"The hotel is in a good location, not far from the city and 20 minutes from the airport, so I have plenty of time. The hotel service is average. There is no water in the room, so you need to buy it yourself. Only on the first day. The room is a bit small, and the bathroom is also very small. If you go to the toilet, you will bump into other people when they come in. Breakfast was pretty good"

"Der Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Empfang, Zimmer, Lage, Poolanlage ausgezeichnet. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war der Service im Restaurant und Frühstücksbereich. Es ist Bedienung an den Theken und diese wurde rationell und schnell abgehandelt. Da keine Beschriftungen an den angebotenen warmen Speisen auslag, musste man natürlich fragen, was oft zuviel war und schnell abgehandelt wurde. Auch hätten die Speisen wärmer sein können. Ansonsten fürs Auge hervorragend. Wir würden trotz dieser kleinen Einschränkung wieder kommen!"

"I really liked this hotel! It's walking distance from the train station and the marina and lies within the historical city centre. The staff was really friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and especially the bathroom, thanks to the cleaning lady! She does an amazing job. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In short, this hotel was great. Breakfast was also decent. I can recommend!"

Zimmer waren sehr schön und die tägliche Reinigung hervorragend, auch die Damen des Zimmerservice muss man hier besonders loben. "Incompetence and lack of professionalism are the basis of this resort branded Baglioni but there is little of Baglioni except the logo... It is an old resort called Paradaise, renovated as best as possible and used as a trap for foreign tourists who have few demands . Staff not adequately trained and in some cases too pedantic. Room cleaning not done or done hastily, at absurd times like 5.30pm. Leaving a greasy, wet cleaning cloth and a lot of hair in the suitcase… That the guest service provided the laundry for free... I would say the minimum in cases like these. For a 5 star hotel and even more so for a Baglioni there is a lot of work to be done to improve the services. Deserving a special mention are Paolo and Antonello from the beach service who do everything to make up for the shortcomings of the structure, Francesco from the always professional restaurant and the director Victoriano for the upgrade."

"Our stay was simply wonderful overall – we felt completely at home and would return anytime! The rooms are beautifully furnished, modern, impeccably clean, and above all, incredibly quiet. The beds are very comfortable. The entire property also appears very well-maintained, new, and stylish. The underground parking directly at the hotel was also a big plus for us. The breakfast was truly excellent by Italian standards – and absolutely decent even compared internationally. We had no complaints here. We were particularly impressed by the private beach with its accompanying beach club. The beach itself is beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and the entry is pleasant and straightforward. In our opinion, the location is one of the best on the island – especially for sunset views. Many people from the surrounding coves gather around the beach to watch the sunset, so it can get quite lively there in the evenings. In contrast, the private beach club is much more relaxed. The beach is about a three-minute walk from the hotel, so you don't really need the shuttle. Nevertheless, the buggy service is, of course, very convenient and a nice addition, especially with beach gear. Although we were told at the hotel that there were only a very few free sun loungers for hotel guests at the beach club in September, we had no trouble finding an available one on each of our visits. Alternatively, there are also very nice daybeds for about €70, which we therefore didn't need to use. If one were to look for a small suggestion for improvement, it would be the consistency of service. Some staff members were exceptionally friendly, always had a smile on their faces, and were very attentive and courteous. Others also did their job very well but were a bit more factual and less warm. This is explicitly not a negative point and did not affect our stay at all – as a small piece of feedback for further optimization, a bit more consistency here might be nice. The hotel's location was perfect for us: by car, you can reach the city, numerous restaurants, and the harbor in about 5–10 minutes. At the same time, the hotel is pleasantly quiet, and with the private beach, you have a real highlight right on your doorstep. Overall, it was a thoroughly successful stay for us. Five stars and a clear recommendation – we would definitely come back!"

"It is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari. If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. "We spent one night at this stylish adults-only hotel, which specifically caters to *** couples, and were very satisfied overall. The atmosphere is pleasantly relaxed, the design tasteful and tailored to the target audience – modern, inviting, and with great attention to detail. The rooms were clean, furnished to a high standard, and offered a high level of comfort. The pleasant privacy, which the hotel concept consistently supports, is particularly noteworthy. The wellness areas and common areas were also well-maintained and stylishly designed – ideal for switching off and feeling at ease. Only the service fell somewhat short compared to the otherwise high standards. While the staff was friendly, they sometimes lacked attentiveness and responsiveness – small details that carry more weight in a hotel of this category. Nevertheless, our stay was very successful, and we can definitely recommend this hotel – especially to couples seeking a quiet, stylish environment in an open and respectful atmosphere."
