we stayed in superior room caldera view, the view was very nice indeed and room lovely, it has the santorini cave vibe. room clean, bathroom clean, hot water at any time. breakfast is not buffet, but they serve you lots of food and various, average quality, terrible coffee 😅 swimming pool sometimes is closed, sometimes it is opened, they do not have a fixed schedule which is a bit annoying if you are really into using the pool. the pool is big and it has a nice view. location is perfect, 10 minutes from the bus station, in the center, on the cliff with a great view of the volcano

Exceptional Stay!! My recent solo trip to Rhodes, Greece for a marathon was made even more memorable by my stay at the Elite Hotel. As a runner preparing for an early morning race, I was grateful for their flexibility in allowing me to have breakfast earlier than the designated time slot. This small gesture made a big difference in my race day preparations and demonstrated the staff's commitment to guest satisfaction. Throughout my stay, the staff remained consistently attentive and helpful, always ready to offer assistance or recommendations to enhance my experience in Rhodes. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing local insights, their dedication to ensuring a seamless stay was evident. The Elite Hotel itself was charming and well-maintained, with comfortable accommodations and amenities that exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient for both accessing the marathon start line and exploring the surrounding area. Overall, my experience at the Elite Hotel was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend it to solo travelers, particularly those visiting Rhodes for events like marathons, as the staff's warmth and hospitality truly set it apart. I took a bus nearby and walked to the hotel. I went there using Google MAP, but it was difficult to find the place. I walked for about 7 minutes with a large carry-on bag, but it was very difficult as the roads were bad and there were many stairs. The room was smaller than I expected, and the toilet and shower were open. I booked the jacuzzi looking forward to it, but I couldn't see the view from the jacuzzi. Even though it was cold, the hot water was lukewarm and I couldn't get it in slowly. The friend I went with didn't get in. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices to choose from. On the way back, the staff carried my carrier to the bus stop, which was very helpful. I think the staff were friendly and very nice.

It’s a great hotel to stay at Oia, and the view to the sunset was gorgeous from this place. Highly recommend for honeymoon. 5-star. Pros: - The deluxe villa was amazing! The interior design looked great. - The room was clean and spacious. - Apivita amenities were provided. - The air conditioning was strong and comfortable. - The loudspeaker worked very well. - The hot tub jacuzzi worked well but it’s still not hot enough if you want to use it after the sunset. - The breakfast was good. - The common pool was great with a nice view. - We enjoyed the signature cocktails at the bar. - The staff were very helpful, and were willing to solve issues whenever it’s needed. - The WhatsApp communication was effective. Improvement: - There are so many stairs to get to the room. - The shower may not have hot water at night. - The WiFi was not stable. - The common pool closed at 6pm due to the restaurant. - The menu of the restaurant shall be reviewed. The taste was at the lower bar of average, and the options were few. - Since we were in honeymoon, the hotel offered some celebration options. The proposal of these offers were good, but can be more considerate regarding personalisation, allergy and preference. - Do not having parking, and not easy to find, make sure you have your map set before heading to the hotel (no signal in the area).

Absolutely fabulously fantastic, the Astro Palace is one of the true hidden gems in Santorini. To see it, to stay there, and to experience it, is to believe it, as words alone cannot describe the sheer beauty of this property. We stayed from 28th July 2022 through to 5th August 2022, to be honest, we didn't want to leave!🙈 The food was wonderful, the breakfast was buffet style but there was plenty selection from cold meat to full English. The dinner was wonderful too, the Greek Caeser salad was delicious 😋😋😋 The staff are one of the best and well trained I've ever experienced in my widely travelled life. The moment you set foot into the hotel, you're welcomed with the most beautiful smiles and you're treated like royalty. I would like to give special thanks to Hope, Anna-Maria, Efi, Natalie and Ahmed (the best front desk people I have ever seen), their warm welcome, their ever smiling faces, their knowledge, their care and their humanity is beyond description. Thank you all so much for making my wife and I feel like royalty and at home, your customer care is the best I have ever experienced, and I have travelled far and wide. We have found ”our” hotel in the beautiful island of Santorini, see you in 2023 by God's Grace!🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

The location is a little bit out of the city centre, however it is a walkable distance. Luggage storage is available, but it may be better to communicate with them earlier. On the day of check in, there is a form for you to choose your breakfast. There is a lot of options for breakfast. And breakfast will deliver to your room at the time that you chose. There is kitchen in the room with hob. Also a changing room with a tall mirror in the room. However, the room looks a little bit old, maybe this is how cave house look like. The hotel separated to 2 buildings. Swimming pool is available in both buildings. There is a window that is not covered on top of my shower area and it is unreachable.

Fantastic hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

The hotel was newly opened in 2022 so everything is very new and clean. Also, the staffs are very friendly, they upgraded our room and prepared some fruits and chocolate in our room. You can also order in-room breakfast which can enjoy the sea view while having breakfast. The location is also very convenient, which is about 10mins walk to Oia centre. Overall, we have a nice stay in this hotel.

Worst customer service, l have received. I have travelled a lot, at the booking office, at first the woman started that there was no way l would have booked with them. This is without asking for my reference number nor my name. After insisting, she wanted to see my reference number - so l handed her my phone and she said something to this people bring disease and rises her hand with water and handed me the phone and asked that her college assist me, he help asked for my reference number and supported me with accessing my booking reference. When boarding the boat the guide ignored me, and serviced people before and told me that they was a line, l insistented until she serviced me. The volcano hike does not need a guide, she lacked inclusivity and could not engage with the group and a lot of people started walking by themselves. Safety was not observed by the guide and worst service, l have received to date.

The room is clean and hygienic, with unparalleled sea view. The restaurant is in a great location to watch the sunset. I don’t know if there are more flies on outdoor balconies due to the season. The hotel housekeeper Niko was very considerate and patiently introduced the situation of the Holy Island and the hotel in detail. On the day of check-out, we couldn't get a car when we went back to FIRA town to return to the hotel. We were about to miss our flight. After calling Niko, he personally drove us to the hotel. After taking our luggage, he took us to the airport and he didn't charge us any fees. Niko's warm and thoughtful service impressed me deeply, it's appreciated very much!
