"We had another wonderful stay at Mason Pine, and once again, it did not disappoint! This has definitely become our family’s go-to hotel whenever we want a comfortable and hassle-free getaway. 🙏🏼 We took the Whoosh from Jakarta, and Mason Pine’s free shuttle service picked us up directly from the station and took us to the hotel in only around 15 minutes. The return transfer was just as smooth and convenient. One of the things we love most about Mason Pine is how many family-friendly facilities they have, and they’re not just for show—they’re all active and enjoyable for the kids. The swimming pool is HUGE, and the kids’ pool is also incredibly spacious, complete with a fun slide that the kids absolutely loved! The food selection was varied and delicious, and the service throughout the hotel was spot on. Every staff member was so friendly, warm, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also really appreciate the convenience of the location. There are several cafés and a supermarket just across the street, so sometimes we’d order GoFood, grab some drinks, or simply enjoy coffee and snacks at one of the cafés across from the hotel. It makes the whole stay feel very comfortable and easy, especially when traveling with family. A special thank you to Mas Nova, who took care of our transfer back to the Whoosh. We unexpectedly had to change our return ticket to an earlier time, but the team was incredibly accommodating. We were still taken to the station immediately after check-out without having to wait around or deal with any hassle. Everything was handled so smoothly! Thank you so much, Mas Nova, and to all the wonderful staff at Mason Pine for always taking such great care of us. Mason Pine is definitely our family’s go-to hotel. We always feel comfortable here, and we’ll definitely be back again! 🙏🏼"

"The resort is really huge, and the restaurants offer a good selection for Asian palates. What truly stands out is the fantastic environment around the hotel. Perched on a mountaintop, the hotel's exterior boasts incredibly wide roads, making it a perfect spot for taking photos📸"

"We had such a wonderful and memorable stay at Pullman Bandung Grand Central. A huge thank you to the entire Pullman team for making us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. Even weeks before our arrival, I had emailed the hotel regarding a few requests and was genuinely impressed with how quickly the team responded. I also requested a complimentary decoration, and the team went above and beyond by preparing a beautiful art mirror, cake and even a complimentary dessert for us. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade with such a lovely view! From the welcoming staff at the entrance, front desk and housekeeping team, everyone was so warm, friendly and attentive. And I have to mention the bed and pillows.. they were incredibly soft and comfortable, we slept SO well! 🥹 Special s/o to Amalia, Tiara, Feby, Sechan and Bayu HK for the beautiful art mirror and for making our stay even more special. 🤍 Thank you, Pullman Bandung Grand Central, for such a lovely experience. "Lokasi sangat strategis krna dekat dg pusat aneka kuliner. Pelayanan hotel sangat responsif, kebetulan kamar yg kami dapat utk smoking, ternyata aroma sangat kuat, tapi pihak hotel sangat bertanggungjawab utk memberikan purifier dikamar sepanjang inap kami. Fasilitas semua memuaskan. Hanya saja tempat breakfast kurang luas, mungkin bisa dijadikan koreksi kedepannya. Keseluruhan is good.l & recomended."
