Very good hotel, the room is big, the big bath has indoor and outdoor, there is also a paid hot spring swimming pool, the meal is buffet, very delicious. The service staff are very good, there are not many skiers in winter, suitable for families.
The location is perfect in front of Haranomachi Station.
Nearby convenience stores and supermarkets are within a few minutes walk.
I don't think there will be any problems because there are places to eat around, but there are few shops that are vacant until late at night, so I thought it would be a must-see if you don't have a car.
The room was large, clean and comfortable. The large communal bath on the 4th floor is similar to a general business hotel, but it was nice that the place with a lot of cartoons was open for free.
If there was one difficulty, it seemed that there was only one elevator, and employees were also used, so it seemed to be crowded.

As for the hotel, I was satisfied except for dinner. However, since the water pool was closed for more than half, the pool I was looking forward to was very crowded and the result was dissatisfaction.

Koriyama Station is 29 miles from the hotel, while Koriyama Culture Park is 29 miles away. Fukushima Airport is 20 miles from the property.
KKIIt's conveniently located right outside the west exit of Fukushima Station, but there are many restaurants at the east exit, so it's inconvenient for people who like to go bar-hopping.
The room is clean and easy to use.
I was happy that they offer free curry, miso soup, and coffee at the front desk.
GGuest UserThe size of the room is good, but I think the sound of the next room, corridor, etc. is a bit noisy, the sound insulation is not good, the bathroom is too small, the obedient staff is very polite, located on the seven-day ~ suitable for sightseeing, reasonable price
GGuest UserThis hotel is about three minutes away from Gunsan Station. The location is relatively convenient and difficult to find because the hotel entrance is in a small street. The most amazing thing is that there is only one elevator on the ninth floor that can go directly to each floor. If there are many people in the morning, the waiting time will be very long. Not short
I would like to give special praise to the two male colleagues at the front desk:
The first one is from Taiwan. His attentive service. He knew that we are not Japanese, so he specially printed out maps and instructions in English and introduced us to nearby attractions and restaurants. His attentive service is highly praised.
The service of the second Japanese guy was also very good. We asked him for help to change the pick-up time of another hotel. Not only did he call us for us, but when we went back to the hotel to retrieve our luggage, he even printed out a receipt for us. The detailed map from their hotel to our next hotel, the train schedule, the pick-up and drop-off landmarks at the train station were all printed in Chinese for us, which was beyond our expectations and we were overjoyed. It deserves praise.
GGuest UserCons:
- Poor public transport to / from hotel & area.
- Food options are limited (hotel food or nearby 7/11).
- Staffed bar (e.g., beer) only runs until 18:00 with last orders at 17:30.
- Onsen doesn’t open until 15:00.
Pros:
- Truly in nature
- Onsen is perfect. The outside area is wonderful, especially when it’s snowing
- Good heating in the rooms.
- Japan breakfast buffet has a diverse selection of Japanese food.
- Self-service bar sells a wide range of saki until midnight.
- Shamisen performance is wonderful.
- Amazing shuttle bus service to main train station at 10:00 from hotel.
Hotel hints:
- If you need help, target a younger member of staff. We had much more success getting advice & taxi bookings with younger staff at the same desk.
GGuest UserClean rooms near Fukushima Shinkansen, with some dinner options and supermarket, drugstore and daiso. Would be good if toilet and bathroom could be separated. Room is spacious though. Beds are not as comfortable. Would recommend if you are coming by JR as location is really near the station
GGuest UserIt is a very intended accommodation for this trip. Study and look at reviews carefully. and reserve a large room In order to have the most access to Japanese culture.
But disappointed with the view. But don't blame the hotel. It's the weather.
and check-out day Notice that the hotel has a shuttle at the train station. But when we went in to ask Instead it said you didn't reserve it. You must make a reservation at check-in. We ourselves don't know. The front desk staff didn't inform us. So can we ask the staff to make a reservation for us? The staff tried to solve the problem for us. But it seems like the uncle of the driver is dissatisfied, drives very badly and gives us very poor service.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very good with great proximity to the ski place. The room is clean and cosy with great views. And the onsen is very good that it had long opening hours, we can go after the ski to relax.
However, it would be better if the guest had a choice of whether the room can be made everyday or after we left. And it will be even better if more variety of restaurants/ cur-sine can be provided rather than just buffet.
KKeitaro IchikawaThe room and bathroom look very good and clean, there was a microwave in the room
Some concerns I had...
There was uncomfortable smell in the bathroom, like undried.
The filters of AC and humidifier were not cleaned enough, i guess. I felt it was a little bit dusty, especially in the morning.
Considering the very reasonable price, it was worth staying!
AAlekseiThe hotel is located near the station, which is convenient in winter. The hall is decorated in the Gatsby style. In addition to the basic cosmetic set, you can take aromatic powder for the bath, a large variety of aromas. We were unable to use it because the water in the bathroom drained very poorly in the room. There is not enough space for two, the bed is only 120 cm. Enough, but it could have been bigger.
GGuest UserI am really satisfied with this hotel. There is a famous Gooseki attraction right in front of the hotel where you can take a walk. As for the buffet dinner, all kinds of wine are provided for free, including Japanese wine, red wine, champagne, beer, etc. The sweet shrimp and honeydew melon are delicious, and the breakfast is also rich. , afternoon tea and the evening bar also provide free wine and snacks. I thought the hotel was cheap, but it was really worth the money. I will go there next time.
