5/5. Our three man group, including my father, friend and myself, stayed in the corner room on the fourth floor from around September 24th-27th. We stayed in Japan for 20 days total, visiting Osaka, Kyoto, Hakone-en, Tokyo and eventually Kōriyama and then another place in Osaka. We stayed in four hotels and one B&B during that time, and this was by far my favourite place that we stayed at throughout the entire trip. The room easily fit the three of us and was the best value we got out of a hotel by leaps and bounds. This was a fantastic place to stay and unwind after Tokyo. The location is just a six minute walk from Kōriyama Station which is fairly central to a lot of places worth sightseeing, although Koriyama itself is pretty incredible, especially if you want to escape the heat and bustle of places like Tokyo or Osaka. The reason to come here is the raw value and what you get for staying here. The staff here are very gracious and patient. They have a public bath/spa with incredible facilities, including a sauna, cold bath, lay down pools, you name it. They seemed very relaxed about tattoos; two of the people had very large and hard to sleeve tattoos. Neither of them ended up using the spa, which is honestly their loss, but they seemed fine with having them in as long as they covered them with a towel. I’m pretty terrible at the Japanese language, so at first I assumed it would cost money to use the spa, however the (incredibly nice and helpful) lady working there insisted I could go in. What I ended up getting for free was an onsen experience that I paid ~$100 Canadian for previously. For free, to reiterate, and it’s open incredibly late, with complimentary probiotic drinks/ice-cream in the morning and night respectively. The entire second floor is a marvel. They have a place just off to the side of the spa where you can pour your own beer on tap for 300 yen which is also a large manga library. You can do your laundry in there as well, set it in and go for a back, come back and get an ice cream and chill. I honestly felt like a king. I’m almost certain they had free soba at a specific time too, but never got the chance to use it. There is a massage parlour on that floor as well where you can book your times in advance which my friend got to use, and by his own words it was well worth it. There are so many good things I could say about this place, but they also went above and beyond and blew my expectations of service out of the water. During one day of sightseeing one of our group left some souvenirs inside of a taxi as we were on our way back to the train station. By the time we got back to the hotel, the staff had already been contacted by the taxi company and arranged to have the souvenirs dropped off, which we picked up on the same day. I wish I knew enough of the language to ask for more details on what exactly happened, but this one interaction cemented in my mind just how incredibly nice and just plain good the people are in Japan, and

When I stayed in Fukushima City, I went to Iizaka Onsen hot spring or the hotel close to Fukushima station was the main. This time, I chose this hotel a little far away. The reason for the choice is that the evaluation point was relatively high. It was 10 minutes from the east exit of Fukushima Station, but it is certainly the distance. There are many hotels nearby, so it felt a little far away. The hotel itself is large and the facilities are good. It will be renewed. It was a little good with a staff of about 3 people. The large and splendid area of the 1F lobby, which you have not seen recently in check-in, was a lounge where guests could drink coffee freely. It would have been a cafe corner before. The room was a single of 10F but it was 18m2 wide and enough for one person. I was able to use my luggage in the corridor. The desk work was also functional and there was a chair and a small round table at the window. The toilet was using a mirror to reduce it. I thought that there was no space to put shampoo in the bathtub, and it was not attached when it was new. There was no problem with using it at all. Breakfast was from ６:30 and I was happy that there was a raw *. It is highly valued overall.

Located across the west exit rotary of Koriyama station, there are stores and blood donation rooms on the first floor, and convenience stores on the first floor are put from the inside of the building, so it is convenient to shop without being wet in the rain. The hotel front desk is on the 4 floor, check-in is manned, and payment is done by self machine. The elevator up to the room is a type of touching the room card to the sensor and pressing the accommodation floor button. The room was large to some extent, and there was no feeling of pressure, the interior was stylish, but there was a little tiresome in the furniture. Wifi speed is high speed with down sliding up. Between the bathroom and the toilet, it was partitioned by a glass door, and the bathroom was large and overhead shower, and it was comfortable to take a bath. Breakfast is a Japanese buffet from 6 o'clock at the restaurant on the second floor and it is helpful to get breakfast from early hours. I was able to spend comfortably, and if there is a large bath...

I stayed overnight in a very compact but also very practical room with everything I needed. The space was well-designed with a good-sized desk which had three powerpoints above it (yay! doesn't happen everywhere), so easy to plug in tablet and accessories, and also charge phone and camera battery. Small fridge and tv, humidifier, electric jug, nighshirt and complimentary slilppers. Lovely ceramic tea mugs. I did find the waste bins a little small (no recycling but that's often the case in Japanese hotels). Wi fi worked well, and there was a radio. The comfortable bed had a nice flat pillow and lighting console conveniently placed. The bathroom was small but there was a good deep bath. Interesting city and mountain views from the room. The hotel lobby was attractively decorated. The location was conveniently close to the JR Station as well as eateries and some shops. Good value, and would stay again.

A very convenient hotel near the Fukushima Station. We had a twin room at level 8. It was clean and good. The water pressure was excellent. Hotel also provides facial masks, sachet moisturizer and lotions. Hotel provided maps for tourist. There are restaurants, ***** store, daiso, family mart and supermarket in the vicinity. Excellent location! The Corasse Fukushima Center is just behind the hotel. It has a shopping area with local produce. There is also a sake tasting corner.

Previously, it was said that you didn't have to eat, but it seems that you will choose various things at check-in. Whether it's Japanese or Western, take out or eat there. From the next time, I want to find a hotel with a parking space that can be stopped by a motorcycle as a lesson. This time it became the ninth time in the reprint support touring, it became the form of unexpected support. Until the last time, even in Koriyama's hotel, the parking lot was mostly stopped, so I saw it sweet. The response of the hotel staff was great, but it was a puppet.

Living in Japan as a vegetarian for many years I am used to having to tough it out at hotels. Although there are exceptions, the majority of these facilities in Japan are still in the dark ages when it comes to vegetarian food options and unfortunately this hotel is no exception. This was our second time to stay here and we had hoped in vain that the food selection would be better. Shame on us, yes, but shame on the hotel even more, in my opinion. First, the positives. It is in a great location: you step out of the hotel and you are practically launched on the Goshiknuma trail. If you have a car it is easy to drive to nearby starting points for various excellent hiking options. If you don't have a car you are very limited in how many hiking spots you can access. The staff is friendly and helpful. The previous time we stayed, during the pandemic, there was a near-fluent in English tri-lingual front desk staff member who was great. We don't really need that, however, so I cannot say that this time we encountered any English speaking staff. The room was clean and comfortable. On our previous stay we had a gigantic room for less than what we paid this time but that was during the pandemic when hotels were practically begging for business and we were also able to avail ourselves of the government subsidy program for travel, which has long been discontinued. Anyway, we were happy enough with the room. The onsen is good: spacious and properly maintained. This facility is actually two joined hotels and if you stay on this side (pricier and with nicer rooms) the onsen is less crowded and nicer. The food was another story. Both the first time we stayed and this time, we opted for the buffet meal package: breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is passable if you are lacto-ovo as I am and not super strict, meaning you can drink miso soup that will doubtlessly have at least some fish stock as part of it. Dinner is, frankly, pathetic. There is nothing of substance for vegetarians unless you consider a salad, rice, pickles, and a couple of fried vegetables to be a meal. I do not. Virtually every dish had some meat or fish in it. Why does the pasta have to have bacon? Why does the stir fry vegetables have to have chicken? This hotel is far from the only one that does this, but in 2023 is it not possible to have one or two entree type offerings entirely meat or fish free? The buffet is gigantic and has huge variety but all of that variety is thoroughly saturated with meat and fish. Total fail. We will not stay here again, regretfully. Note: the buffet was equally poor during our first stay and it was entirely on us that we hoped there would be some improvement a few years later. Like I said, shame on us. That does not excuse the hotel from not providing better food options for vegetarians.

This hotel is about three minutes away from Gunsan Station. The location is relatively convenient and difficult to find because the hotel entrance is in a small street. The most amazing thing is that there is only one elevator on the ninth floor that can go directly to each floor. If there are many people in the morning, the waiting time will be very long. Not short I would like to give special praise to the two male colleagues at the front desk: The first one is from Taiwan. His attentive service. He knew that we are not Japanese, so he specially printed out maps and instructions in English and introduced us to nearby attractions and restaurants. His attentive service is highly praised. The service of the second Japanese guy was also very good. We asked him for help to change the pick-up time of another hotel. Not only did he call us for us, but when we went back to the hotel to retrieve our luggage, he even printed out a receipt for us. The detailed map from their hotel to our next hotel, the train schedule, the pick-up and drop-off landmarks at the train station were all printed in Chinese for us, which was beyond our expectations and we were overjoyed. It deserves praise.

On the other side of downtown, there is a little from the station. Is it reasonable for that? Breakfast was small, but it was usually delicious. Scrambled eggs, boiled *, sausage, Chicken basil boiled, yogurt, fruit, salad, cereal, bread, etc. 24 hours coffee? I could drink for free, and if I didn't get in the parking lot, I would have a little bit of a place. It's not far away, but when I came back from shopping, I was unable to stop at the hotel parking lot. and there's a loan.

The downtown area is close and there is a convenience store in 1F. Very convenient. You can go to the station in 7 minutes. It was along the national highway, but the room was quiet.

Not in front of Koriyama Station. I think it will be a private car or a taxi to move from the station. However, the room is large and comfortable, the breakfast buffet is small, but it is delicious, considering the accommodation cost, I think it is very reasonable and the cospa is good!

The advantage of Toyoko Hotel is that the location is very good, it must be very close to the JR station, and there is breakfast. This stay felt unpleasant. I stayed for two consecutive nights. The hotel responded to environmental protection, so for the continued guests, I do not provide cleaning services. I am very supportive of environmental protection. I can not change the bedding when I continue to live, but I do not clean in the name of environmental protection. Do not take out garbage. It just reduces the cleaning staff. I went back to the hotel from the outside at night. I wanted to rest comfortably but saw that the garbage was still there the day before. There was hair in the bathroom, and the wet towels were still hanging. Although it is very important to be close to the station and breakfast is very convenient, it is really unacceptable to not do cleaning (mainly because I don't know 😡 in advance) I should not stay at Toyoko Hotel again in the future!

郡山に出張で来ました。福島県というのは大阪からはなかなか縁遠いところですので、1人プライベートで延泊してゆっくり休日を過ごすことにしました。仕事しながらのリサーチのためあまり状況等は調べられていませんが、郡山駅から電車で来れることと、温泉の泉質が私の大好きな美人湯（ツルツル系）だということで各種予約サイトでザっと皆さんのクチコミをナナメ読みし、すでに宿泊前日段階で公式ホームページからの予約が出来ず、仕事中に***********でコソっと予約。 郡山からの電車が1時間に1本しかないことと駅からまだ遠いのは想定範囲ですが、駅までの無料送迎が1日3本（15:40,16:40,17:40）だけだというのは想定外でした。電車の時間を伝えたらいつでも来てくれるのだろうという思惑でしたがアテが外れました。タクシーの料金目安が駅前に貼ってあり、800円+迎車料金程度です。1.5kmとしては思ったより高いです。迎車0円の大阪の1.5倍くらいか。1人なので割高に感じます。キャリーケースありで徒歩20分ほどかかりました。 ゆとりろのリロは、リロのポイントバケーション（別荘のサブスク）のとこだと着いてから気づきました。知人が会員なので毎年どこかしら一緒に泊めていただいていますが、大手企業等が保養所として建てた施設が不良債権化したあとを買い取ってリノベーションするケースが多く、特に、内装工事では客が真っ先に目のいく水回りの設備品の選択やデザイン、優先度の切り分けが上手で、外観ボロでも中は綺麗なイメージで満足度を高める手法をいつも感じています。 おそらく、もともと清稜山倶楽部という温泉旅館だったのを最近ゆとりろ磐梯熱海としてリニューアルされたように見えます。ここは外観も綺麗です。部屋は16平米との記載でしたが、和室10畳の奥にさらに縁側的な板間スペースがあり、他にも床の間や収納、玄関前室やトイレなどは16平米に含まれませんのでホテル感覚の16平米とは異次元に広いです。洗面設備やタッチパネル式の自光式の鏡は最先端リノベーションで快適です。仕事で11日連続ホテル出張の中、旅館の広い和室というのは気持ち良いです。畳も綺麗で布団も綿がしっかりしていて、ビジホのフニャフニャベッドよりも快適に眠れました。 ただ、温泉についてはクチコミの良さに期待が高すぎ、完全にくじかれました。私が普段使いで年に数回頻度で利用しているツルツル系の温泉は、大阪府高槻市の祥風苑(スーパー銭湯)と奈良県五條市の金剛の湯(旅館の日帰り湯)、また和歌山の龍神温泉もそれ系でしたが、pH9.1というのは大阪の祥風苑と同じです。金剛の湯でpH7.6、龍神温泉pH7.8なので、明確なイメージを持って来てしまっておりかなり期待していたのですが、いざ入ってみるとガッカリ。キシキシとした普通のお湯に近いものでした。もちろん、普通のお湯との違いはギリギリ分かりますしそれが美人湯系なのも分からないこともないですが、ウーンです。pHだけでどうこう言うことが間違いなのか、過去の数値を掲げているだけなのか。温泉に行くと必ず成分分析表を見ますが、1kgの湯に対して五條市の金剛の湯(pH7.6)はナトリウムの量が11860.0mg、こちら磐梯熱海(pH9.1)は113.3gと、100倍以上も違うというのがナトリウム泉と単純泉の違いとしてはありますが、祥風苑は336.1mg程度で最もツルツルなのに、温泉の触感というのはどこで差がつくのでしょう。 ユトリロの温泉成分表近辺には加水の有無や循環濾過方式等の記載が公開されておらず、また駅前や宿の斜め前の公設足湯ではユトリロよりもう少しツルっとした感覚を得たので、薄めすぎとか循環濾過させすぎ（祥風苑とて源泉掛け流しではないのですが）のせいかもしれません。不都合な情報は開示しないというのはアルアルですが、泉質自慢をするのなら、きちんと質を極めてほしいしバランスを取るなら分かる人には分かるように説明をしておいてほしいところです。 初日はバスタオルの方は問題ないものの、ハンドタオルの方が使う前から異臭がしていまして顔を拭くこともままならぬため交換してもらいました。夏場に洗濯したまま取り出し忘れて3日ほどたったような匂いというか、梅雨時に満員電車ですごく太った人が発している匂いというか、強い生乾き臭です。それが翌日は、ハンドタオルには問題がなかったけどバスタオルの方が同様の異臭。前日使い終わったバスタオルが部屋にまだあったのでそちらを使いました。タオルの洗濯乾燥は外注かどうかわかりませんが、不良率50%というのはマズいと思います。煮沸しないと取れないような匂いです。 ここの予約をするきっかけにもなった温泉写真は岩風呂みたいな雰囲気の露天だったのですが入ると殺風景な一枚壁で露天の風情も何もなし。2～3時間は入ってやろうという心算で来たのですが泉質の件もあり1時間で出ちゃいました。壁の外には綺麗な桜が咲いていますがそれすらほんのすこししか見えません。壁を低くするか桜より向こうに壁を移設して少しライトアップすればまだ雰囲気はマシになろうかと思いますが、まるでスーパーホテルかAPAホテルの屋上風呂みたいでした。男女別に異なるデザインの風呂なので、てっきり日替わりで男女が変わると思いきや翌日も同じでしたので、湯上りに夜勤のスタッフの方に確認すると、早朝5:30～8:50の時間帯のみ男が岩風呂付きの方になるとのことでした。レディファーストであることは当然として構いませんが、これについてはチェックインの時に教えてくれたらよかったのにと思いました。知ったのはチェックアウト前夜の23:30。翌朝、頑張って朝食前に15分だけ入りましたが、この岩風呂がある側が断然良いです。桜の木はほぼ真上にあり、ちょうど散っていく花びらが湯船に浮かんで綺麗でした。泉質は相変わらずですが、こちらには随分と風情を感じますので少し長く入っていたい気持ちになりますが朝の風呂は8:50までです。 他にも色々と説明が不十分に感じたことが多いです。本来、説明などしなくて済む運営がベストではあれど、常識的に想定できるであろうことの逆をいく部分については絶対に事前説明しておくべきだと思うのですが、色々説明のないことが重なることでチリも積もれば山のように不快感を感じます。 複数のスタッフから感じた雰囲気なので菅、後ろめたい気持ちがあるからこそかもしれませんが「あなたに選択の余地はありませんよ」という威圧感を端から感じました。関西気質との違いとして、関西ではたとえ思っていなくても必要以上にやたらと申し訳ない感を出しながら客を押し切ることで客の方が「はいはい、もう、しょうがなあいなあ」と諦めると言うベタなコミュニケーションパターンがベースにありそれに慣れていることで余計に感じることかもしれませんが、もうちょっと言い方があるだろうになと思いました。 特に朝食について、一方的に時間を指定されます。チェックイン時にあなたの明日の朝ごはんは朝7:30ですと告げられ、もっと遅くできないかというと8:30に動かしてくれましたが、むしろ7:30と8:30に空きがあるがどちらが良いかと尋ねてくれるのが普通

It is a historic hot spring club founded in 1841. The emperor of Japan has also come to stay. There is a detailed introduction to this hot spring club on the first floor. It is endless to see. The large bath is also very comfortable and relaxing with the outdoor scenery. The meal is very rich and fresh, and it is wonderful to eat the banquet after the soup. Very recommended

The hotel lobby was very beautiful. The front desk 々 was also good. Move to the accommodation floor by elevator and enter the room smells like a cherry blossom room! It was a smell that I couldn't say anything that I had stained for a long time. I sprayed the deodorant spray in the room but it didn't disappear. The bath for women was a system for borrowing a key at the front desk ２～３ names. It was a continuous holiday, and it was waiting in order. I heard that I could make a reservation and put a reservation. I stayed overnight in a very compact but also very practical room with everything I needed. The space was well-designed with a good-sized desk which had three powerpoints above it (yay! doesn't happen everywhere), so easy to plug in tablet and accessories, and also charge phone and camera battery. Small fridge and tv, humidifier, electric jug, nighshirt and complimentary slilppers. Lovely ceramic tea mugs. I did find the waste bins a little small (no recycling but that's often the case in Japanese hotels). Wi fi worked well, and there was a radio. The comfortable bed had a nice flat pillow and lighting console conveniently placed. The bathroom was small but there was a good deep bath. Interesting city and mountain views from the room. The hotel lobby was attractively decorated. The location was conveniently close to the JR Station as well as eateries and some shops. Good value, and would stay again.

Great place where to rest with plenty of nature around and the possibility of reserving the onsen all for yourself. The food is amazing, the space is great and there are plenty of traditional vibes since the first steps you take inside the resort. Absolutely recommended to anyone passing by the area and looking for some relaxing time.

Located in the middle of the city of Aizu Wakamatsu, it is a business hotel that is convenient for sightseeing and eating. It faces the main street Shinmei Dori street running north-south through the center of the city, and the road is located in Sakae CHO, a place where there are many restaurants such as a famous shop of the cherry blossoms, and tsuruga Jo castle in １０ minutes walk The back is directly connected to Hideyo Noguchi, a place related to Hideyo Noguchi, and it is not necessary for walking day and night. I also took advantage of the time before dinner to walk around the shichikamachi street where Hideyo Noguchi's youth hall (former Kaiyo hospital) and old merchants remain. The free parking lot is available as it is after checking out, so I took a walk to visit the graves of Tsuruga Jo castle and Gamo ujisato. This time I used a twin room, but the building is a bit old, but the room was clean and comfortable. Although it does not leave the business hotel area, it was a large scale and safe hotel in Aizu Wakamatsu.

Shosuke no Yado is a beautiful onsen hotel, located a bit outside Aizuwakamatsu city. It's attached to a river and waterfall. Japanese room is quite large and next to the river. There is tea set and sweet provided in every room. There is public onsen on the first floor which can enjoy waterfall during onsen and also private onsen with charge on the first floor and rooftop. The hotel provide free rental colorful Yukata for all women guest. Dinner set is lovely. There are a lot of food, fresh and delicious. Breakfast is also great. A mochi is the best. Hotel staff are nice and helpful.

The parking lot near the building is narrow and you will be directed to park in the farthest parking lot as you arrive. The lobby was clean and the lounge provided complimentary drinks. I didn't have to fill in the check-in myself, and after being guided to the room, I was able to relax in the room immediately after dinner and the inside of the hotel. The room and bathroom were large enough for three people to relax. There were many free drinks in the room, which was great. At first glance, the room looked clean, but only the air purifier and hair dryer were covered in dust. Even though I was instructed to fill the humidifier with water myself, it was still filled with water, so I threw it away and put it back in. The front desk told me that the rock bath is too small to recommend, so I enjoyed the two large baths, but it was a quiet hot spring with a view of the river, and it was comfortable. Since we live in the mountains, we had a lot of vegetables for dinner, but many of the dishes were flavored with soup stock and looked beautiful. Unfortunately, the grilled fish was lukewarm. Because the price was high, I thought the main dish would be Japanese beef, but I was a little disappointed that it was domestic beef. After dinner, my friend had a stomach ache, so I asked the front desk for directions and was told it was a 15 minute walk, so we set off on foot. The temperature was -4 degrees Celsius, it was snowing a little, the ground was frozen solid, and we walked for about 30 minutes trying not to fall. Taxi on the way home. When I looked it up later, the distance was 1.7km. When I told the man at the front desk about it, he answered, ”I always walk in 15 minutes.” I was angry that the remark came out before the apology. How many people do you think can walk a snowy ice van and a 1.7km snowy road in 15 minutes? Still, the bath in the room was too great, so I was more satisfied. Only one person at the front desk was disappointing because there were many good places.

A beautiful old traditional wooden building in a quiet street. We chose a Japanese room with floor futons though I glimpsed the interior of at least one other room which had beds. Our room was actually 2 large spaces - one set up with the futons on tatami mats and the other set up with a low table, 2 low chairs and the TV. Traditional food served and it is also possible to have lunch and dinner here as well as the breakfasts that came with the booking. We did have one dinner. The staff were absolutely wonderful, especially the chief receptionist who spoke very good English and took great care to ensure my need for gluten free food was met for breakfasts and the dinner we ate. Highly recommend this inn. The bathroom facilities including toilets were shared but never once did I have to wait my turn for the facilities. We did have to book a time for the shower. Walking distance to many of the local sights though we also hired bikes one day which saved time and were fun to use.

It's noisy x3, so if you're sensitive to noise, earplugs are a must. If I'm not good at it, I don't think I'll be able to sleep at all. Taki no Yu is one of the top-ranked inns in Higashiyama Onsen, and the customer service is respectful, but the selling point of Yukkura Inn is that it has no service. So the sense of distance at the front is a little strange. The receptionist was overly polite to the guests at Taki no Yu, but to the guests at Yukkura Inn, the receptionist was as calm as was necessary. I felt more comfortable that way. In fact, it seemed like the employees were having more trouble separating the issues. ●Taki-no-Yu is far away. Traveling to Taki-no-Yu in the middle of winter is a chore. There is a headwind on the way out, and a tailwind blows up relentlessly from the waterfall on the way back. You are inevitably forced to wear thick clothes, which makes it difficult to undress in the bath. Guests in the main building wear yukata so they can take a quick bath, but we have to occupy the lockers for a long time to take off our clothes, which can be a real nuisance when it's crowded. ``Using Taki no Yu was very comfortable.'' 〇The large hot spring bath is good.In any case, the inn prides itself on its baths, so bathing while smelling the scent of the clear stream is the best. We can also benefit from the services such as draft beer, soft serve ice cream, and barley tea after bathing. I was disappointed that some of the bathtubs were covered with blue sheets. There's nothing fancy about it. 〇Food is good　This time I stayed for 1 night with 2 meals, and both meals were fine. Dinner was advertised as a special bento box, but it was actually a small Shokado kaiseki meal. I think it's pretty luxurious for lunch. The seats were carefully positioned, and were discreetly separated from the Taki-no-Yu guests, who were happily eating the food you would expect from a high-end ryokan. Breakfast is the same menu as guests of Taki no Yu. The staff at the restaurant were so attentive that I didn't feel the slightest bit of discrimination among the customers. Overall... Being able to use Taki-no-Yu's facilities at such a low price feels like a great deal. On the other hand, I don't think the CP is very good if you only use Yukkura Inn. If you use it for business purposes, you will be satisfied with the large public bath and the delicious food. However, I think that this is a facility that some people may feel cramped. No matter how you think about it, the customers of Taki no Yu who want to enjoy a luxurious trip and the customers of Yukkura Inn who want to choose accommodation at a reasonable price are different people. Because we are trying to force that balance, distortion inevitably occurs. Anyway, earplugs are a must-have item.
