This was a surprise trip for my husband's 50th birthday and we were travelling with my Son Esa aged 8. Once we got to our resort we were greeted and welcomed by Amine and the team. Amine was very welcoming and took us on a buggy around the resort to show us around and escort us to our room. Amine went out his way daily to stay in touch via WhatsApp and kept us updated about all the activities taking place daily. Our room was amazing and we had been upgraded to a beach pool villa:-). The bed was decorated and a welcome card/fruits were placed in our room. The boy's were so excited regarding the private pool. Our resort was amazing and had alot to offer. This resort in particular had a kids club hence why I chose this resort. Guest Relations were amazing and accommodating . Grace also from Guest Relations was very welcoming and came to see us. The restaurant /food was pretty good and had lots of choice. Esa being a child wanted his normal chips/burger or nuggets and was offered this separately which was great. All the restaurant staff was amazing especially Shafiq, Shauka and the team. They all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and happy. Shafiq had his way of taking care of families and even bringing the yummy special desserts to our table. He would always accommodate us to the best table/view too. Shauka was the head operations manager for all the restaurants and I promise you he was always hands on and ready to serve you in whatever you wanted to eat. He would always go out his way for us especially for my son Esa. Even on the last morning we was leaving he made Esa his favourite waffles :-). Our last dinner was arranged privately by Mr Ejaz (Hotel manager) and Shauka so we can celebrate my husband's 50th. A beautiful table was set on the stilts restaurant with a cake and Shauka personally came to serve us with all the different foods we wanted to eat:-). Absolutely amazing he was. Esa really misses everyone especially Shauka. We had an amazing stay and experience at Villa Nautica. We have already said that we will surely be coming back again and recommending to our family/friends. Small comment regarding the ice cream served at meal times in the restaurant- it was not nice/very poor quality. It was like some powdered ice cream mixed.

I would give it 5 stars, but I won’t. The reason? I booked a seaview room to enjoy evenings on the balcony. At the moment it is 11 pm and just bellow our balcony there is such a loud (also bad and repetitive) music that our windows are shaking. Actually there are 10 people dancing(see photo) and half of the island suffering because of this nonsense. We also have early flight in the morning so who knows when this is gonna end so we can go to sleep. This is definitely not a place if you came to Maldives to relax. Otherwise clean place, friendly staff and good for exploring surrounding islands on day trips.

We stayed as a family for 3 nights in the quadruple room which was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 children to sleep comfortably. The quadruple rooms do not face the sea. The condition of the room is excellent and the hotels seems to be well maintained. Service wise, the staff are generally polite. The breakfast had limited options. Be warned, the cats literally dine with you in the restaurant and it appears to be a problem across the island. The beach is nice although it is not maintained as it should be. There were plenty of sun beds available. Water sports are very reasonably priced compared to average prices in Maldives. Overall, pleasant stay.

What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived at the airport we were so welcome by so the staff. The resort itself is beautiful and kept really well. This is high quality resort with a very personalised touch. Shohel, our house keeper, made such a difference and was very courteous and thoughtful. We stayed for our anniversary and was met with such a beautiful display. The room was quite spacious as we stayed in an overwater villa and was quite private. The beautiful reefs are worth exploring. All the activities in the resort are so much fun and the staff make it much more enjoyable filling in any knowledge gaps and answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying as we’ve decided we’d love to come back in the future.

I read everyone's reviews in 📖 and said that the environment is average. After arriving, I felt pretty good. You can also see the sea from the city view room. Is it the restaurant downstairs? It's a bit noisy for foreigners to eat late every day, but it's not important to sleep well. By the way, I signed up for snorkeling and sea fishing at Kanni's house. The experience was good, there were not many people, and the photos and videos were also good.

We would like to thank Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa for our amazing stay. We stayed a week at this resort and everything was perfect. Would like to say a BIG thank you to Yerlan and amazing Chef, who always came out to check if everything was great, also to Chamara, Dinendra, DJ-Yulia (she is perfect DJ). Also Anastasia a girl who looked after us Breakfast and Dinner Time. Prafula at the Beach restaurants - your salads and Burgers were the best. Excellent guidance and service from the staff team, beautiful resort island, excellent maintenance of rooms, swimming pool, restaurant, beach, bars. Just a bit of a shame about expensive excursions and water sports activities, they can certainly be half the price. All in all, we enjoyed a stay on a beautiful resort island, enjoyed our ”own” house reef (fish and baby sharks you see every day), enjoyed sunrises and sunsets every day. We stayed on this beautiful island at the end of May into the beginning of June for a very special holiday with family. From start to finish our holiday was just incredible. The food was amazing, there was always a huge variety of different food and great curries! The staff can’t do enough for you and are so welcoming and kind. We started off the holiday in a beach bungalow which was beautiful, less than 10 steps away from the beautiful lagoon. We decided to upgrade to a water suite for the last 4 nights of the trip. The water suites are absolutely stunning, our 2 children loved having their beds right by the glass floor where they often saw sharks, sting rays and a multitude of fish swim by! There is nothing to fault at Cinnamon Dhonveli, the kindness and hospitality from the staff is second to none - special thanks to our friend Akila ( aka Bruno ) who was just wonderful and made the greatest drinks for us and our children, all the staff in the sunset bar Ester, Malinda, Lahir. Our waiters Shamal in the Koimala restaurant and the lovely Shuaan at the Rehendhi restaurant. The wonderful chefs including Shelley who our children absolutely loved. The lovely salad lady Angelie who always had the loveliest smile, Sataar for his amazing flower garlands and for making our sun beds look so special! And last but not least thank you to the GM Sanjeeva for his kindness and incredible hospitality we hope to visit again soon!

Ma Dai returned without looking at the sea, which is true. Vallo Island is a newly opened island, which is a 45-minute speedboat ride from the airport. The island is all-inclusive including food, drink and fun. It has a wealth of activities, including sunset cruise, sunset fishing, snorkeling twice a day, various non-motorized water projects such as kayaking, and other paid motorized water activities, but these are free Is enough for you to play! Let's talk about the room types, there are sand houses, swimming pool sand houses, water houses, swimming pool water houses, I can guarantee that you will be stunned when you enter the house, because it is so great! The room is large and the facilities are good. The waiter cleans it very clean. The mini bar is replenished twice a day. There are various snacks, chocolates, coffee, tea and drinks. See the photos for details. It is also equipped with sunscreen and mosquito repellent lotion. Is it intimate? Finally, let’s talk about eating. The main restaurant has different patterns every day, so you won’t get tired even if the main restaurant is every day, not to mention the seafood restaurant Madai restaurant and the grill restaurant. Family room, one double bed, one single bed, suitable for a family of three, to meet basic needs. American breakfast, I didn’t have much hope, but it exceeded my imagination and it was worth the money. The boss does not speak Chinese, but there is WeChat isseywhite1, you can consult him in English for transportation, island jumping, and reservation. We are on the island for activities and transportation. The city is set by us, and the sea fishing is good. We fished three times and we all caught the biggest fish in our history. However, 7 kg of fish, local practices, personally feel. . . . The picture is the boss's WeChat circle of friends, the fish we fished (not the biggest, but the one that tastes good, the second time, the $100 charter, up to six), and the other picture is also the boss's circle of friends. Unforgettable experience. The hotel is good and very clean, just 5min walk from Bikini beach. My room was big, with a sea view. The excursions from Salt Beach were great, well organized. We've booked all the excursions with them. The team is very friendly. Our guide Nawaz is helpful, very nice and he was swimming with me all the time, he showed me the amazing life under the water. Excellent photographer, he took me the best photos and videos. I highly recommend the hotel and the excursions from Salt Beach.

We had such a wonderful experience at Rosemary Boutique Hotel. It is a quaint hotel in the best location - right at bikini beach and close to the snorkeling spot called Coral Gardens. The front of house staff are very friendly, kind and accommodating. We booked a tour through the hotel from Maafushi to Fullidoo and we go to swim with nurse sharks, manta rays and dolphins. I can highly recommend that you book all your activities through the hotel. The room was spacious enough and nice and clean. There wasn't any view from our window/balcony but that didn't bother us as we were literally only in the room to sleep. The bathroom design needs some work as the shower wets the toilet but otherwise all in all a very comfortable stay. The breakfast is fulling and the wifi is decent. This is a great value for money find.

Hotel facilities are very good, we have long been an extra bed for our children, the restaurant of this hotel, the food tastes very good, the price is also very cost-effective, we feel great! The reception is also very warm and welcoming! In short, it is highly recommended that everyone stay, if you go to Maafushi Island to play! And speedboats, outings, give our 11-year-old children a 50% discount, a loving hotel!

The hotel is not bad and affordable, the first to go to the Maldives does not know how to book a hotel. I was originally reporting to the group but because I had to pay the money of two people alone, I simply went there. Looking at the pictures of the hotel in the travel agency's itinerary, I found out that it was cheaper than the travel agency! Fortunately, I didn't follow the group, but the problem is coming! The introduction does not explain the time of the boat trip on the island and other information! Orders can only be changed and cancelled before confirmation. It is confirmed that there is no way to solve the problem soon after it is found! I can only admit that I am unlucky! This should be improved! Some hotel information is not very accurate, such as showing only a few kilometers but it is a headache to take a boat! There is no reminder on the transportation mode of the hotel. Some losses could have been avoided!

There is a lot of hotel choice in the Maldives, but there is something quite unique about Cocoa Island and that’s the feeling of being somewhere with people whom love to live and work there. There is a real sense of community in the staff and as per some of the other reviews, several have been there for over a decade. Although we were first time visitors, it was clear that many people had stayed and returned time and time again and felt they had a relationship with the staff. This was really unique for a hotel we felt. By far the physical best element of the island is the snorkelling straight from your room onto one of 3 private reefs. From here we saw reef shark, sting ray and a huge array of fish, this felt like a special to have this the moment you wake up at your disposal. Cocoa island is small and has a boutique feel. If you want to escape the crowds and have your trip feel a bit more bespoke than mass tourism, cocoa is a good option for you. If you want busy evenings and endless activities or entertainment the maybe not. It does just have one restaurant and one bar, but that should not deter your choosing this hotel, the variety on the menu/menus are vast and changes everyday in some way, with the themed set menu evenings additional to this, there is no need to get bored of the food, quite the opposite. The staff and chefs are also very varied in their skill and accommodating to your needs. The food is high quality, and masterfully executed every night, we could not fault it along with the huge array of drinks options, far beyond what you would expect from a resort of this size. Some of the best cocktails we’ve had. Overall, we would echo other reviews to say don’t come at CNY or half term if you want total peace and quiet, but this isn’t a particularly family orientated place, so as long as you are out of those main seasons it should be beautifully peaceful. The 45 min transfer by boat is convenient and easy compared to waiting for a seaplane. We would highly recommend.
