"An excellent choice if you’re planning a trip to Rome. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini and about 5 minutes from Repubblica metro station. Trams and several bus lines run nearby, making it easy to get around. Both the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, as well as many of Rome’s other popular attractions, are about a 15-20 minute walk away.
The hotel is quite large, and the room we chose was very spacious and spotless, with daily housekeeping. It included everything we needed: a hairdryer, shampoo, and various toiletries (such as a shower cap and slippers). The room also had a desk, a safe, a television, a comfortable armchair, and a fairly large wardrobe. There was also a minibar and a kettle, with complimentary coffee sachets provided daily.
The staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel also offers free luggage storage, which is very convenient if you arrive before check-in time or if your flight departs late in the evening.

"The hotel is located in the Prati district. You'll need to travel to reach the main attractions, though you could walk it in about 40 minutes. There are several bus stops nearby, which is convenient. Overall, it's a pleasant neighborhood. The hotel offers good value for money. The room isn't very large, and there are some minor maintenance issues (a hanger fell off, a doorknob was loose) – not critical, but they do leave an impression. The rooms are stylish and kept clean. There's a grocery store right opposite, which is very handy. Breakfast isn't super diverse, but you won't go hungry."

"Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. The lady receptionist who checked us in on the evening of 29 Dec 2025 came across as quite rude when I asked about the room I had booked. I paid more for a specific room configuration (1 double bed + 1 single bed), but was instead given a smaller room with only a queen-size bed, which did not match my booking.
While the hotel offered complimentary welcome drinks to compensate, there was still around €50 price difference compared to the room I originally booked, so the gesture didn’t fully make up for the inconvenience.
That said, credit where it’s due — the male receptionist on the morning shift was very helpful and professional in assisting with settling the room arrangement.
On a positive note, breakfast was the highlight of the stay — genuinely the best part 😝"

"Great location although not in the center of town. Ample private parking on site. Hotel restaurant was very good, and reasonably priced and service was excellent. The staff was helpful with directions and needs. The fitness center at the hotel was limited to 2 treadmills which did not work and a stationary bike. Also a multi- weight machine less than ideal. Great pool and Saturday night entertainment with dancing. "

"Все понравилось. Все хорошо. Все работает . Нареканий нет. Особенно понравилась цена и расположение . Ватикан и замок святого Ангела - просто рядом. Если надо, до метро Лепанто и продуктового магазина 5 мин. Недалеко есть и серьезные магазины - Сефора, Стефанель, Кико, Geox, много магазинов оптики , аптеки и т. д. Рестораны , кафе, парикмахерские . Но можно везде и пешком дойти .В следующий раз опять остановлюсь в этом отеле."

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bedding – sheets, duvet covers, and pillows – was equally pleasant. It's conveniently located very close to the Vatican, with a taxi ride costing only 20 Euros. Each room comes with a balcony, and the air quality was quite good. However, the room temperature wasn't individually adjustable. It was 28°C (82°F) during our summer stay, and it got so hot that we had to wait until after 9 AM the following day for someone from maintenance to adjust it. There's a pool downstairs which seemed quite clean, but access isn't direct; you need to pick up a pass from the front desk first.

I was there with my mom and grandmother, they enjoyed a lot, nice restaurant, mini market in the village, clean space and with everything that we need. I really recommend it!! Specially for families 😊

AAnonymous UserTraveling to Rome, I unexpectedly booked this Ibis, which is exceptionally good value. It is less than a kilometer walk from the subway. The hotel is next to a quiet community on a high ground. It is very quiet, and people are running in the early morning. The transportation is convenient, and the nearby bus and light rail are good to go everywhere. The key is that the breakfast is particularly rich. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Wenzhou people next to the subway station. Occasionally, you can adjust your stomach. It is not expensive and quite authentic. I went out to play in Pompeii for a day, and the luggage was stored in the hotel. The service was also very good. It will still be my first choice next time I come.

ZZhongchangkeBeing so close to Termini Station was definitely the right choice, especially arriving in Rome in the evening for a self-guided trip. The airport shuttle stops right opposite the hotel entrance. Despite its central location, it wasn't noisy at all; in fact, I found it incredibly convenient for getting around. With a multi-day metro and bus pass, I could explore all of Rome and easily pop back to the hotel for a rest whenever needed.
The breakfast was plentiful. While it wasn't a huge spread of meat and heavy dishes, it was healthy and nutritious, offering self-serve fresh squeezed juice, and a good variety of breads and pastries that changed daily. The restaurant staff were also excellent.

PPerma FortunaWas welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.

If you take the train into the city the closet station is La Rustica, literally nothing around and Ubers cost 20-30 USD. The hotel room was clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. The gym was also equipped with machines and couple cardio equipment. The stay was okay overall.

JJIAKANGImpressed, the hotel location is great, especially the room facing the Colosseum. The hotel staff is very conscious of service. When they leave the hotel, they also take their luggage and take a taxi, because the birthday, the hotel specially prepared birthday cakes, cookies Blessing card, send a bottle of champagne, have kitchen cooking for breakfast, get up early to watch the Colosseum morning glow, bathing facilities are very good, water temperature adjustment is very convenient, the room is rich in decoration, and the Chinese like to drink hot water. The water is relatively clean
