Great roof top adults only hotel in PV - walking distance to shopping, restaurants, malacon, and beaches. Daily dj are the pool was awesome! HEATED pool was a nice surprise. Lacking normal amenities in the rooms like face cloths and proper hair care products as well they lose points for no coffee maker or kettle in room and coffee in the lobby until 11am with coffeemate instead of actual milk or cream- these little touches would have made my review a 5 star for sure.

Hotel is pretty new so it’s still kept up quite nicely. However I found the staff here at both the front desk and the restaurant exceptional. We stayed here on two different occasions and they were both good. Rooms have the proper windows to quiet the noise outside. Also the hotel has a shuttle to the airport BUT NOT FROM THE AIRPORT so keep this in mind. Uber is not allowed at the airport so you will need to take a taxi by pre-paying inside the airport near the rental car area. If you’re in need of staying near the airport, this is the best choice by far. Breakfast is usually included and pretty good too, not that continental crap. Enjoy! 😀

This brand new hotel is the first of many new amenities that will be available soon at GDL. In construction is a Shake Shack, Sushi restaurant, Wings and more. The hotel is right in the terminal and very close to a Starbucks and the Priority Pass VIP lounge which is open 24 hours and has its own security for quick entry into the terminal. The hotel is beautiful and new and is only lacking in a few areas. First, the hotel store needs to carry more grab and go items. Second, with the exception of the front desk, very few employees speak English. Lastly the gym, which is very well equipped, needs towels and headphones. The staff are great, there’s lots of security and the rooms are typical of a modern day hotel. If you want, they will give you a runway view room. Here’s a pro tip, if you want to avoid paying airport prices, there’s an OXO convenience store located across from the domestic terminal that has all that you need plus some extras like fresh tacos, tortas and coffees at ridiculous prices.

Check in was perfect, I was given a upgraded junior suite overlooking the garden and pool. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Food was good service excellent. I like that the hotel still has some Mexican charm vs being updated to conform with the modern polished look. Room was very comfortable, ac worked exceptionally well. Everything about the hotel was up to standard, can’t say enough about it. Highly recommended.

El hotel es muy limpio y comodo, ya que las camas son realmente cómodas y puedes descansar bien, la ubicación es muy buena y el desayuno es bueno, varía dependiendo el día y eso hace que el desayuno no sea repetitivo. Lo que más me gustó son las máquinas de café, las cuales sirven un café riquísimo.

Stayed three nights here. The location is great-right on the edge of the historical centre and yet very quiet. It was about a 15 minute walk from the bus station (where we had arrived from the airport). There are restaurants all around as well as OXXO and 7/11 shops. The view from the roof top terrace across to the square is lovely. Although the bar was not open, we brought our own drinks and food up here. We had breakfast on one morning (25% discount deal) and it was quite formal in the restaurant downstairs but there was a great selection of food. The hotel is an old building and very pleasing to look at with internal courtyards but have to say, our room was very dark and you needed to have the curtains closed in the bedroom/bathroom for privacy. The rooms are spacious however and the a/c was excellent as was the comfort of the bed. The WiFi was frustrating and slow. We found most of the staff very friendly apart from a couple of staff at reception when we arrived who perhaps need better training with people skills. Would we stay again? Not sure as the darkness of the bedroom did get us down.

Great experience for an airport hotel! Super convenient to airport with 6 am shuttle for morning flight. Very modern, IKEA like room: kitchen, sofa bed, desk, very comfortable king bed. Nice big gym, pool, laundry, game room. Unfortunately we had to leave by 6 am so breakfast was not yet available.

Proximity to GDL with super 100% shuttle service between 0400-0030 is the prime reason I chose to stay here. Hampton shares the court with a Holiday Inn Express, Denny’s and Chili’s makes it very convenient if you have late arriving flight, or early morning departures. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Outside property noise (dogs barking) detracts from restful sleep. Additionally, it is on a busy highway with nothing to see or do nearby. Breakfast buffet could use a bit more variety and taste. But if you need a ride to/from GDL, and a comfortable bed for a reasonable price….select here!

(See photo) The top-floor restaurant has a similar view as well. The breakfast has a nice, tasty variety. I also enjoyed drinks with a friend at the restaurant on one of the nights. The staff are great and helpful too. Elizabeth really came through for me when I needed to extend my stay a couple nights. Another girl (Anayeri, I think) provided excellent service as well, helping me get my dry cleaning turned in, despite missing the 10am deadline. All in all, it was a lovely stay, and I look forward to staying at this hotel when I return in the future.

Overall it was a great experience, the location was gold, very walkable and close to lots of cute cafes, restaurants and Avenida Chapultepec. The bed was really comfortable and the shower pressure was great. I loved that they had a sauna and pool, but the pool was a bit dirty one of the days I was there (though the day prior to that it was clean). The staff was incredibly helpful and the food was ok, thought a bit pricey. The ac worked wonderfully. I could see myself returning!

Great place, comfortable for everyone! Would 100% go there again and would recommend anyone to visit it, went with my friends and really enjoyed the breakfasts they served, also great service from the concierge and the assistant, such a pleasent young lady! I believe her name was Yizel

Remodeled and beautiful but some of the reception staff was NOT nice. they showed very little interest in helping my wife and myself with the simplest of services. Some were even a little rude .We lost cell phone services and we literally had to plead to make a call to Los Angeles. Air conditioning controls Are not in the room and they they get mad if you follow Their rules for them to shut it off or on. They have to bring the control from the front desk. Business center is not well equipped and not very accessible. On a good note the waitress at their in house resturant and the girls on the cleaning staff were great. The room itself was nice we were there for almost a week.

The cutest boutique hotel well located within walking distance of the Guadalupe Cathedral, shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Very clean and modern hotel with an art gallery to view on your way to the elevator! The rooms were spacious and had a small sitting area. The beds were so comfortable. The restaurant food was good and well priced. Nice small bar with an open patio with hammock swings. Staff was friendly and very responsive. This hotel is a nice jumping off place to visit Tlaquepaque and Tequila. Loved all the architectural design elements here. I'm already thinking of when I will go again. Definitely good value for your money.

When you read their description of that's available and you think ”we should stay here!”, you might want to think twice. They say: Enjoy our 780 sq. ft. King Deluxe Suite with a separate living area and offers a parlor with spectacular city views. Starting your day off with continental breakfast and relax in the evening with hors d'oeuvres, non-alcoholic beverages and honor bar. Includes a private bedroom with a separate shower and bathtub, queen-sized sofa bed, WiFi access, two-line phones with voicemail, nightly turndown service, wet bar. Each suite includes features from The Hilton Serenity Collection. The Serenity Bed includes an exclusive Suite Dreams mattress and box springs, Super Topper mattress pad, down duvet, Touch of Down pillows, linen program, as well as custom decorative bed throws and bolster pillow.” What we got: No mini bar (when we asked for it, they brought a refrigerator...with nothing in it.) No separate toilet and shower, it was all one room and was dirty. No lounge with hors d'oeuvres, non-alcoholic beverages and honor bar. No continental breakfast And no one seemed to care. It was so sad.

Hi, 3 Things to improve: -Bigger bottles of water in the room or 2 more bottles. -Faster room service and Bar service. -Better lightning in pool area. Nice facilities an the staff is very kind. Thanks

We where there last week. And we loved it! Incredibly clean, buffet is small (It is a small hotel!) but everything was good and fresh, snack bar as well. Ask for any drink, they can make it. Service at the pool was awesome. It is a family resort, so there is a lot of kids, but how nice all those Mexican people was. Ther wasn't any animation, and by 10:00 pm, it get's really quiet, so if you want to party, you have to go out downtown. Of course, you are going to spend some money, but we also do when we are going out downtown Montreal!. The only thing 1 did not like is the beach, not because it's not nice, but the waves in the sea where incredibly strong, which was not fun at all, at least for me that could not stand up and had a couple of shooters of salted water! I would strongly suggest that they put an outdoor shower at the beach so people can refresh while on the beach, since it is so hard to go into the ocean. Is it a good idea M. Danny, manager? Lol. I will definitely go back. Soon i hope! A huge thanks to Hugo, Danel, Eric, David, Eanu and some others that i forgot the name at the pool. A huge thanks for our maid who did a great job in our room. A huge thanks to Hector, Alfredo at the a la carte restaurant, the young tall handsome waiter which looks a little Vietnamese with is slanted eyes at the buffet, unfortunately forgot is name, and to all the people at the buffet for their incredible and friendly service. Overall, this all-inclusive hotel can only say that it can be lived together, don't have any too high expectations. Hotel 🏨: The hotel is a bit old, and the rooms and all the facilities can be clearly felt. This aspect is actually not in the way, after all, this kind of thing is inevitable. The facilities can be used only as a sensory problem. The only highlight of this stay is the service. The staff here are very friendly and will not stink. Food: This is not very good. Restaurant hygiene needs to be strengthened because flies 🪰 mosquito visibility is very high (must bring anti-mosquito liquid). The styles of food are similar, and the steaks in French cuisine are exactly the same as those eaten at the steak restaurant the day before. The plate is also the same 🤣. They also ate the same thing when they walked to the restaurant where the question was put. The things taste good but there are not so many tricks. Beach 🏖️: Compared with Cancun, the beach here is not the white beach like Cancun. Puerto Vallarta The beach is darker and has more stones (at least the beach of this hotel is like this) Near the hotel: There are shopping centers for 10 minutes from the hotel seat up or down. There is a milk tea shop with Gongcha nearby. Supermarkets and oxxo convenience stores are also not far from the hotel. The street view is not very tall but the president is still safe. I didn't feel dangerous with my daughter out. Just walking down the street was fine.

Pros: breakfast - all the traditional cereals, fruit, breads, but I really enjoyed the frijoles, quesadillas and mexican scrambled eggs. Front desk was welcoming and helpful. Cons: I was on the 4th floor, ice was available on floors 2 and 3. On three, they are doing major construction - sounds like jackhammering the floor tile up...all day. The weatherstriping under the room doors are deafening, screetchy! The peep hole can only be used by someone 6' or taller. The bathroom very dark and dreery - needs updating. No washcloths provided. Hall lights not on most of the time. It's just tired here and I'd rather pay more money for somewhere a little nicer. There were also loud partiers whooping it up at 1:30 a.m. I tried to call the FD but phone didn't work.

For the not-so-positive: I didn't get the room that I reserved despite booking directly from my IHG account but it was late for my arrival and with it being just one night, I didn't bother to see if my room type was there. There were no face cloths in the bathroom so that was a bit of a surprise. When I showered the next morning the water only got to a lukewarm temperature and that took about five minutes. My biggest concern, hence the title, was on check-out. The check out agent told me that the gentleman from the night before only charged me 180 pesos to my credit card where it should have been 1800. Thankfully, I keep every receipt and told her, ”you are incorrect and I just happen to have the receipt of what was billed to my credit card; let me show you”. Not only was I billed correctly, but it was 1863 pesos. It bothered me that a) if I didn't have this receipt, I would have had to pay again and then dispute the charge later with the credit card company and b) that there was such incompetence that one staff member was calling into question the working ability of the other. The gentlemen that checked me in billed me properly so I am not sure how their internal communication and record keeping got so screwed up. Needless to say, that left a bad taste in my mouth and made this hotel appear to be unprofessional and subject perhaps to scamming people which is not a good impression for a guest to leave with. Further, when the check-out agent was shown the evidence, she didn't even apologize but rather abruptly stated that she wanted to make a copy. I obliged but not after taking a pic in case somehow it was dropped and not returned. Regardless, though close to the airport, I would not stay here again but instead another in the area which I have done before.

My younger/ taller wife is 30 days younger and 2 inches taller than my 1st wife ( passed ). My 1st wife and I visited the Holiday Inn in Puerto Vallarta 27 years ago. The property has been sold and the Marina and Golf Resort is the new standard bearer for the Holiday Inn in Puerto Vallarta. I enjoyed my 1st stay at the Holiday Inn in 1996. Over the last few months, I told my younger/taller wife that I was really looking forward to staying at the new property. My expectations were greatly exceeded. The new property is in a fantastic location close to the Marina districk of shops. Check in was fast and seamless. The lobby has an open concept and is well furnished. Peace and comfort welcome you even in the busy times. The staff were kind and professional. Rodiego who works at the front desk was a pleasure to speak to on every occassion during our stay. Neftali and Betulio who work in the dining room are the best waiters that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. My wife and I both developed friendships with these gentlemen. We are looking forward to retuning just so we can spend more time with these fine people. Come on 2024 trip. The food at the hotel was very reasonably priced and the chiefs are superb. We enjoyed a complamentry buffet breakfast every morning and a delicous supper every evening. It was great we never even thought about eating anywhere else. The pool and gym are located on the 2nd floor. The outdoor pool is a welcome relief during the hot part of the day. The pool deck is very large and can be used for multi functions. Alberto the pool bar server was another friendly and thoughful employee of the hotel. I enjoyed all of my contacts with him. Laundry facilities are also on the 2nd floor and easy to ccess. Little did I know that my expectations would be blown out of the water. Who knew that I would meet people who worked at the previous Holiday Inn during my trip in 1996. Thanks to Betulio and Alberto it was really cool to learn that we met back in 1996. What Odds? I highly recommend that you visit this property if you are in the beautiful city of Puerto Vallart.

Bed excellent we sleep like a baby we were extremely tired and no complaints from anyone. The staff is pretty awesome they do try to make you feel welcomed. The hotel has its perks but in general you get the all inclusive experience. Totally worth it

Looking to travel with family? Highly recommended! This is a luxury hotel with a ”boutique” vibe and Excellent service. The breakfast buffet is one of the best in PV (have stayed in Sheraton, Westin). The pool is well-maintained, the kids playroom is awesome (Thank you Bibiana!). The property is very modern, very well maintained, though rooms are a bit small. We stayed at the Marriott in Cancun as well, similar experience. Best budget luxury resort in PV.

Little did I know that my expectations would be blown out of the water. Who knew that I would meet people who worked at the previous Holiday Inn during my trip in 1996. Thanks to Betulio and Alberto it was really cool to learn that we met back in 1996. What Odds? I highly recommend that you visit this property if you are in the beautiful city of Puerto Vallart.

Bed excellent we sleep like a baby we were extremely tired and no complaints from anyone. The staff is pretty awesome they do try to make you feel welcomed. The hotel has its perks but in general you get the all inclusive experience. Totally worth it

The place was ok and food isn’t bad Restaurant staff always wanted a tip The hotel desk isn’t helpful at all Whatever requested we made they said yes but never followed Like a booking at restaurant they didn’t make for us Or when we asked for some amenities they said yes but never came No one picked up the phone at night but they said they had 24 hours room service

Looking to travel with family? Highly recommended! This is a luxury hotel with a ”boutique” vibe and Excellent service. The breakfast buffet is one of the best in PV (have stayed in Sheraton, Westin). The pool is well-maintained, the kids playroom is awesome (Thank you Bibiana!). The property is very modern, very well maintained, though rooms are a bit small. We stayed at the Marriott in Cancun as well, similar experience. Best budget luxury resort in PV.
