Radisson Blu Hotel Jaipur is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Asia & India 🇮🇳 Jaipur, GM Mr Surya took excellent care of me and my wife with all of my requests. He sent a full team to assist me in my travels daily, from picking me up to sending me to my best friends wedding, to meals to tourists spots like Amer fort, 💎 diamond city 🏙️ etc He sent me 💯 god sent, amazing driver, travelling guide, bodyguard Sam (Ghanshyam) for me for all my 5 days of travelling. It was my first time in Jaipur. His top suite which expands of 68m sqft is very impressive. I love the ensuite washroom, that has a place to store luggage and our wardrobe, the white marble ceramic tiles were outstandingly beautiful , I was told India 🇮🇳 top marble is this. The washroom and room was very inviting to stay, felt a lot like home. The breakfast and in room dining cooked excellent meals. We were so impressed, pleased and happy with the hotel, hotel staff, and the hotel spaciousness and top service. Thank you so much Mr Surya and his team. I captured top pictures of them here, they were united, kind, compassionate, respectful, amazing. Their service is 10/10. Extremely outstanding with meticulous detail. Took care of me everyday with top hospitality.

We stayed 2 nights here, me and my 2 older teenage daughter and son. The room was big enough. Amenities were the usual for this type of property. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Christmas buffet was wonderful! Normal dinner buffet was so so. I would suggest to have more non Indian options (we like Indian food but the spice in it can be too much when you’re travelling in India for a long time…). Overall experience was quite nice, would recommend and repeat.

I had some cleanliness issues with my bath tube when I arrived, but the staff was quick to react and send housekeeping to arrange the issue, despite it being 1am when I arrived. I was supposed to have an Executive Room with Aravelli range view, but the only view I had was on the hotel next door. Otherwise OK.

The service attitude is very good and responsive. The restaurant dishes taste good too. The lake view room has a wide view. The atmosphere for a walk in the garden by the lake is very nice. Before I left, it happened to be during the preparation for a wedding, and it felt very festive. The hotel is on the edge of the old city. You can use the Chinese version of Uber for travel. You can pay in cash and you can call a tutu car, which is very convenient. Maybe I am more sensitive to odors, and I always feel that there is something wrong with the decoration materials in the room and my throat is dry. The bathroom facilities are average, the hair dryer is in the drawer, but the power cord is connected to the wall under the sink. The quality of toiletries can't be flattered.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful - it’s a nineteenth century mansion, elegantly restored in a calm setting with lots of courtyards and flowers. The pool area is also lovely. We visited with our four children and had two adjoining rooms which were very nicely decorated and spacious. You can walk out of the hotel to a local area which is busy and interesting. We walked to the flower market (20 mins) first thing in the morning and it was amazing to see all the flowers. The hotel offers to accompany the walk for £25 per person, which we thought was a bit excessive. We arranged for a guide to show us around the key sights - we did this through the hotel for approximately £50 for five hours and it was good. There are lots of extras offered on a board in the hotel - the walk, yoga and other activities, but be aware that these are extra costs, as is the welcome drink and rooftop happy hour. The staff were decent and the restaurant produces wonderful breakfasts, as well as other meals both Indian and western if you want them. A very enjoyable experience - we recommend highly.

Room facilities expected of Holiday Inn Express standards. One of the cupboard handles in my room was barely able to hold on to the cupboard door, and would fall off if not careful. Perhaps, the room maintenance could be up-kept better.Otherwise, the staff were generally polite and service oriented.

requested for early check in and twin bed room but waited for 45 mins at the reception as room was not ready even at 1 pm and at last they jusr seperated the king bed into two parts and make it twin bed with a gap of hardly 2 inches
