Hotels With Gym in Pest, Hungary

I stayed here for 12 nights as I arrived late at night the check in was so fast, and all was good as it was clean at the Maverick as they have alot to get involved in with things happening on different nights like 🎱 pool , quiz nights and also have a kitchen what is a good thing if you like to make your own food as they are only one negative that I have was they didn't change my bedding for 12 nights I was there but all in all I would still recommend the Maverick to friends or anyone that travelling to Budapest

We got our luggage delayed by the airline and the front desk was super helpful and helped us to call the airline company several times. The room is spacious and clean. The location is excellent and the view from the room is good too.

This is definitely Hilton standard. The room is clean and all the facilities are new. The space is rather large so people have a good mood living there. It is relatively close to transport station. Breakfast is also good with various choices.

We had very good time staying at Novotel Budapest Danube, it is in a great location, the service was very good, the room is very clean, highly recommended.

The location is good, u can basically get anywhere by walking. Mind that the WiFi isn't so easy to connect when ur inside those rooms that r bit far from the reception

Pro : close to airport, thay have shuttle bus to airport too very convenience. The room was spacious and clean, full of amanities.Bed eas comfort. Recetion was cery nice and helpful. Cons : quietly old fashion Hotel.

The hotel locates at a very excellent location. Many main attraction points around it. The restaurant for breakfast buffet has a very good view. ALL the staff of the front desk is very helpful and nice. I arrive on the morning and they help to check the availability of the room. They allow the customer to have early check in early when the availability of the room is OK. Everything of the hotel is good. I recommend other people to stay at this hotel when they come to Budapest. I will stay again in Hilton Budapest when I visit there again.

This is a nice 4 star hotel overlooking the Danube on the Budapest side of the river. Superior rooms are at the front of the hotel, which is the newer part. You have a choice of River View or Castle view, River view is better and attracts a supplement. Our reservation through Trip mentioned Castle view and River view, but you cannot have both! Breakfast is a good choice of hot and cold food, nice coffee and cakes. Rooms are well equipped, clean and serviced daily. Good hot water. Bathrooms have a bath with over bath shower. Toiletries are provided. Towels changed daily. Rooms have safes, kettle with tea and coffee making facilities. The TV was a Cable TV and had a variety of channels, one English, BBC. The hotel has a bar and restaurant and a gym. Staff are very helpful, we managed to check in early and upgrade our room to one with a River view. A good selection of nice restaurants are within 10 mins walk. The hotel is situated directly beneath the Castle, access by the steps or via the funicular which is 5 min walk along by the river, alternatively large buggy vehicles operate a hop on hop off shuttle service. We found that the Bolt taxi service (bit like Uber) is very good. We has a freelance taxi driver try to scam us by not using his meter, we refused to pay and invited him to call the police. Avoid freelance taxi drivers and make sure they use their meters. Bolt uses an app and was a lot cheaper than the price the hotel informed us if we used their taxi service. The hotel’s location is quite convenient, being close to Keleti Metro Station, which provides easy access to Budapest’s main attractions. However, the room I stayed in (on the 5th floor) felt somewhat outdated and didn’t meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. There was even a brief power outage during my stay (on December 7). Additionally, the cleaning crew didn’t seem to put much effort into the daily room cleaning. On the positive side, the check-in/-out process were smooth and breakfast service was decent, with a variety of Western options such as scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausages, alongside traditional Hungarian dishes. I would recommend the hotel if the management considers a facelift for their older hotel rooms.

A lovely spacious hostel. ALDI located next door (underneath the Central Market) alongside alcohol stores nearby too. Great options to work from your laptop - breakout quiet space, media space and open plan kitchen. Tea and filter coffee provided as complimentary - nice touch. Good powerful showers. Expensive to leave your bags after checking out (£3) however free if leaving them under the reception desk. A good overall experience.

It is a great hotel! Big plus for the staff were great, very accomodating and helpful. The room was clean, but minimalistic. It was enough for one day tho. There was no kettle, but we were fine. The hotel has a great style and the location is super convenient. Breakfast was outstanding. Great value for money! P.S. The pictures of the rooma were upon checkout, but they were super clean when we got there.
