleaning the main entrance lobby floor with big pool of water, why they do it at this time??? Room cleanliness can be better. There were small flies in the toilet and the room itself. Furnitures like the tables are dusty, I had to clean them off with tissue papers. The toilet seat and the water tap head at the basin are a little flimsy though, had to use with extra careful, I was afraid it may fall off. Torn bedsheet at one corner. The room that I got at 14th floor is not really soundproof. At night, can hear loud booming bass noise from the clubs downstairs when it was time to quiet down for sleep, very annoying. Not an ideal place for a peaceful getaway. The room came with breakfast, but it was very basic. Don't expect much.

The hotel needs a renovation and update with the interior. The room (Premier King) is very spacious but the space is not properly utilized. TV is very small. Wall scones are almost falling and sanitary wares are old. WiFi inside the room is okay. The aircon and mini bar fridge are old but still working very well. There were hairs in the bathroom when I checked in. For breakfast, the pancake (Jan 29th) and Apam Balik (Jan 30th) are very very delicious as well as the dimsum. The water melon however tastes like onion (Jan 30), I suspected it was the knife they use to cut the watermelon. The hotel has so much potential if renovated. I just noticed they are not observing safety as they are using the ledge in the corridors to make a temporary rack for towels and rugs while the housekeeping staffs are cleaning the rooms. These might fall on the atrium which might harm someone below.

The location is excellent, with easy access to Sunway Big Box Retail Park, X Park, and other attractions. The staff is friendly, and the check-in process is smooth. The hotel provides a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for families looking for a convenient stay. Overall, a well-rounded hotel for a quick and enjoyable break!

Apt is very beautiful, clean n cosy with kitchen n cutlery, Good if u drive as parking is secure, clear instructions to collect keys n check in.. Good view..

Stayed at Grand Paragon Hotel yesterday and booked three rooms. Got connecting rooms on a high floor. The rooms were comfortable and clean, perfect for families as the beds are wide enough for kids. However, the lighting was quite dim, and a night lamp at the corner would help brighten the space. Our rooms also have bathtub which is a plus point. One downside was that they only allow one extra towel per room, and extra water comes with a charge, which was surprising and a tad calculative. We had sahur instead of breakfast, and the food spread was satisfying. It was a pleasant stay, but these small improvements could enhance the guest experience!

Hotel is within the nice resort area. Food options within the hotel is limited. Service staff at the pool bar was good. Cleanliness in room is not up to standard. Stains on the floor that cannot be cleaned off, wardrobe is dusty and oil stain on the mirror in toilet. If you have kids, is fine as the resort is linked to the waterpark or else go to Westin across the road FYI, Hotel charged us MYR30 for breaking a cup. I think it is part and parcel of operations for these to break and we are fine to pay but MYR30 for a non branded coffee cup is robbery.

We had a fantastic stay at The Westin Desaru! The hotel’s impeccable service made our experience truly enjoyable from start to finish. We spent our time cycling around the area, taking in the beautiful coastal views, and later cooled off with a relaxing swim in the pool. The hotel also had great recreational options—we had fun playing ping pong and unwinding after. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious spread with plenty of variety. Overall, a wonderful getaway with excellent amenities and top-notch hospitality. Would definitely return!

The place was well maintained and cleaned. The food was good. The facilities inside were great for family. Just that it was too overly crowded. The check in process took almost 2 hours. We felt like we were at the government agency counter while waiting for the number to be called. It was not a good experience considering the amount of money we paid to book here. Everywhere inside also was super crowded. The waterpark was so full of people it felt anxious to be there. Too bad we could not get the access to the beach probably because of the monsoon season. Overall, we preferred Lotus Seaview rather than here.

What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment Security personnel is also helpful and friendly. The room were clean and very comfortable, with many hand, face towels and bathrobe. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Desaru! Check in and out was efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. Their customer service is also commendable and offered us an excellent experience. We loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area. I will recommend others for sure! Breakfast, comes with many choices and fresh prata/eggs cooked on the spot. Many eateries within arm's reach. Will come back!

This is our second visit as a family to Sand and Sandals. The resort is nice and quiet, with a peaceful beach. The eateries are also quiet and peaceful - they have Western, local, Japanese, and Chinese food. There is also a small cafe. The service staff and reception are friendly and helpful. The room is big with a large shower and comfy beds, and soap, shampoo aee provided. The hotel breakfast buffet spread is large with a good selection of food, and it is constantly replenished. Overall, an excellent place if you want a quiet getaway, to chill and laze around without crowds. Transfer to and from the ferry terminal was also smooth. We would return again for a relaxing trip.

Reasonable price, good location near the beach, all rooms are facing the seaview & friendly staff, breakfast spread is quite good for the price. The facility is quite rundown, lack of maintenance - plants & landscape need to upkeep, turf with litters, aircon is very noise because air filter is choked with dust. Other nearby areas of interest are closed, Ostrich farm & Adventures park. If hotel wants to keep customers coming, they really have to take it seriously to upkeep the whole facility.

1 of the best resort in Pengerang-Desaru beach front. The pool is very nice. Can shelter from hot sunny at the kids area. Nice beach cafe at night. Good & affordable restaurant seafood/masakan panas(halal). Got an affordable convenience store. Everything is there. Nice seaview room.

Staff at the front desk just okay. We booking for king bed but I believe it was just a queen size bedroom since we request for ground level as im pregnant. No lift provided. The interior was not very nice. The basic appliances were provided but the fridge is not functioning(not so cool) and not much space to set our foods and baby bottles etc.,. The worst was the smell from the sink (smells comes from the sewage) and need to open the exhaust fan all day long. Even i put soap the smell wont come off the smells comes from the drainage. It was bad i almost thrown up when opening the toilet door. I would not recommend staying here during monsoon seasons because we were not able to walk along the beach (the tide was high). The only thing i love were the environment of this resort (its so relaxing outside of the room) and the breakfast was superb. For dinner we went outside and eat at warung tepi futsal and the food were bad. The price almost the same as JB (quite pricey) even though JB still can get lower price.the staff at the pool counter was not friendly. His nails were so long and dirty . Not even smile at us. And answer our question smirkingly because we forgot our towel card.

Have stayed at Legoland previously at Kingdom room level 3 in June 2022 and glad that we get to stay at level 6 Adventure room this time. My girl was super excited to explore the room, unlock the hidden treasure and watch TV. Located next to Theme park, water park and Aquarium and can walk pass the aquarium to access a small mall with a number of eateries and BIG supermarket. Parking is complimentary for guest and breakfast food has good variety, though must be there early and on weekends there is allotted 45 min for eating breakfast (which they don't enforce if the restaurant is not too crowded). There is recycling bin in the room and water filter system connected to the sink for drinking water. Overall a nice getaway for a year end break before the new school term starts.

2nd time here. Reason being of its peaceful yet amazing view and amenities ard the hotel. Room suite are big and price are reasonable e most affordable ard that Prime Area. Friendly staffs there. Breakfast at rooftop with nice view (but limited food choices.) Minimarts, Cafe & lotta Restaurant tat opens till late night (Arabic, Mamak) are avail along the hotel & just across the streets. Night time pop by the Magical Light Damcimg Fountain jus beside the hotel. Parks, Sand playgroundsare jus behind. Hardrock cafe is like 10m.kin drive. Head down to Gem Wellness Spa @ Emeral Bay Clubhouse about 10min drive for an amazing VIP spa like never before. Tale e Couple Package.

There are several dining options nearby, including Western and Japanese restaurants, as well as a convenience store (myNEWS). Some attractions are also within walking distance. While the hotel is not in the city center, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended!

Bahru I recently stayed at the Ramada Meridin Johor Bahru and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a pleasant environment that is both welcoming and relaxing. The food was particularly impressive, with a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in Iskandar Putri.

The room exceeded my expectation. It was clean. Toilet was clean. Comes with natural body wash and shampoo. The corridors were indeed non aircon and doors look worn but the inside was well furnished and well maintained. There’s a shoe rack, pantry and walk in wardrobe! Receptionists were friendly. Bento breakfast was delicious and huge portion. Choose nasi lemak.

The location is incredibly convenient—right next to a large shopping complex filled with food options, shops, and a value-for-money grocery store. Plus, it’s near Legoland, making it a great choice for families. The apartment itself is very new and spotless. The bed was comfortable, and my kids had so much fun in the room. Online customer service was quick and responsive whenever we needed assistance, which made our stay even smoother. A special mention to the café staff—they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the pastries were absolutely delicious! Spacious hall with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms..1 king and 1 queen bed. King bedroom comes with big bathtub. Hotel next Fraser place Walk in Breakfast at swatch cafe. 55rm per pax. Worth it. Balcony with Partial view of sea with building view in the middle. Exterior facade wall building can be repaint to gv fresh look. Washing mach cum dryer Big fridge Stove but no pans n pots Very friendly accomodative reception staff

What you see is what you get. The studio room was clean and spacious with many amenities such as dryer, microwave and so on. The bed was super comfortable and had great sleep throughout the nights. Water pressure was good with heater. The common corridor was so windy even at 11th floor. Pool is Olympic size and kids friendly. There was a sauna but didn't have opportunity to use it due to lack of time. Checking in process was simple but with minor hiccup as initially I couldn't figure out where Tower C was as I saw only tower A and B. My bad. For anyone who get Tower C, I would suggest to park your vehicle at LG floor for easy access. Tower A & B could proceed with G floor parking. Great place and would recommend to anyone who wish to put night(s) there 👍

Such a nice place and location.. the studio is ample enough for both of us..everything is provided plus cooking utensils and washing machine.. if the owner could provide dryer is better for those staying more than 3 days..i’m really satisfied and wish to book again if i’m going to Johor in the future .. tqvm
