This is a good hotel that is also used by airline cabin crew so it has to maintain certain standards. The breakfast is good value for money, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. Nearby there are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance too.

Hotel was old and dated. We paid 2,000 yen to upgrade to the newer rooms on the higher floors (level 6 onwards). The rooms were still old and the aircon was not cold. Amenities wise, we had all the basic toiletries and toothbrushes and shavers, but no water was given. Service was ok, really appreciated the shuttle bus to the train station, Aeon Mall and airport. Good value stay (higher floors) if you are not fussy and have an early flight to catch to Narita.

The hotel is in a great location, opposite the Outlet, very close to JR Kaihin Makuhari Station, and there are many restaurants nearby. Although the room is not big, it has a standard double bed instead of a mini double bed, which is great and made for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, and guests can make their own croissant waffles. Since the restaurant serves buffet meals in the evening, the breakfast drinks have more options than those in other general hotels. The hotel has a large private indoor parking lot, which is very convenient for self-driving. Guests pay ¥1,000 per night.

This is probably the review that you are looking for; After reading a lot of reviews here, i was skeptical but went for it anyways because of its airport shuttle. Although i wished that they extend their shuttle bus services throughout the night because my flight got delayed. The service was alright overall. I think I know who is the ‘angry red man’ in one of the negative reviews written and at first, he did seem to be an impatient person but i realised that after communicating with a lot of fast speaking foreigners, he was accustomed to their pace of talking and dont worry, he would adjust to yours. The hotel was filled with foreigners, mainly chinese (based on the lobby) and majority were men, calling on speaker and smoking. It was kinda refreshing given that I’ve been in Japan for 3 months and this is the first time i saw such behaviour in public. But tbh, the environment was inviting and you feel less pressured to societal norms because of them lol. The hotel lobby for my floor did smell like cigarettes but it was faint. I guess someone smoked awhile ago. The soundproofing was average. I could only hear someone when I was close to my room door. The store at the lobby had crazy pricing so i would advice to bring your own snacks from the airport before coming. The koi pond outside was cute tho! The cleanliness was average. It was clean but i did found a strand of hair on the wall in the toilet, but other than that (i checked everything) it was acceptably clean (but do use the slippers). My two main issues with the room are the bed and lighting. The bed was hard. It made me think that this is how it would feel like sleeping on the tatami mat LOL but if you’re staying for a night, it was bearable. The pillows were also so hard. The lighting on the other hand was limited. I had to do my make up near the door because that was the only bright and white light area. Even the toilet was kinda dimmed since it didnt have ceiling lights. Overall; its an OK hotel option to stay for the night to catch another flight the next day. I have never been to a motel but I would compare it to one, an OK motel lol. I hope I covered most of what people tend to look for :) Also! Theres a stamp at the lobby for travellers who likes to collect stamps in Japan.

It’s perfectly located near Bayside Station, which made getting around so easy, especially with the added convenience of a free shuttle bus that runs to and from the station, i can simply just go to the station by walking distance tooo! The view from my room was simply breathtaking—so serene and peaceful, and I was so impressed by how beautiful it was that I spent a lot of time just gazing out. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the bathtub. It was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep in it! The warm water and the calm atmosphere made it feel like the perfect escape, and it was such a cozy, tranquil experience that I didn’t want to leave. The room itself was impeccably clean, and I really appreciated how well-maintained the entire hotel was. It felt like a truly refreshing and comfortable getaway, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The room is very spacious for up to 4 person staying. Inside the room had leg massage machine too. They had public Onsen but very crowed as expected. They offered free transportation to Disney Land or Disney Sea. Very convenience for those going there. Down stair level 1 also have convenience store. Breakfast is nice and full of choice. For the remaining 4 days, I booked all the breakfasts with them. Spoilt for choice. Only setback is, if you need to get to the train station, you need to take public bus no 3 to train station . About 8 stops. Other than that, it is value for money with such spacious hotel in Tokyo especially A dream land for kids as there are small play ground for them as well

I accidentally booked and prepaid the 5-night trip at this hotel on Trip.com, then I became worried after reading a lot of negative comments about Trip.com. i booked this for my parents so I had to make sure they got the room, thus I came to ask the receptionist one day before. The hotel was at a convenient place to a lot of malls and restaurants, the room was bigger than I thought. The only bad thing is this room is a smoking room so there was heavy cigarette smell, and it barely faded out after several days even if we opened the window

Good location. The free Disney shuttle is a big plus. Difficult to find the shuttle parking lot as there are no signs that lead to it. Hotel staff are friendly especially at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet had a good spread of Asian and western food. Room was spacious enough for me to open up my suitcase fully. Toilet and bathroom were separate which is a plus. Will stay here again if we are not staying in the Disney resort. Good location in a quiet neighbourhood.

All good except badly need an extractor in the restaurant for breakfast. After every morning's breakfast meal, come away smelling of hamburger!😝 Good location near Shin Urayasu train and bus station, bus limo to/from Haneda and Narita @1300yen and 2300yen makes it convenient. Parking is expensive so need to price in if renting car. Shuttle to Disney offered Free drinks (including bee and sparkling wine) and snacks available in the evening which is a nice touch

Great overall stay even if the walls were not very sound proof. I had good neighbours though , and everyone seemed to understand the ‘assignment’ under the circumstances. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Super easy check out too. Lawson’s on the first floor was convenient too for last minute buys and food for sahur.:) Also make time to go to Naritasan Omotesando and the Shinshoji temple to savour in the local produce and enjoy the surrounding park with sprinklings of cherry and plum blossoms (i think) everywhere this time of the year. Free shuttle to Narita station and Aeon Mall too! Super convenient!

Last hotel free shuttle was 9.40om. I missed it by 5 min. So took taxi to hotel costing 2,000 JPY. Clean comfortable room but it's old hotel with good maintenance. A convenient store at GL has various food drink and snack options. It' seemed like Family Mart store, Store closed at 11pm. Breakfast buffet at top floor 13. Plenty of food & beverages are available - JP, Western, salad, fresh fruits, juices, tea, coffee, omelette, breads etc.

How clean is the room with well-function room equipments and cleaning advices . Service desk works wholeheartedl. Food is also nice. Good business for your service.I like the Hotel Inn ,Narito.

We stayed in a double room which was quite spacious for Japan. It was clean and had ample amenities. The best thing about the hotel was the complimentary shuttle service to Narita airport which saved us the hassle of lugging our baggage to the train station early in the morning.

Room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The free shuttle bus to the airport is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby and a small shop downstairs.

We didn’t dine in as there were ample restaurants 10 mins walk away. The complimentary shuttle buses are a plus point to stay here. We took it to explore Narita town nearby

Located just a short monorail ride away from Tokyo Disney Resort, this hotel is an ideal choice for families, couples, and solo travelers looking to explore the magic of Disney or simply enjoy a relaxing getaway. The hotel’s proximity to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea is unbeatable. The complimentary shuttle bus and easy access to the Disney Resort Line make it incredibly convenient to travel to and from the parks. Despite being so close to the bustling Disney area, the hotel feels like a peaceful retreat, offering stunning views of Tokyo Bay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I stayed in a Bay View Room, and waking up to the sight of the bay every morning was absolutely breathtaking. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days of exploring. Great location. Busses to and from the hotel, Disney's, and trams are available and come around often. The facility has many restaurants, a Disney store, and a convenient store, but I do suggest getting extra amenities or dine around Maihama Station if you're on a budget. The room are quit retro and have everything you need. Sleeping wise beds are okay, pillows though are like flat sponges. Staying here is fine if you're looking for affordability near the parks.

the staff approach us well and helped us in regards to our disneyland 1day pass & good👍with their free drinks but feel a little dissappointed to breakfast because they need to have a reservation for atleast 3days before..i highly recommend to have their atleast breakfast.. thank you

Pros: Longest shuttle bus timings. Good buffet spread. Super huge bedroom with Mount Fuji view. Had 2 big adult beds and 2 small kids bed all done up for us. Laundromat, Lawson & gift shop all in the hotel made it super convenient. Everyday our room was made up very nicely and items left on the table were untouched. Staff was honest and friendly. Hilton guest members will get free dessert during the breakfast buffet. Not the most convenient hotel to Disneyland but still bearable. Cons: Worst Crabtree & Evelyn shower soap and shampoo ever. After using it, gave us a bad rash. Had to use my own shampoo and bath soap instead. At peak hour timing when returning from Disneyland, the bus took very very long to arrive after many other hotel buses had arrived a few rounds.

During our visit to Tokyo DisneySea, we stayed here for two nights. Check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The hotel’s location was quite convenient for getting back and forth from DisneySea as well. Our room was comfortable, with a large bathroom, which was a nice surprise. Overall, we had a great experience staying at Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting Tokyo Disney Resort.

The restaurant does not require reservations, so there may be long wait times when it is busy, but apart from that, you can walk to DisneySea (a taxi is only about 800 yen) and there is a large public bath, so it is a very nice hotel!

This is an excellent hotel with a lovely view, friendly and helpful staff, and it is new and clean. It is merely a stone’s throw from JR Makuhari Toyosuna Station and AEON MALL. The surrounding atmosphere feels safe, peaceful, and relaxing. It would be ideal if the Airport Bus, more restaurants, and 24-hour convenience stores were available.

Close to JR Chiba Station. Explore the streets around it and you can find Izakaya, Fastfood and cosme-drug store. The hotel had electricity shut-down on my checkout day - the staff helped to carry my luggage down to level one by stairs! Really grateful for that action :) Highly recommended - cheaper accomodation rates compared to Tokyo, but still fast and convenient to get into Tokyo by JR.

I've stayed here twice. It's very convenient as it's close to Kaihin Makuhari Station. The large public bath is often crowded as it is used for events. The rooms are a little small, but the comforters are fluffy and comfortable. This time, near lunchtime, a group of Chinese people occupied the sofas in the hotel lobby, eating and drinking there and making a mess, which was not very pleasant. Although it is a place that cannot be seen by the front desk staff, I would like them to be careful about eating and drinking on the sofas in the lobby.

Very nice building and rooms.Public Bathroom and sauna are also very good. Due to the recent economic situation, too many PRC group tour were coming. BF queuing at 6:20 is about 30 over guests, but still ok. Enjoyed so nice buffet BF. For Japanese customers, if you do not mind to stay with 300 over PRC guests, then the place is the best cost performance one in Tokyo- Chiba area.

I stayed at LiveMax Hotel Chiba Station for 2 nights. I felt comfortable, nice and quiet. The room environment was clean. The strong WiFi was my biggest help! Located at the west exit of Kyoto Chiba Station, turn right and walk straight along the overpass. The hotel will be on the left in front! There is a lift going down and there is a convenience store nearby! Restaurants, the surrounding area is very lively, close to shopping mall and bus station! Great experience riding the aerial tram to Chiba Central Park/Zoo! Will definitely book again next time I visit! The hotel location/environment is relatively cheap and highly recommended! I wish all employees health and happiness! See you next time!

The hotel on the last day of my trip to Japan, just to see the sea before leaving. The hotel has washing machines, ice machines, free drinks after 2 o'clock, and a very delicious cold drink vending machine, which is a plus. In addition, I went to many museums in Japan and the air conditioning made me feel cold all over. I felt comfortable in the hot spring on the third floor of the hotel, which is a plus. The photo shows the midday sun shining on the pillows and quilts at the head of the bed. I was suddenly moved and took a photo as a souvenir. The disadvantages still need to be mentioned. The room has a slight smell, which is for those with sensitive tastes.

Other reviews didn't give good reviews, but it was a typical business hotel. It had all the amenities you'd expect. The Wi-Fi worked well. However, check-in was a kiosk type, so it took a while. There were no decent places to eat in the evening around here. There was one ramen restaurant and a jazz bar.
