If you stay at a business hotel with three families, there are many places to add extra beds to the twin room, but this hotel has an adjacent twin room and a double room in the room connectivity There was a connecting room connected by the gingdoor, so it was very comfortable to stay with family 3 people. The bathroom used a large twin room and the toilet used both. Breakfast buffet was not luxurious, but it was a good content for the price. The hotel parking lot is on the 4th floor ～ 8th floor of EKI City Hiroshima opposite the hotel. Going to 1F by B elevator from the parking lot and going out in front of the hotel. Parking fee is 1,200 yen per night and will be paid at the hotel front desk at check-in. Fantastic hotel, opened just 9 months ago, still smells new. Located 10 minute bus trip from Hiroshima station and 15 minute walk from the peace museum/park. Stayed in beautiful one bedroom suite on 21st floor (second highest). Great view of the city through panoramic windows. Staff very friendly, engaging in small talk, specially when they see you are wait for example at the reception. Great breakfast choice, egg station. You can order to table some extra drinks like mango juice and waffles. Executive lounge located on 22nd floor, also great views. Lounge looking nice, with tables quite cramped. As far as food is concerned, I think one of the best Hilton lounges I recall. Choice of number of small sandwiches, cheese, cold meats, salads, beef stew, sweets etc. Swimming pool, dry sauna and large jacuzzi available.

I stayed with my husband and my four year old unstoppable son. This very family-friendly yet upper-middle business hotel truly accommodates every needs of any travelers. They offer free drinks and snacks almost all day long, even a glass of sparkling wine - what a pleasant surprise! Definitely recommend to book a room with breakfast, the choices are amazing and you never get bored if you stay a couple of nights. I found a gem and joined membership to come back soon.

About 10 mins walk from Hiroshima station. I stayed in the twin room and it’s possible to open 2 big luggages with some creativity. The pictures of the big onsen are from the male onsen. The female onsen is much smaller and with only 2 wash stations… and the wash stations have no partitions. Just gotta time your baths well. The hotel does not offer Yamato so you gotta take a trek to a convenience store or the actual Yamato store which is about 10 mins away on foot. One of the staff’s attitude was pretty harsh and put her hand out to stop us when we tried to take some amenities form the amenities bar upon check in. Perhaps a simple polite explanation (or maybe just let your guests have extra amenities?) would suffice. There are pretty nice izakayas a short walk away and a laundromat just across the street. Okay for a short stay if you value a laundromat nearby.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of Hiroshima, and it's convenient to go everywhere. The bathroom and toilet are separated, which is great. I will consider this hotel next time I come to Hiroshima.

Nest hotel is just five minutes walk from Hiroshima rail station . It is a new and young style hotel. Is large compared with the other I stay stars hotel I stayed. At third floor. Fruit and drinks by walked back to station again . beddings is new and clean the bed is very comfortable. we didn’t hear any train noise from room. They provide free bread and coffee in the lobby.  The room charges is quite affordable definitely we will come back to nest hotel in next visit to Hiroshima.

It is a modern hotel with a rebranded feeling. The interior is also renovated beautifully, but I was also worried that it was sacrificed by several concept priorities. The front desk is on the top floor, but there are few elevators, so people who go to the front desk and people who go to the room are always waiting. There is no front desk staff in the midnight zone, and when I checked out at AM5 to catch an early morning flight, there is no key recovery box that I heard that it was installed in 1F, and it is wasted to the front desk on the top floor and back in the back I was excused by the sleeping staff who would have been sleeping, and I couldn't feel it from the morning. 1F is a fashionable Italian restaurant, and there are many uses other than hotel users, but there is no accommodation privilege, and there are a large number of insects in the plant near the open table outside.

I searched under the condition of ”no smoking, breakfast, high evaluation, cheap”. Oriental Hotel Hiroshima was a good condition that it was cheap at this price and there was a discount on coupons. The private car woke up at the workplace and went to the hotel on foot (the hotel parking lot was 1500 yen). It is a high-rise hotel in Hiroshima but a bit plain. If Liga, ANA, Prince and Sheraton are the leaders of Hiroshima, it is a hotel that will come next. When I requested a ”good view room” at the front desk, I upgraded the 16F room in the W corner room with the view bus at a little extra charge. It will be a sharp decrease in guests due to corona virus vortex. This is an old hotel in Hiroshima. The lounge on the top floor is also available at 々, and 1F has a few French restaurant OZAWA in Hiroshima, and until recently, there should have been a lot of domestic and foreign customers. A little looking forward to seeing what it is now. The room has a green door with an accent, wooden brown on the wall of the castle, and a deep blue carpet on the floor. A red sofa with two hangers. I stayed in a single room with him for one night. The car stopped at a nearby shopping mall parking lot for 700 yen a night. I got a PET bottle of water at the front desk😊 The room was happy to see the Shinkansen in the corner room 🚄 The room was also large, and the bed was also 2 people, and I could sleep slowly. We stayed here to see the team lab ”Light Festival” at Fukuyama Castle. This is the second time I use it. It was a room with a view of Fukuyama Castle in front of me. I was impressed to see the whole of the ”Light Festival” from the window of the room at night. The room is clean and clean. I'm glad that the bathroom is separate. It's nice to have a large bath. The location is right next to Fukuyama Station (you can see the departure and arrival of Shinkansen and trains from the window lol), there are many restaurants, and the bus terminal is right next to it, so it is convenient to move anyway. Breakfast is a cafe on the first floor. It's a pity that it's not a buffet style for me, but if you can choose Japanese or Western style, the call bell will ring, so it's a style to go pick it up by yourself.

It is near Fukuyama Station in Hiroshima Prefecture. It is about 3 minutes walk. It was a difficult place to understand when I went by car. It is close to the downtown area and I don't think it is troublesome for eating. There is also a convenience store on the first floor. The room is small, there is no table, and there is no place to put the bag. Perhaps the meal was a measure against the new corona, each side dish was covered with a saran wrap on a small plate. I think it will take a lot of time. Fukuyama Castle is located on the north side of Fukuyama Station, but you can walk.

The hotel was clean and the amenities were substantial and I could go lightly. When I went without bringing a free hair iron, I was told that I was renting out for two days I was staying, and I couldn't use it after all. When I made a reservation on the net, I made a reservation in the first grader of elementary school, but the bed was not walled, and it was impossible to move because it was a fairly large bed. I had adult clothes and slippers, but the children were not prepared to go to the lobby. I didn't have a child's pillow and I applied for an adult, but I thought that there was a child's pillow on the net, and it was too insufficient to prepare for the child. I always use this hotel when I stay in Fukuyama. The first time I stayed there, I borrowed a lamp, and they always prepare one in the room for me, which I'm very grateful for. Only here for 2 consecutive nights. At first, unable to figure out how to enter to the hotel, as when arrived there, the entrance door was locked and only able to open with key. Was curious how to have a key before check-in. Later on, found a board that stated ‘To check in, please stop by at the Fukuyama Oriental Hotel which is 3 doors south of this hotel’. Anyway, just small matter since it was just few doors next to the Anchor hotel. The hotel room was spacious and comfy, they provided good quality of amenities, love the shower gel and shampoo! All are Lavender favours... There was a tablet inside the room that show some useful information, such as the nearby restaurants and attractions. The hotel location was strategic too, located near to Fukuyama JR station, only walking distance to Fukuyama Castle! In additions, the hotel also offered a simple breakfast for all the hotel guest! Anchor dog (in-house hot dog), brew coffee and fresh orange juice, you choose to dine in or take away! This was really great as the breakfast was initially not included during the hotel booking. The hotel ambient was really nice... Really enjoyable with my stay with Anchor in Fukuyama!

The staff was very good, helped me take my luggage to the third floor, a little shaking stairs, very powerful 👍. ＪＲ This is a route-in series hotel about 15 minutes walk from Miyajima Guchi. Small 々 I arrived early, but check-in was smooth and I received ice service while looking at the sea and was in the room. There is a bed and a sofa on the tatami mats, and the TV is large. Above all, the Seto Inland Sea and Miyajima were desired because it was on the sea side. I could see the sea and Miyajima from the open-air bath in the large communal bath on the 1st floor, and I was soaked in the hot water for the first time in a while. I was also satisfied with the drink service including draft beer after the bath. Breakfast is from 6:30 to Hakozen ＋ Viking. Although it is a mixture of Japanese and Western styles, the balance of the dishes is good, and I just ate too much. The view from the dining room was good, and the response of the employees was good as Hiro 々. There is also a shuttle bus to Miyajima Guchi, but it is within walking distance. However, the road has a lot of traffic for cars including large cars, so walk with caution. There is also a direct oyster sales area and a convenience store along the way.

Good points: 1. Location is amazing since it’s right on the island and everything is within walking distance. 2. We had breakfast and supper included in the stay. Food was varied and plentiful for most palates. Plenty of fruit and veg too. 3. Staff for 98% of the time was great. Language barriers are expected. Google translate is a perfect alternative to the translation issue. The front desk staff were awesome and was extremely helpful. 4. Room is spacious for a traditional Japanese hotel. We had our own onsen which was delightful. The beds were mostly comfortable and we had two full mattresses pushed together creating a massive king! 5. Once you enter the hotel you must take off your shoes and the hotel provides house slippers which generally fit most people. The lobby has shoe cubbies for your shoes. They do not lock, but Japan has very little petty theft so you don’t need to fret over potential thievery. Negative points: 1. This is of no fault of the hotel, rather it’s a Google maps problem. Be aware Google maps will basically have you climb the mountain and drag your suitcase through a dirt path. Instead put in the Miyajima post office and with the water to your right, turn up to the small road with the post office to your back. Keep going straight for about 2.5 city blocks and you’ll walk right into the hotel. Much easier than the 40 minute hike we took. 2. Restaurant staff on the whole were great. Only issue was this morning when we went to breakfast this morning and tried to sit in our usual table, the staff tried to sit us with some other people. I asked if we could sit at a different table and the individual said no and walked away. We didn’t know these people they tried to sit us with. However, they were tourists like us. I was frustrated because the staff member just walked away from us when I was still speaking to him. Very rude! 3. The toilet room smelled really bad. It was a combination of mold and chemicals.

Good. As other reviews, it was a facility that felt a little old, but it was a stable and safe facility, and there was no mistake. I have never before walked into a hotel room and refused to leave because of the view but I did at this beautiful ryokan. Jukeiso is something special, set on the hill next to the famous O-Torii gate on the island. We were met at the ferry terminal and taken through the town to the ryokan, where we were met by more wonderfully attentive staff who gave us the warmest of welcomes and insisted on taking our bags, something I always feel guilty about. While we checked in, one member of staff even cleaned the wheels of our suitcase, which I'd say goes above and beyond. We were shown up to our room and we were quite blown away. The room had windows on two sides looking on to the bay where the O-Torii gate is. The room itself was a traditional Japanese one with tatami mats in the main room and futons which were laid out for us when we went for dinner. This being Japan, there were of course all modern conveniences including charging points, adaptors, spotlessly clean facilities, a TV and small kitchen area but the main draw was the stupendous view. We were given tea and invited to settle in and I didn't move until the evening. I just sat in the window looking at the view. The ryokan is located right in the town centre, down a flight of stairs. It is also about a five minute walk from the O-Torii gate. In the evening, we went down for dinner. I am a vegan and my wife had advised them of this. In response they had made clear that they were very happy to cater for me, which they did with aplomb. We were treated to a seven course meal which, for most residents was very heavily based around fish and seafood, with some of the area's famous oysters served as a starter. I was given equivalent dishes throughout and thoroughly enjoyed them all, although we were given so much that I was unable to finish my meal. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout. My only comment on their wonderful service is that they might have helped us poor foreigners with a description of the delicious food we were served. As with many traditional guest houses in Japan, the ryokan had a communal bathing area and an outdoor onsen which could be booked for free for half an hour. My wife enjoyed this on her own as I didn't want to rush her. Beautiful yucata were provided for bathers to wear after their relaxation time. We returned to our room to find that the futons had been laid out and we spent much of the evening simply sitting at the window before going to sleep. In the morning, we were able to get up and down to the O-Torii gate before all the tourists had arrived, which was a real treat. Breakfast was once again excellent with my wife and son enjoying a traditional one which, once again, was very fish and seafood dependent. As the unadventurous type - and a vegan - I had a traditional European breakfast of tea, toast, fruit and a small salad, which was just what I wanted. We left in the morning and the wonderful staff looked after our bags, deliverin

I arrived late on my arrival day and the staff told me they are closing the door 24.00 pm. It was quite a walk from the ferry terminal to the hotel (i guess about 20 min. walk with my luggage). Later i found out they have a free shuttle service -.- . Anyway staff at the reception and in the dining room were very nice and the room was ok. Everything clean as expected and a small Miyajima souvenir are waiting to be eaten^^. The bath area was small and good, as was the air in general on that island. After chek in you get a yukata and the key to your room. One thing i felt sorry about; Staff worked until 24.00pm, just to start working again at 5 a.m. .Thats not ok. As a result, an email i send earlier about changing my room was overseen. I am not mad about it, since i arrived late anyway. But for gods sake,let the staff at least get some rest between the shifts lol.

I went to Miyajima on a family trip and used it for the first time. It is a feeling that the old good old inn built by the sea near the bustling shopping street which is the main street is renovated for the present age, and the whole facility ~ the facilities in the room are unified and beautifully arranged It was a very nice inn where you can feel the old history in 々 while being able to feel it. There are many free services available only for guests. I highly recommend this ryokan for the exceptional experience including great food, staff & room. My room was a traditional ryokan room with tatami matts but with traditional mattresses. It overlooked the the pedestrian street but was very quiet at night since most tourists visit Miyajima as a daytrip. The staff was gracious enough to setup a futon for me on the tatami matt so that I could sleep traditional Japanese style. Haruka at the front desk was amazing. She speaks limited English but enough to communicate with. She wrote me a very sweet handwritten note that I will keep forever when I asked where I could buy a yukata robe. I had asked her where I could purchase a yukata (traditional Japanese robe). The presentation of the dinner was amazing and worth it. The on-site onsen was was great and was usually all to myself. It has one indoor pool along with a small one on the outdoor deck that overlooks the bay and torii gate. Upon checkout, Haruka escorted me out which I believe is typical of a ryokan. It was sad to leave because of how memorable the stay was! The ryokan was expensive but worth it for the experience. I can't imagine visiting Miyajima only as a day trip. It would be too rushed as there's plenty to do for 2 days. Must sees are the torii gate along with the shrine surrounding it, taking the ropeway up to Mt. Misen (the top of the mountain is about a 20-30 minute steep hike from the end of the ropeway but I recommend it), and finally definitely do not miss Daishoin shrine which was truly amazing. Recommend avoiding Saturday & Sundays as it's very, very crowded.

This is definitely the best service hotel in Japan. Everyone knows that Japan's service attitude has always been good. This is a bit of a good time.
